I've got brown eyes, but since the other colors didn't appeal to me, I got this one. I didn't expect my eyes to pop like the ones in the ads, but it didn't do much popping. The color wears off after a few hours on me. Maybe because I have oily lids? I didn't like how they had only one applicator. You'd have to use the dark brown on one side, the taupe and the pink on the other. They should at least have had a double ended one. If Almay improved on these things, I would stock up on this like crazy =P!

EDIT: I'm bumping this up to a 4 since I've come to like this ALOT. I guess I didn't blend well enough the last few times. I have also switched to a dark brown eyeliner instead of black. So now, it looks much prettier on me! =]

i have brown eyes but i love this hazel trio it is the best one! i have hit pan on this...and have already been stocking up. this is the best of all of the almay trios, and i wear it almost everyday. the taupe and cream colors give a pretty neutral look, the more you apply and with the pink you can punch up your look too. my hard candy and shiseido eyeshadows have run into competition and have been neglected for a while... for the price you can't beat this almay shadow. i use a makeup brush to apply it (not the provided makeup sponge tip) and it blends beautifully and stays on all day (i usually use some foundation all over my lids before adding eyeshadow).

the other trios didn't apply as well, and the colors were more flat or unflattering. in the hazel trio i tend to favor the taupe and cream colors, they all have a slight shimmer to it which is very pretty, and i use the pink once in a while depending on how i feel or what i'm wearing that day. the colors are really flattering to me, i have dark brown hair, brown eyes, light/sometimes slightly tanned asian complexion. and i'm happy to hear how the colors are flattering on many different types of women too! definitely HG

My eyes are an unusual color of yellow-green, so I opted for the Hazel Eye Shadow set, instead of the Green Eye Shadow set (the hazel has pinks and beiges, while the green had all greens).

This is a fabulous hazel eyeshadow set! Non-irritating (thankyou hypoallergenic Almay!), easy to apply and blend and with muted, natural colors that flatter the unusual and diverse hues that are in hazel colored or yellow-green eyes.

I LOVE these eyeshadows! I wouldn't say they bring out my hazel eyes, but they remind me of a slightly shimmery version of an old Chanel quad, The Fauves, minus one color. I love this color combo and I'm impressed with the lasting power of these shadows. These will be my new everyday shadows and I will definitely repurchase when I run out.

I was very pleased with this compact. My eyes are what I call "swamp" and it it hard to find anything flattering. I have oily skin, so of course the staying power is tested. I would suggest a primer or some foundation under the shadows.

I really liked this product! I actually have green eyes with just a small amount of brown and even a little blue, but I loved the effect that this had. I tried the green and wasn't crazy for it, but it still looked nice. I like this one for hazel much better though, and I will definately buy it again! I like how blendable it is, and it doesn't exactly bring out the color in my eyes, but it still looks good.

LOVE this eyeshadow,way better than the (intense i-color trio BLUES),perfect texture,didn't crease or fade& .VERY blendable.This is a definite stocking up item!

I love this stuff! I generally wear the pink and tan colors everyday and occasionally apply all three colors as it says on the package. It's very pigmented and lasts most of the day w/o creasing. It doesn't seem to make my eyes stand out more, but it is a really good set of eyeshadows.

The colors are very pretty worn together, it does compliment my hazel eyes. However the staying power isn't that great. By the end of the day all of the color faded, even when using a base such as MAC shadestick.

It's okay. The colours are nice, although nicer in the package. They have a nice texture and all, and the right amount of shimmer. But what I don't like is how the eyeshadow brush has a curve since I can't apply eyeshadow on the curved part of the sponge, seeing as it will make a scrape in my eyeshadow. Another con is the "blendability"; I find that it doesn't blend that well for me, I don't know. But it's an alright product, it's well worth your money, that is, if you trust Almay (which I don't because it's bad for you, more specifically the foundations and concealers etc.) This does bring out the green in my eyes.

I bought the trio for Hazel eyes and it was alright, I didn't have a lot of luck with it but eh. I'd probably buy it in some different shades if I went to buy it again.

I have blue/gray eyes but this eyeshadow works great. I've tried all the Intense i Color eyeshadows and this is the best for me. I've never been able to use brown eyeshadow until this color. The pink is perfect--not too red. The texture and blendability are superb. Love this more than my MAC or Stila eyeshadows. So inexpensive and readily available too. Last all day.

These are absolutly beautiful eyeshadows!!!! And for the price of only $6, you get a real bargain with 3 colors inside. These really do make your eyes appear brighter and bigger, although didn't neccisarily bring out the hazel in my eyes so much. I mostly just noticed that I looked very awake while wearing these. The e/s has a beautiful finish too. I bit frosty, which I usually don't care for so much, but these were great. They are very shimmery and have a silky finish. The color stays on through the day OK. I noticed that the colors somewhat start to meld into each other while on the eye, but they still look very nice. I would say to stick with the instructions on the package (pink all over lid, dark hazel in crease, light hazel right below brow) as that really does have a very flattering look to it! I really love these, and the quality is superb. The quality of this is very similar to Clinique's e/s, and for the price you get so much more for your money! I would definitly recommend and buy again!

pretty colors.. kinda light for me but subtle i like them. the brush is so bad that comes with it so u hafta use your own but i rele do like the sparkle this gives to me

I love these!! The colors make my eyes "pop" and I get so many compliments on my eye shadow. Also if you are tired just apply the light cream color. It helps make you look awake and alert, even when you're not.

Simply beautiful. I agree with other reviewers that the packaging sometimes gets stuck and it's hard to open, but I can at least see the colours. It takes mere seconds to apply and it's really easy to get the look down. I am really happy I took the plunge and bought this one! I think my eyes do pop a little with this and overall it's just such a pretty look. I'd definitely recommend this one!

I have hazel eyes & I really like this trio. I do have to wear a base under these or they fade, but with Mac Stilife Paint or a Lancome Colour Dose they last all day. I love the shimmer in these shadows & I love the pink & brown together. I use Mac Teddy Kohl to line with. The Palette itself is hard to open, but I do like that the case it clear so that I can immediately see what colors I am reaching for.

As with review for brown eye collection, same pros/cons. Too frosty, contour not dark enough (for me anyway). Excellent texture and pigment. If they added a couple darker and more matte colors and toned down the frost slightly would try again.
