As an employee of Ulta, I was basically sold to this product after seeing some older costumers with amazingly smooth skin purchasing their replacement brushes. Before purchasing, I did my research since I was skeptical about spending so much on a face washing tool but I heard so many great things about it.I'm only 21 but have issues with uneven skin tone and sensitivity and the annoying redness around my nose and cheeks has decreased dramatically after purchasing the Pink Clarisonic (benefits breast cancer research) not even two months ago. My skin feels very soft and I have noticed less blemishes and pimples. I even bought my boyfriend a brush head since he has issues with clogged pores and blackheads.FYI- I have been using the Clarisonic with my Estee Lauder products (Perfectly Clean cleanser, Idealist, Hydrabright, Advanced Night Repair, and Advanced Night Repair eye)

Oh goodness, what to say about the Clarisonic. This product is really wonderful! I purchased this because I heard so many people raving about it and I figured I would give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I have the PRO [I will be purchasing the Mia soon!] and although it is a bit big and clunky, I still love it. It really has made a difference in my skin. I have used it for almost 3 months now and I don't know what I would do without it. It gently exfoliates my skin when I use my cleanser which I love because it isn't too harsh to where I can't use an actual exfoliant once a week as well. I use the sensitive brush head, the others were just a little too rough for me. I also really like the larger exfoliating brush head for areas of the body. I get spray tans and it works great for exfoliating before, and then after when the spray tan begins to come off and it leaves that weird residue. One thing I really don't like about the Clarisonic [the reason why I took off a lippie] is because when I am washing my face over the sink and I apply a little bit of water to the brush head and then apply it to my face, the water drips from the unit down my forehead into my eyes and I can't see what I'm doing! I have tried everything to get it to not drip like that, but nothing works. So much water collects in the bristles that no matter how much you try to get the excess out, it will drip down your face. Oh well, that's something I can deal with! I am very pleased otherwise with the product, and have really seen a huge improvement in my skin. No more blemishes, my pore size appears smaller, and the texture is so much smoother! I can't wait to purchase my Mia!

Skin: Acne-prone, Other, Not Sure
[my skin is pretty clear right now but i do have "acne-prone" skin - esp hormonal. i can't breakout from just about anything & i also have very oily skin]i love love love my clarisonic brush.i wanted this baby for so long! i am so glad i broke down & bought it. i'm also kind of glad i waited because i am thankful for the pro model (i think its the pro, with all the different speeds & spot therapy brush)i'm not going to lie - i didn't see immediate results. the first time i used it my skin felt incredibly soft & my face products sunk itno my skin like a dream.. but it looked the same slowly but steadily it started to visibly help my skin.before the clarisonic even when my face *looked* clear i had some tiny bumps right below the surface, especially on my chin where i tend to breakout. over time the clarisonic brush eliminated those. it was one of those things that kind of went unnoticed until i specifically looked.anyway, it took a few months for me to be like wow this is really consistantly helping my skin! i use it twice a day & have since day1. i'm at about month 4 now & it has really balanced my skin. instead of my skin getting better than worse then better than worse - it steadily stays better. i still have to diligently stick to my skincare routine. but this is totally the extra UMPH i needed, plus it feels amazing. i would probably still love it even if all it did was make my skin smooth.i used the sensetive brush head that came with it & now i am moving up to the normal. i think i'll see even better results with that (will update). i alwasy put the brush cap on when im done & every once in a while i clean the head with rubbing alcohol.price.. SO WORTH IT. i hate that the brush heads are so much. but.. it's worth it to me because i have such finicky skin.oh, & i wish they would come out with a cradle.. just like the charging cradle but without the cord. because of the shape it is sometimes difficult to lay on a surface in the shower.

I just went 1 night and 1 day without my Clarisonic and I can feel a huge difference in the texture of my skin! I only used a cleansing oil at night (forgot the Clarisonic and usual face cleanser) and Purity in the morning (again without the Clarisonic because I woke up late...) I have little bumps on my temples right now :( I've had this for about half a year already and it has definitely improved the appearance of my skin! I used to have a lot of acne when I was in middle school = a lot of scars now. Over the past few months, however, I've noticed that the redness has greatly reduced and my skin is smoother, lighter, and brighter (due to the exfoliation). Now I'm not too concerned (although I still slightly am) with seeing people without makeup on :) I also love how the head foams up face washes really well (but not all, such as Purity)! and the battery life after charging is pretty good - about a week or more. I wish I purchased the mia because I does pretty much the same thing and is MUCH more travel friendly. Great investment if you're considering to buy one! You don't have to spend as much money on other skincare items to lighten your skin, reduce acne, etc

I do love the Clairsonic brush. I have been using it for about 11 months. My skin is cleaner, clearer, and more even in texture and color. Could you live without this? Yes. Use a beta hydroxy, alpha hydroxy, or facial scrub, and you could do a nice job without it. I also think a regular face brush would do the same thing. Sonic wise, it doesn't do what I can see a sonic toothbrush doing. But I do love to use it, and do think it makes a difference in the way I look. Even my husband commented after I had been using it for a couple of days. He said my face looked so clear and even, HE wanted to use it.Bottom line. If you have the money to spend on it, it's a great thing to have. If you just can't spare the $$$ right now, you can do without it and still have a beautiful face. I took of one lippie because it isn't NECESSARY.

I'm giving this 2 lippies because using it felt so nice. I wish this had worked for me -- it made me look forward to washing my face. But alas, it caused breakouts and redness. I used my regular cleanser with it, thinking perhaps I was reacting to the cleanser I got with the brush. I only used the "delicate" head, thinking the regular one might be too abrasive. Nothing worked. I stopped using the brush for a week and my skin cleared up; I used it on my forehead only, and I broke out there. My skin cleared up when I stopped using the brush. And since I'm a glutton for punishment, I even tried it once more and got more breakouts. So back it went to Sephora, though I was happy to have my $200 back.
