I got a delux sample when I made a purchase online back in December. It was .17fl.oz./5ml. It lasted quite a while and I for 12+ uses out of it. I only used it at night after cleansing, toner, and softener. I was going through a rough phase with my skin as it was congested and was forming some oil bumps. I went to Ulta to buy some AHA but the sales lady convinced me to buy the $119 Kinerase lotion which I did. I used it for a week and returned it. The I realized I had gotten a sample of this and tried it. My congestion reduced day by day and today it is back to normal. It says to avoid the eye area, but since I developed some oil bumps under my eyebrows I put it there anyways but no irritation. There were two surprises I didn't expect either. I noticed more pores on my nose are much more refined and smaller! I've been using the murad pomegranate serum which did make my pores smaller, but this concentrate made it even more smaller and smoother. The other is that I did not have 1 pimple before my period. I usually get 1 or 2 pimple days before my period come but not this time and this was the only thing I changed in my routine.
Now that it is getting warmer here in Los Angeles, I find the concentrate too hot to use. LOL! It does feel warm when you put it on your face.

Good lord, feels like I'm rubbing glue on my skin. I don't know about line-reducing claim, but it has definitely lightened my acne blemishes, refined my pores and lightened my complexion in just two weeks. That's major visible improvement for a 7-year acne sufferer like me. Works best as a before bedtime treatment, and best part doesn't break me out. None of the products in their dermatologist's line break people out apparently.
But I won't be purchasing this again, its just WAY too expensive as a night treatment (SGD132?!). Massaging jojoba oil into my skin does just as well. Good to have if you're travelling somewhere for a while and want to streamline the number of nighttime face treatment products you're carrying along with you.
EDIT: Turned rancid within just 3 months even before I had gotten halfway through the bottle :( ! Must be the hot and humid weather of Singapore. Guess it has to be stored in the refrigerator (now, why didn't the salesperson tell me that?) Once it turns a bright orange, chuck it.

This product seems to plump up my skin and does seem to get rid of lines and give my skin a youthful glow. I have been using it for about one week now. I have not had problems with acne or anything, or any irritation either. Also, around my eyes the skin looks younger. This is the most remarkable change, the smoothing of the skin around the eyes, along with the plumping. This is one of the good serums out there and it gives the plumping and smoothing that i'm looking for.

I really wanted to like this, and did after using the free sample for a week. Two weeks after buying the bottle I had blackheads and pores larger than I'd ever seen them before... Blackheads where I never had them before, even as a teen! (I'm 47). I've never had such a negative reaction to any product. Stopped using it on my face, and use it now on my hands, where I don't fear the development of blackheads, but didn't want to totally waste the product! Bummer.

I am in the "older" age category and found the reviews from the younger reviewers to be less helpful, sadly. Protecting and moisturizing the skin is really their priority since their "lines" would obviously be less developed. I got a sample, applied it mostly to the forehead and around the mouth. My skin is in good shape for my age, with very few deep lines. I found that it took a while to absorb but once it did, left my skin feeling soft. But did it reduce lines? Hardly. Did I feel better because my skin "felt" good? Yes. I am unsure if I will buy the product or wait for some sweet relative to give me a gift certificate!

I recently got this product and have been using it for about a week now. Prior to using this, I was using a topical 100 percent vitamin c powder for my face. Now I am using both and my skin looks awesome after a week. Sometimes I mix the powder and this serum together. Sometimes I mix this with my moisturizer or apply it under my moisturizer. The only thing that concerns me is that only l-ascorbic acid vitamin c is good for your skin. There is nothing on a label that indicates that it is so. However, my skin looks glowing and seems to be working. I would purchase this product again.

I am a man who has never been into skincare before. I started using Kiehl's ultra facial and saw results and even a few compliments. I was introduced to the PSLRC about 2 months ago and now I feel that this is a product I cant live without. My skin looks really nice to me. It glows and it's soft. Women notice and ask me what my secret is :) . Even some dudes have asked what made my skin look so good! That's when I really knew it workded. When a dude is willing to say to another dude that question, something must be working. There are deep pockets under my eyes that aren't 100percent gone, but I barely see them after over a month of pretty consistent use. That really excites me because those big lines always annoyed me. I didn't really think that face products could make that much of a difference. I don't know wxactly how that stable C works, but it works! When I look at my skin now, I see such a difference, I honestly can't believe it's my skin. So, needless to say, I'm a kiehl's fan now. I was curious to see if others had this crazy kind of response so I got on today and was glad I saw this blog. Pretty cool!!

I am very dissapointed with this product. This product made my skin more clogged pores than I ever had, on places I NEVER had them before, even my undereye area!. And that's crazy. I am very sad because I had great hopes and now I need to try to get my skin back to normal. I never had a problem like this with any other product I've used before.
Please note these are some of its ingredients: propylene glycol(a cosmetic form of mineral oil), cyclopentasiloxane (a volatile silicone), Cetyl Peg/Ppg-10/1 dimethicone (silicone), dimethicone crosspolymer (silicone), acrylates copolymer (this ingredient has been known to cause irritations in some).

I'm 25 but have fine lines, have been using this for several weeks and my lines are softening, it really works for me, and is the first product i've used that seems to make a difference (besides the neocell collagen pills which have done wonders for my skin and nails but is a supplement, not a cream). Only thing is when I wear it during the day it makes my makeup oxidize and turn a little orangey, so this 5 lippies is for night use!

I really wanted to switch to an all-kiehl's regimen because I like natural products. While this vit-c cream is highly concentrated, stable, and applies with a nice warming sensation, it did not change my skin at all. I take good care of my skin and it maintained my current skin status, however, it did not change it for the better. Kiehl's maintains this is a gentler alternative to retinol. That may be true but it is NOT as effective. I started using Philosophy miracle worker retinoid pads and saw a quick improvement. Another cheaper alternative is Philsophy's turbo booster C powder. It is a 99.8% high potency powder that you mix daily with your favorite moisturizer. This vit C powder is stable since it is mixed daily.
