Finally! A good remover for my sensitive peepers that is not $30 for a teensy bottle! This stuff is the best, so cheap, and very effective. No unnecessary tugging or pulling.

I've been switching between Clinique, Mary Kay and Lancome for years. Neutrogena is just as good but for a fraction of the price. Will definitely stay with Neutrogena.

I used to use Lancome's Bi-Facil, which is nice stuff, but I will continue to repurchase Neutrogena's Oil Free kind forever. It's wonderful, better than the Lancome, because it doesn't leave an oily residue, but it still doesn't sting my eyes like many others. I am so pleased to have come across this!

I was excited to try this after hearing the great reviews. I don't know...either I'm doing something wrong or my mascara is actually made of concrete, but I still find myself rubbing and pulling for a long time, and waking up in the morning with lots of little black mascara flakes under my eyes. I use 2000 Calorie Waterproof mascara, and at the end of the day, I first wash my face, then I use those little round cotton pads to remove my eye makeup. Maybe I should try using a qtip. Anyway, I also wish the bottle had some kind of little spout or nozzle instead of just being wide open. So far Artistry Eye and Lip Makeup Remover is my winner.

I like this product. I've repurchased it, which says a lot! I compared it to a sample of the Clinique eye m/u remover I got in a GWP, and the Neutrogena was much better and didn't sting my eyes. Easily accessible and cheap, too! This works well enough that I don't feel the need to try any others.

This is a great eye makeup remover! I use eye shadow with gel liner, and this product does a great job of removing every trace of my eye makeup. I usually use this with a cotton ball, and it seems to work very well.

I do not care for this product, not only do I have to rub & rub & rub, it still does not take off all of the eyeliner & mascara. Plus I have lost several lashes. This is definitley something that I will never buy again. I am still on the hunt for a good effective eyemakeup remover. Since I use so many of Cliniques products anyway I guess I will dish out the $15 and get the eyemakeup remover.

I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE. I never needed a remover before because I didnt wear much eye makeup, but of course MUA has changed that. I picked this up assuming oil-free would be best, and I can deal with the greasy residue it leaves behind, but what I CAN'T deal with is LOSING MY EYELASHES. I noticed three on my pillow a couple days into using this, and then they were just kind of everywhere! Last count was about 10, and I am DONE with this crap so hopefully that'll be the last of it.

This does have a greasy residue, I only use it before I wash my face at night, so the leftover oiliness gets washed away. Is very good at removing eye makeup, even waterproof mascara. Still I think I will pass on this when the bottle is gone and search for something a bit more oil-free.

My standby eye makeup remover is Clinque's take off the day. I've tried numerous others and have always been disappointed. However Neutrogena's has been the only remover I've found that I would realistically use. It is slightly more oily than the Clinque remover, but it is much cheaper, and I've found that the oilyness is slight, and goes away very easily (in fact just by rubbing a dry cotton ball over it, I don't find I feel like I need to wash my eyes afterwards). I will probably always prefer to have Clinique's remover, but if I'm short on cash, or need something right away, I wouldn't be disappointed to have to use a bottle of this.

I wear long-wear eyeliner (Revlon Colorstay, usually) and sometimes I wear waterproof mascara, and I've found that a dual-phase makeup remover is a must for me. The plain old watery kind just doesn't cut it. I'm a huge fan of Clinique's Take The Day Off, but Neutrogena's product does pretty much the same thing for a fraction of the price (I got a bottle today at Wal-mart for just under $5). It does leave a little bit of an oily film, but I wash my face right after using this anyway so it's a negligible issue for me. Sometimes I do wake up with smudges under my eyes (meaning I didn't get all my mascara off the night before), which I admit doesn't happen with Take The Day Off, but even so, I always buy this product when I can't shell out $16.50 for a bottle of makeup remover. It's a very respectable substitute.

I tried this based on the reviews here on MUA. I really like this makeup remover. It glides my eyemakeup off without tugging or pulling on my eyelids. I used to use Almay pads but they left my eyelids irritated. It actually works better than Clinique's eye makeup remover and is much cheaper. Sometimes I find a bit left under my eyes when I get out of the shower but I use a lot of mascara and eyeliner. Will definately repurchase.

I really like this makeup remover, it leaves a greasy residue after you take off all your makeup, but you can just get the residue off with water. It is by far the best makeup remover I have ever used.

Among the best! I've tried Lancome, Biotherm, and Marcelle (all are shake before use types), and this is cheaper and just as effective, if not more. Excellent product from a brand I usually overlook.

This stuff is effective, but smells really bad and leaves a thick layer of grease over your eyes.

I've tried every eye makeup remover on the market and this one is by far my favorite. NONE of them leave absolutely no residue but this one leaves the least. I have pretty sensisitive skin arond my eyes but this moisturuzes without excess oil. Make sure you shake it well so it doesn't leave a residue and you may still have to use a litle water.

The best makeup remover I've tried. It gets to be a little oily, but I use it right before I use a face makeup removing towelette and then wash my face, so the oil goes right away. It takes off my makeup pretty dang good. I have yet to find something that takes off waterproof makeup perfectly, but this stuff has been the best so far. It easily removes my normal eye makeup (non-waterproof) though. I think this stuff is probably the best drugstore makeup remover. Love it.**EDIT**(1/5/07) Going from 4 to 5 lippies. This stuff actually can take off my waterproof makeup. I just have to swipe it across my lashes a couple times. No big deal. No more mascara on my lashes when I don't want it there =)!

The only eye makeup remover I can use that dosent hurt! This is a huge HG for me. Its very similar to Cliniques eye makeup remover but half the price! Gets rid of all my eye makeup and even water proof, dosent breakdown lashes either.

This stuff is like my beloved Lancome Bifacil remover. It works in a FLASH, and all you have to do is rinse it off a bit right afterwards with your face-wash to avoid oily-eyelids. It is dirt cheap as well, unlike Lancome's version! I love it! Best ever.
