I guess I am in the minority here so far, but I really love this stuff. I tried it at Sephora and after a while I noticed my lips were tingling, but not quite burning like Lip Venom. I looked in the mirror to be very happy with full, rosy plump lips. I bought it and I will update in the long-term about the quality. UPDATE:: Aw, what a dissapointment! You know how with Lip Venom, when the tingle and the plumping stops you can just reapply and it happens all over again? With this plumper you can only apply it probably ONCE a day to get any plumping action from it. sad

This stuff smells very nice. My lips were a bit plumper within 5 mins. I noticed it, but when I asked others they did not. It burns a little but no big deal really. The plumping did not last 3 hours as it states. It lasted about 45 mins, but I was drinking soda. I put it on again later, and it did not burn, but it didn't seem to plump either. I like this product, it is pretty cute but at 17 bucks a pop... not worth it. I would not buy it again.. but will use it until it is gone.

This is a decent plumper. It smells exactly like Too Faced's Lip Injection, and has an incredibly subtle gold sparkle. As a gloss it is moisturizing and non-sticky. As a plumper, there is *some* result, but it's not nearly as noticeable as Lip Injection, Lip Venom or LipFusion. I'd say it's a tiny bit more effective than Philosophy's Big Mouth. Anyway, I'd probably purchase this gloss again, except for the fact that it's tiny (it's amazingly SMALLER than Lip Venom and $2 more expensive). People complain a lot about the cost of LipFusion which is over three times the size of Big Fatty (.29 oz and .08 oz, respectively) and just a bit over twice the price. My personal favorite is probably Lip Injection (18.50 for .16 oz.) with a bit of Urban Decay's Lip Ink underneath for perfect color. OK back to Big Fatty. If you have a problem with plumpers that turn your mouth (and any unfortunate skin surrounding it that happens to make contact) pink or red, then this is probably best to avoid. Overall, this is a so-so plumper, but for its size it's the most expensive on the market. Pass.

This was my first lip plumper and in the beginning a little bit of a let down. For a few days of using it, I couldn't see a difference, but I did feel a slight tingle which definitely wasn't uncomfortable (earlier in the week, I decided to mix cayenne pepper and cinnamon in with my lip gloss and this product was definitely less stimulating than my own concoction). Today, I decided to pick a point at which to stand from my mirror and examine the difference between my lips with and without the gloss. There's surely an increase but not an obscenely enhanced type of look (and I don't think it lasts 3 hours). My lips didn't even increase that much with the cayenne-cinnamon stuff so I'm sure it's just me. I'd try something stronger like DuWop's Venom next time, to see if they can get any larger, but I simply like the smell, shimmer, and slick feeling of this gloss so I won't send it back. However, since it's only those three things I like, the product isn't worth $17.

I came across this newbee from Urban Decay today at Sephora - it's $17, the color in the tube is a shimmery pale gold, but goes on very sheer. It feels very slick, not goopy or tacky. It has a strange taste that lasts for just a few seconds. A few minutes later I felt a mild pinch in my lips - NOTHING compared to the *sting* of DuWop's Lip Venom (which is nice, but the lasting effects are all of 5 minutes). "Oooh, it's working," I thought to myself. I even felt a little tingle in my tongue. (?!??!) Anyway, I got back to the office, went into the bathroom and what did I see?? Super-pink, super-fat, almost embarassingly enhanced lips! Granted, I did try on and wipe off two other shades of gloss at Sephora, but that is DEFINITELY not how my lips left the store. I think this stuff might actually work! UD's website claims this stuff is supposed to last for 3 hours. We'll see. ;)UPDATE: Meh. If anything this product just stings the lips. Makes for a nice gloss, but doesn't do much else.
