I have not used a lot of concealer, this was the first I used and best by far.
However, I went looking for it but can't seem to find it anymore. I think it may be discontinued. :(
It did lighten up the areas i applied it too leaving a lighter area that the rest of the face (not by much though), but the blemishes where no longer there so I didn't mind.

I was a bit weary upon trying this product. I was never keen on liquid concealers, believing them to be inferior to their creamy counterparts. I was wrong. This concealer fully covers all of my blemishes and acne scares. I apply the concealer directly to the problem area, let it set for a minute and then pat it into the skin. Viola! Perfect coverage. I don't, however, like it under my eyes. I feel that it settles into the fine lines (of which I have very few) and makes the area look extremely dry. It's unflattering. I will continue to purchase this concealer because it is the only one that I've found, to date, that can cover my blemishes and other discolorations so effectively without looking cakey. My one qualm with it is that it looks disgusting under the eyes.

This concealer sucks. It barely covers up my blemishes and instead highlights them and my under eye circles too.

Great undereye concealer! Doesn't cake up or settle into fine lines under the eyes which is great. The negatives of this concealer would be that it doesn't cover acne or pigmentation issues very well, and it doesn't last incredebly well. It does however last the majority of my day at school. If your looking for a undereye concealer this is a great option to give a try, but if your looking to cover more serious problems I would look into something else.

i use this concealer every day!! for undereyes..blemishes.. it works perfect for me :):)
the only thing i do not like is the packaging, this concealer ruins my make up bags, by spilling out everywhere.
but i still use it everyday and will repurchase!!

I like concealers in an tube and applicator form because it's easier to apply. I have great experience using the Mineral Power line, but this concealer is just so-so. The one I have is cream Light 4-5, and it turns out to be too orange-y for my skin tone. Also, it dries really quickly which makes blending a little difficult. However, it works pretty well when I mix it with other brand's of concealer.

The packaging quality is okay, but because of using a tube with an applicator, it can be a disadvantage, so i might won't repurchase it. I got the medium-sand color and the clerk said it will cover perfectly for any skin color and okay, i'm agree. When i tried it first, It's really tricky but it will blend naturally when you did correctly. But this color is slightly darker than what i'm looking for, so sometimes it will give a BAD look for my face, cause look uneven, until there's a friend thought i wore an acne cream as my acne treatment (OMG). BUT the price is cheap, so it's okay if you want a liquid concealer and replace it for every 3-6 months regularly. But as what i've said above, i won't repurchase it again, need another better concealer and comes with balm stick version.

so for me, this product was so incredibly cheap, as in the price, not the actually quality. I got it at an Ocean State Job Lot for $3! if you don't know what that place is, google it. Anyways, its the first concealer i have ever owned so i cant compare it to much. But it does cover and blend like a dream. So i do love it. However i think the packaging can get messy. The color selection at the Job Lot was awful. But again- its very blend able. Highly recommend it!

I really like the liquid-y formula of this because it makes it easier to blend for me. The coverage is sheer but buildable and it stays on all day! It's really good at covering my blemishes and acne scars, but I feel that it makes my under eye circles gray. I don't like the packaging though, I feel like I need to be careful when pulling the wand out or else concealer will splatter or something.

I really loved this concealer. I literally used this until the whole thing was empty, every little drop. It was very creamy and easy to blend. It didn't at all feel heavy on the skin or look cakey. It gave really good coverage for my acne scaring and blemishes, as well as my under eye circles that are really dark. I recently went to repurchase this the other day, but I can't find it anywhere! They don't even sell it anymore and I'm so dissapointed. I'm not sure if they've discontinued it or something but I have no idea why they would! I haven't yet found a concealer to replace it with. Very sad.

I've been using this for about 2 years now and I love it! It covers my blotchy skin and blemishes well. I sometimes use it under a mineral powder (under my eyes) if I didn't sleep well and I can fake being awake at work. I love that its not too thick where even though you blend it, you can still see it And also that its not too thin where its useless. I am very pale, especially in the winter and this is the lightest shade I can find, and it doesn't get that orange tint. I would (and have) recommend this to a friend. Also, it is cheap so I don't break the bank when buying it.

Really good concealer, it covered imperfections, dark circles etc. It wasn't cakey at all and blended in nicely with my skin. I love the fact that its mineral so it's also beneficial for your skin. Loved the creaminess and consistency of the formula. Definitely must have!

i used to buy this in the Philippines but they discontinued it. i was dissapointed that they DC it because it was a good product and it's affordable. i prefer this than the concealers i've tried at Loreal, Revlon, Clinique, and Covergirl. now that i'm in the USA, it's kinda hard to find the shade that suits me and they don't have a tester. i just bought one today, the "cream" shade. hope i got the right shade...

For reference, I am about a NC20-25 depending on the season. I have used this consistently for about two months, plus every once in awhile for a few months before that.
I have to say that I'm a bit of a concealer collector, always trying to find something that can cover my huge dark circles. I picked this up for 50% off during a CVS clearance, but I'm sure you can find sales for these Maybelline products every now and then. I currently use the color Sand for the summer, which is a near-perfect match for my skin. It has a bit of an orange tinge to it which makes it great for dark circles, but might need a bit more blending for the rest of the face. I also have the color Cream, which I use during the colder months and is more neutral in color. :)
Bubzbeauty mentioned this as a dupe for one of her favorite Shu Uemura concealers. While I have never tried the Shu Uemura concealer, I am quite happy with this concealer. This has medium coverage to me, so it's good to diminish undereye circles and scars but it will not completely cover them. I also don't think that it's drying for my undereye circles, a must. If you find that this doesn't give enough coverage, try this trick: Apply the liquid concealer where needed, but DON'T BLEND right away! Leave it for a few moments to settle and thicken, then when you blend the concealer in there is more coverage. This DOES crease slightly, but I haven't found a concealer on me that hasn't. This also leaves a nice natural finish, not totally matte but not shiny. Looks close to real skin.
I would repurchase this unless I find any better options, but only if this was on sale. I personally wouldn't buy it for the full retail price.

This was very drying on already very dry skin and it stung around my eyes. I would not reccomend this for sensitive or dry skin.

I don't have beautiful skin, but everyone always tells me I do. Why? Because of this wonderful concealer. This is the only drugstore concealer that doesn't look fake, chalky, flaky, or heavy on my skin. I use this to cover blemishes on my face as well as cover under-eye circles. I don't have terrible under eye circles, and the warmth in this concealer covers them well enough for me. I think the winning feature of this concealer is that it covers my blemishes. It just...I don't know. Covers them perfectly without making them look flaky. I use the technique of applying concealer, then a layer of pressed powder, and repeat until covered. Ordinarily, that would feel super heavy on my face, but it looks natural and stays on. The applicator of this product is great, I love the wand feature. However, now that I've hit the bottom of it, I wish it were a squeeze tube or something, because there's a lot of product that's going to end up going to waste. I've it for a year now, at least, though, which is good. Overall, it has been one of the best makeup purchases I've ever made, and I will definitely purchase again.

I can understand why some people are having trouble with a color match on this one. I bought it online so I was able to get it in Sand (medium 0-1) but in stores they only had Fair and Ivory.
It's very warm, which I think would do well if you have blueish or purpleish dark circles, but I have more bags that are just darker skin color, so I'd have rather it ran more neutral (I'm neither pink nor yellow under-toned). It also seems light for medium - I'm light-medium usually but I think I could have gone a shade darker.
That said, it does very well for what I need in concealing - mostly disguising the line of the bags, which i can do by dotting and then patting in with a pinky finger or by taking a liner brush to the concealer wand and literally drawing that line, then blending out with a finger or brush. I like that it dries matte because I hate when a concealer has "light-reflecting properties" which means shiny shiny shiny especially in photos, which is kind of embarrassing. If you have severe dark circles you might do better with a thicker concealer - it has good pigmentation for a liquid but liquids are always sheerer.

This concealer is pretty drying. When applying this product to blemishes/scars it leaves chalky dry patches that were not there previously. I am not a fan.

Rather sheer. If you're looking for natural coverage, you've found the concealer to do it. I don't like the want, and I don't like how little coverage it has. So, for me, this is a miss. But I'm a gal who prefers pot concealers over liquid.
Same as I prefer mousse over liquid foundation. I just find it too runny for me.
