I quite like this eyeliner, as it is very easy to apply.
I think it could of been a darker black, but i go over it again to make it darker.
it lasts a pretty long time but after like 9 hours i had little black dots of eyeliner under my eye.
i think it would be ok if you were going to look in the mirror every 3 hours, [& maybe rub off the little black dots]
but it might just be me as my mum LOVES this eyeliner & it does not flake on her even after like 12 hours!
& i tested to see how waterproof this was on my hand, & it seriously wont come off unless rubbed!!!
so over-all this is pretty good liner & i would probablly wear this just for swimming. =]

It's smooth and easy to use, very black colour and I like that you can sharpen it. But I was expecting more staying power for waterproof product as my eyelids aren't so oily - it smears and runs on me at the end of the day. Not bad for drugstore product though, but I found Almay's liner better.

I tested it for a week before writing a review. This just may be my drugstore HG eyeliner. I refuse to buy high end anymore-too pricey for something I plan to wear daily (and use up quickly). Was not really fond of it on day 1, so I adjusted my application technique.

Application:

I tried it on my waterline first. It was difficult to apply, and didn't show up well, so I opted to apply it just below the waterline. This acheived a very similar look. Made sure not to get it in the corners of my eyes-this always causes my liner to run-reguardless of how good it is.

I've had it on for about 6 hours thus far today, and it has not budged.

i use this in 'charcoal brown'. i like it for an everyday liner. it looks softer than black. it's not very rich & deeply-pigmented though unfortunately, which is something i lust for in an eyeliner. on my waterline it smudges slightly, but not ridiculously like a lot of eyeliners i have tried. my eyes can be quite sensitive, but it doesn't aggravate them at all. i find this difficult to remove at night, & leftover brown residue still hangs around for about 2 days, even though i use a good, oil-based eye make-up remover. it's an average liner, but i would repurchase.

I LOVE this eyeliner! Really creamy, easy to put on. Putting this on in Star (white) on my waterline is fun for me every time. Highly recommend. I also have this in Black and Surf (navy). They're great too. To remove I use Clean & Clear's eye makeup remover. Will definitely repurchase! Was thinking of getting another white one as a back up since I've been using it so much.

This stays on like nothing I have ever tried before. And it is so creamy and easy to apply. Its sort of glides on creamy, so it doesn't tug and you can smudge it out for a smokey look, but then it seems to set and does not budge. Proof? I lined my entire eye, waterline and tightlining, all the way in to the inner corner. The I cried for half an hour, forgot I was wearing it and had a shower, then looked in the mirror and realised I still had perfect eyeliner. Impressive huh?

I have this in black.

This beats MAC's Smolder anyday. Smolder doesn't even stay on my waterline lolz. The Prestige waterproof eyeliner actually stays on the waterline (more than 5 secs) and it's so SOFT!! :D

I don't get it........it writes perfectly on my hand....but refuses to lay down color on my lids!!!! Nor does it show up on my waterline!! I'm so sad...such beautiful colors for a good price......but worthless!!!! I got the bronze and the smoky green color. I tried it on bare lids, powdered lids, spackled lids to no avail. I even tried sharpening the pencils again before using, but nope!! No luck! If anybody has any tips for using these pencils, I would surely appreciate it!

This is the only eyeliner I've found that will stay on my waterline/ tightline for any prolonged period of time. Granted, I haven't tried anything high end, but for drugstore this is the best imo. I've tried the HIP cream liners, and they will stay, but they also smudge on my contacts and I can't get it off. This eyeliner leaves my contacts alone. After a while it does drift to the outer corners of my eyes, but it's the best I've tried and has become a staple.

Tip: use something oil-based to get this stuff off--olive oil works.
And so does natural face oil, unfortunately. This looked amazing at first--Teakwood is a stunning color with hazel eyes--but it rapidly began migrating all over and under my eyes. Within a couple of hours it was an indistinct brown smear from half-an-inch below my eyes to well above my lashline. I had forgotten that waterproof makeup is usually oil-soluble--and on my oily face it will smear *way* worse than the regular stuff does. Cannot be removed with standard makeup remover, either.

definitely my HG eyeliner :]]

doesn't budge, even after a whole day of being outside in the summer heat. i haven't tried it with swimming yet, but i will soon! the black is super super pigmented, and the formula is longer lasting than UD 24/7 which i didn't like at all! i've been searching for the perfect eyeliner for 3 years, and i've found it. plus, it's a drugstore item! from all i've found, i can only buy it at CVS...

totally worth a try if you haven't found the perfect one!

PS: i made the mistake of buying the prestige eyeliner with the silverish outside, and had a bad experience. be sure to get the one with the black outside!!

Finally, an affordable great liner! I was using the Chanel waterproof one and ran out. Bought this one due to reviews. Smudges less, costs much less.

I got this for free so can't talk about the price. I got this in smoke and I must say I love it! It lasts all day, and you have some time to smudge it before it sets. It's super creamy and easy to apply. Not much else I can say.

This is a great product. I have very sensitive eyes and the only eye pencil I use is Clinique. I was looking for a cheap alternative and because of the MUA reviews for this product, I bought it. It is a great product and does not irritate my eyes and have a great staying power.

This is a great eyeliner! First off, it won't smudge or budge once it is set. It is also easy to apply, does not drag, it is soft. Once it is set, it is on for good, lasts forever and won't come off until you are ready to take it off with a good makeup remover. I love how you can smudge this eyeIiner for a smoky eye. I have purchased this eyeliner in Black for evening and Charcoal Brown for daytime, both highly pigmented colors. Will most definitely purchase more.

I have the non-automatic in Charcoal Brown. I like this as a switch from my standby Colorstay eyeliners. It's smudgier, which I sometimes want, but when it sets, it lasts well. Charcoal Brown is a very dark black-brown that is the darkest I want to go on pale, warm me. Much more flattering than straight black; good for a smoky eye.

i got this on sale at walgreens for a dollar, and i'm really glad i didn't spend anymore. this stuff sucks, it isn't waterproof at all, its hard to get a good precise line. at least it goes on smoothly

I had high hopes for this because of the ratings on here. But this smudge like crazy after an hour and irritated my eyes. (i have oily lids and find it very difficult to be happy with an eyeliner or mascara). It applied smoothly and i could get a straight and thin line, but it wasn't very pigmented. It made eyes itchy and sore, like there was an eyelash in there. This is raccoon-eye city.
