Ever since I discovered Nivea Lipcare Caregloss and Shine, I have NEVER touched lipstick again. Here's why.
For starters, I use the increasingly-hard-to-find Mocha colour. I'm so worried Nivea has phased this shade out as I can't even find it on their website, so I've stocked up on this with about 4 or 5 standard 10ml tubes still lying in my cupboard. It's an extremely flattering, natural shade for Asian skins, kind of pinkish brown. When applied, my lips look glossy and plumper for that perfect pout.
A thin coat makes you look nice and natural without looking like you've risen from the dead. The more coats you apply, the deeper the shade gets, and that's what I adore about it - it works exactly like a lipstick. Plus it is a hundred times more hydrating, so my smackers feel wonderfully smooth and pampered. No more dry lips or flaking, even in the sun or air-con. Lips feel moisturised and soft, not oily or sticky. There's no gross taste or smell either.
This lipgloss has a vibrant enough colour to rival that of a lipstick's. When it fades, it doesn't leave my lips grey and pale either - but a healthy pink colour. I find it has good staying power in terms of colour. Of course, the shine wears off after eating, but the colour remains. That's what I love about it.
It's super easy to apply too. Squeeze the tube, and the gloss squirts out of the opening in the slanted tip - with practice, I can even apply it without looking in the mirror. A little goes a very, very long way, making this a fabulous, high-performance economical product (it costs less than $5). A regular 10ml tube can last me longer than two months, with about 4-5 touch-ups during the day.
If everyone discovered this little miracle in a tube, I would think they'd probably forfeit their lippies for this gloss, like I did. The only improvement I can think of is that Nivea should have added sunscreen to this, then it'd truly be flawless.

For something that’s under 5AUD this quite good. I bought Pink Shimmer. It’s a pale shimmery pink that has enough pigment that it’s like a lipgloss in colour, as it’s not overly sheer. It works well alone as a lipgloss and over lipstick while it moisturises your lips like a balm. The consistency is a little thinner than the type of glosses I’d usually go for (MAC is my fave) but I bought it more as a balm than a gloss so that’s okay. It just means I need to reapply it fairly regularly but at the price who cares? The packaging is convenient and the taste and smell is pleasant without being overpowering. I will repurchase as it’s a bargain.

I have this in Natural, Pink Shimmer and Red Glamour. Personally, my favourite is Nautral, as it is the most moisturising, glossy and is just perfect for everyday wear. It's a beautiful peachy beige; almost clear providing the most shine and moisture. Pink Shimmer is a lovely tone of pink that provides a subtle, nourished sheen and a light, sheer tint of colour. Red Glamour gives a lovely sheer ruby tint to lips; nothing dramatic, yet suitable for going out with dramatic, smoky eye makeup (liquid liner on lids, smudgy black pencil liner on waterline, maybe a bit of gray/black shadow, dramatic mascara) and flushed cheeks to add a pop of colour to lips. The tubes are very travel friendly; small enough to fit into your purse or pocket, easy to reapply and have a slanted tip for easy application. They all leave my lips feeling nourished and silky smooth all for a small price! I want to try the tinted one next (the deep mocha shade).

Tried pink star and the natural one in these colours and they're really nice, lasts a while on ya lips and has a nice smell and doesn't dry your lips out. As they have a bit of flavour to them I prefer them to Vaseline.
The only thing is thought I think the colours could have had a bit more pigment to them xxx

Wanted to get Bobbi Brown's tinted lipbalm but chanced upon this in the pharmacy. Bought in Pink Star and am so happy with the performance - great pink colour, not too sticky, moisturises, SPF - that I will not even think about getting BB's tinted lipbalm now.
EDIT: The only lipbalm I ever use now is the Forever Living Aloe Lip Balm.

Containing Shea Butter and Vitamin E, these have a slight fruity scent/taste and feel lovely on, not sticky...deffinately more like a balm than a lipgloss. However, I don't find it that shiny really (as advertised on the pack). Would probably repurchase.

I've been using this for years! So happy they're coming out with more colors. I love that the tints really show up, even on my pigmented lips. I have mocha, pink, pink star, and lovely red. The moisturizing tinted gloss is a great idea!

Nivea's tinted glosses are fantastic value for money. I find that they moisturise really well and add just a hint of colour. Lasts really well too and doesn't dry out the lips like most other glosses. Only a few colours to choose from, but sufficient I guess as it is designed to be a lip treatment rather than a cosmetic. Will repurchase.

Love the package, it is very easy to put on, but didn't like the product as much. It is a nice pretty pink gloss, but way too sticky for me. I will not repurchase this.

Great stuff!! Got this in pink - although the glosses come out sheer, hydrates your lips keeping it soft and glossy!! Long lasting. Looking forward to trying out the mocha colour. Oh yeah - I took the lippy off for packaging, not the best. But hey.

i just bought my 3rd...or 4th tube. no matter how many glosses or lipsticks i have, this is the only one i will have ALL THE TIME. I have this in MOCHA. When i first saw this i thought i would give it a try cos other ones are just clear gloss or else more of a pink tone and pink gloss never look good on me (i'm a medium tan asian) so i rather go for a shade that has brown undertone. i picked this up for a very cheap price at WATSON's.it makes my lips look gorgeous! its never drying, the color isnt very long lasting but the gloss definitely is. the color is just right, not too much, not too little. not exactly too brown, it has a tint of red in it.great for tan skin!i live in a very hot a humid climate and its never runny!my friends compliment on my lip color and asked what i used.i told them the secret and now they're all using it...for years!! very very convenient, cheap, moisturizing, and makes my lips look fabulous in just seconds! Update:even my friend who had super pale complexion tried it. and it looked good on her.i think its a gloss with a neutral tint of color that works well with any natural color of your lips.it seems to "enhance" your natural color, not "creating" a different color.

I've been using Nivea's bronze variant for over 2.5 yrs now, and am so happy that I've already bought my 2nd tube. I'm a MMM (asian with light olive complexion and combination skin), 32 yrs old, and I give this a good rating primarily for 3 things: Texture, color and convenience.
The gloss isn't too watery nor too heavy on the lips. Because of its squeeze packaging, I'm able to dispense the right amoung on the slanted tube tip and spread it well over the lips without smearing over my natural lipline. Thankfully the tube tip is well made (there's a local brand that tried copying the tip design, but it wasn't as smooth that it kinda scratches my lips, grrr!). Because of its slightly-thicker consistency, it doesn't bleed nor become runny. I sometimes left the tube in the car, and the heat liquified it an eensy-weensy bit, but nothing permanent that airconditioning can't restore. I also so love the smell and flavor (my BF definitely agrees too!!!). Of course, after awhile, the smell changed discernibly ~ but then silly me realized that after more than a year, it was definitely time to ditch it, HELLO!!
The bronze color suits my skintone well! Everyone who notices my lipcolor gushes at how lovely the color is! I just smile at them, but I don't reveal my cheap d/s secret! Since its already tinted, its SUPER CONVENIENT especially on those lazy no-makeup days. Just swiping a bit more of the product on my lips and a bit of pressed powder and concealer, and I feel so polished-looking! I can actually apply this even without a mirror, while driving, and I don't have to worry about it making a mess with my lips!
Here in Manila a tube costs around US$2.75, not bad for the quality. I've gotten another girl friend giddy when she was finally convinced to buy one (she used to hate glosses. Now she claims this makes her a notch prettier, hahaha!).
I think this is my HG for quick-fix lip color and getting ready for those unexpected socials (imagine trying to do your makeup while driving in the car, rushing late for a meeting or get-together). This is a definite keeper!! although I noticed its been harder to find the bronze variant in stores like Watson's, so I guess I better stock up on them. I super hope Nivea doesn't discontinue this, esp the bronze color!!!

I like this lipgloss. Although the colour doesn't stay on for too long, it does keep my lips moisturised. (Most glosses don't stay on for too long anyway) Didn't dry out my lips at all. Has a very subtle, pleasant fragrance.

I tried this product and it quite suck, well. i kind of got dissapointed cuz the gloss doesnt stay long, and when it goes off, it left my lips looking dark. I'd reccomend Maybelline Fruity jelly.. so much better.

As a lip gloss, it's average. The color is a nice, shiny bronze. The color doesn't stay that long but it's still a bit shiny after a few hours. As a lip balm it surpassed my expectations. It did protect my lips, never became dry the WHOLE day even during winter outdoor activities.
The packaging is good, slanted tip and the tube doesn't drip. It's not much expensive for a glossy lip balm. Very similar to Labello's Caregloss and Shine. Packaging and all. Well...they're both made by Beiersdorf.
