i have this in creamy natural and its a little too pinkish orangey for my yellow undertone skin. so i just use a tiny amount in small areas where i really need either the coverage or to even out my skintone. but i use the rimmel primer under it then the foundation and then the neutrogena mineral sheers foundation powder in natural beige and together this combo is steller. it matches my skintone almost prefectly and i will deffinitly buy the next lightest shade in the liquid mousse foundation next time i run out. i recommend it though. it has pretty good coverage.

This is the best foundation I have ever used. It really does what it says and the shades are perfect. My face looks airbrushed. This is a keeper!

I'm glad I was able to find a tester card in one of my magazines (GLAMOUR maybe?) so I found the right shade without having to buy a bottle first. A little bit definately goes a long way and it gives pretty good coverage with a nice finish, more coverage than I like. I prefer mineral foundations or tinted moisturizers, but I'll use this up.

UPDATE: After using this for a few weeks, it seems to melt off too quickly and might be contributing to the breakouts I've been having. ( I couldn't find anything on the bottle either that said it was non-comedogenic). I guess I should pay more attention to that in the future. I don't think it is a good makeup for those with larger pores. ( Mine are medium sized). I'll stick to tinted moisturizers and mineral makeup.

I love this liquid foundation!! makes my pores and reddness dissappear. It's a quick cover up for going in a hurry! But it does make your skin dewy, so i use Avon's Anew powder to set it so it won't melt off. Will def. buy it again.

definitely a love/hate relationship with this product. Looks perfect for an hour then my face looks like an oily mess. My face has never gotten so oily with any other foundation. sooo outrageously oily and makes me break out. but the first hour its great

I really liked this foundation. I applies smoothly. It is very creamy and that is what I like since I have somewhat dry skin it is easier to apply. I really like it , you only have to use so little of it. Daily I combine it with clinique loose powder, when I go out or want it for more coverage I like to use it with MAC pressed powder. I really like both combinations they both last with the foundation. FOundation is great I do recommend it for dry or combination skin, not oily it will make it more oily.

Finally, a liquid foundation that doesn't make me oily an hour after I put it on! I have combination skin that *used* to be acne-prone (have kinda grown out of that though). I am extremely fair-skinned and the lightest shade is perfect; no orange effect or anything. It's light and sheer but gives nice coverage; really the only way I can tell it's there, is it covers the splotchiness. Very nice matte, fresh/natural look while it's on. No oiliness at 3 p.m. from when I put it on at 7 a.m. Love!

It depends on what type of skin type you have, if you have really oily skin, then stay awayfrom this because the, formula is very wet. But it does minimize pores.

Like other reviewers, I really wanted this to work after hearing all the good things about it. At first when I put it on, it was an absolute dream. I did think it was very sheer though, but it looked fine with concealer. After a few hours however, I looked into a mirror and I was a terrible oily mess. Boooooo. I was so disappointed. Even after setting with powder and blotting, a couple hours later I found myself staring at my greasy complexion again. So upset, because it looked wonderful on in the beginning. I have combo/oily skin and it just did NOT do my skin any favors.

I really wanted to love this but my skin did not. It seemed to soak in to my pores and one of the girls I work with told me the color was wrong for me. I found the color that was best for me using a color card from a magazine. She actually said I had the "foundation line" UGH, so frustrating. Then I broke out with some zits on my nose and chin :(

I received free samples of New Dream Liquid Mousee and decided to try them. The first day my eyes begin itching like crazy and I thought I was developing an allergy to something. The next day, my eyes were itching so bad I had to take two allergy tablets.

My mom asked, "Are you using any new cosmetics," and then it dawn on me. Maybelline's New Dream Liquid Mousse. I have under eye discoloration and I was dabbing the mousse in that particular area. Apparently a little touch my eyelids and an allergic reaction occurred. My entire eye including my upper eyelids became swollen and itchy. Beware to anyone who have sensitive skin.

I absolutely LOVED this foundation. I was looking for a new one when i realized that my old one made me a little "orangy", so i decided to try this one. The drugstore i bought it at had testers out which was great, so I had no problem finding one for my skintone. I have extremely light skin, so initially I was a little afraid I wouldn't find a shade light enough, but the lightest shade works perfectly. It doesn't cake or make me feel like I'm wearing tons of makeup, and it blends well. It gave really great coverage too, which is what I was really looking for because I'm only 16 and have acne scars etc. to deal with. It was only $10 and the consistency is great. It really does give you an airbrush finish. I am DEFFINATELY going to buy this again.

I love this product! I actually went to the store to buy another product but couldn't decide my shade. I turned around and saw this bottle of foundation by Maybelling in my perfect color! Closer look...I found out it was the Dream Liquid Mousse in Caramel Dark 2. I heard great reviews about this product (specifcally about the smoothness and variety of shades, especially for women who are tan..) but was still afraid to try it. I prefer natural coverage that will help keep my face shine free as I get oily in the T-Zone. I didn't want to have cakey make up but I did want coverage for some old acne scars I have and my hereditary dark under eye circles. I put this stuff on and fell in love! I also got the finishing veil in Dark and it is so great. It buffs out any extra little splotches perfectly. My face looks even, smooth, yet natural and I don't even feel like I have anything on! I wore it all day today while out in the sun and in the pool and it still looked great by the end of the day! Only thing I don't like is the bottle pump...maybe mine is defective but I feel like it doesn't lock to the 'no pump' position correctly. It is fine if you keep the protective cap on, so it is really not a big deal. Go buy it ladies!

EDIT: Although I love the way it looks, I think this product broke me out! I don't know for sure though because I was trying new products at the time, but just be careful!

I really loved this stuff it gives such a nice glow and you can build the color without it being cakey but my skin does not agree with it, I broke out so bad. I have not broke out with huge painful zits like this in so long they hurt! Even though it says it won't clog your pores IT CLOGGED MINE! Ughhh to bad........

This stuff was terrible for me. It made my skin super oily! Even though the coverage was good it wasn't worth the excess oil. I have fairly normal skin and sometimes can be dry so I use a moisturizer before I put on makeup. However, I did try this makeup without lotion because it was a liquid make up. It just did not work for me. I was very dissapointed because I liked the coverage it gave me.

I don't know why I decided to purchase this foundation because I already have 2 wonderful HGs, but I'm a product whore so w/e.

This foundation finishes matte with buildable coverage. The first application is sheer, which is good for someone who just wants to even out their skin tone. The second application will cover redness and the third application will give you a polished face.

The "mousse" formula feels extremely comfortable. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything. Even when I touch it, my skin feels like my skin. I don't normally wear matte foundations, but I figure this will allow me to skip the powdering.

I am curious as to how long wearing this foundation is so I will continue to use this for the next week and I will be back to update my review.

Btw, I love the pump! IMO, every liquid foundation should come with a pump.

Update:
I've used this foundation for one week and I am very impressed by it. I did not expect to like this foundation as much as I do. #4 is a perfect match to my skintone. It covers my skin discolouration and makes my skin look smooth and natural, almost airbrushed. It feels weightless on and does not irritate my skin. As far as oil control goes, I give this an A+ because my face continued to look matte all day. I highly recommend this foundation.

I absolutely love the airbrush dream liquid mousse. It has a delightful light quality. A lot of people on here are talking about large pores, etc. Well, as with any makeup, application is the key. Try moist cosmetic sponges during application to hide large pores, but really...you probably want to close up those pores before you apply your makeup. Astringent will do the trick there. Start with a clean face before any makeup application. Okay, nuff application tips. This product, if applied sparingly is just fantastic, especially for combination skin.

This stuff is awful. The ads show them putting it on a golf ball to fill in the holes. If anything this makes my skin LOOK like a golf ball. I have large pores and was excited to think something would lesson the appearance of them. This is SO not the product for that. It does go on easily and covers well so if you do not have large pores it would probably work well for you.

There is both good and bad about this. I love how it covers pores so easily! It also covers blemishes pretty well. Since I started using this, I haven't been using concealer.. I just blot a bit more of this on problem areas. This hasn't broke me out either, which is nice. I got the color Porcelin Ivory, which I thought would be too light, but is just right. The only things I don't love is that this is hard to blend on dry areas of my skin. I have some areas with flakes, and it makes it hard to apply makeup over them, but this is still better than colorstay for that. Overall, I like this!

EDIT: Sigh. This made me breakout really bad and in spots where I never break out. I got really bad cystic acne, which I never get. Ugh. Oh well.. It was a good foundation and I wish I could have used it.

What drew me to this foundation initially was that the display in the drugstore actually had testers! I never see this, so I was excited! Finally a way to match drugstore foundation without trial and error buying :P

This foundation is really nice, easily blendable and gives medium to full coverage. It evened out my skintone and looked matte with a bit of glow. However, after only a few hours of wear, my t-zone started to look rather shiny even though I had set with powder. I think this foundation would be best suited to those with normal to dry skin - it doesn't control shine enough for my combo skin.
