MUA recommend this conditioner for my dry dameged hair.
I wanted to be in love this product. the smell wasn't bother me at all.
and I didn't think it's fish smell ( I am from Asia and I know what fish smell is ) I don't know if it was not moisturizing enough or over moistureised with my hair. my hair become more frezz and dull and looks more dried out.if I pay this price. I'd later pay PB.
I love Joico Moisture Recovery & Philip B's Deep Conditioning Creme Rinse much better.
now I am waiting Philip Kingsley Elasticizer .
so I will review after use PK.

Following a major surgery and hospitalization, recently, my hair was in need of some major, 'rescue' treatment. So, I picked up a small tube of this to re-try it. About 18 months ago, I'd first tried this, and wasn't at all impressed. Gave the large tube to a friend, and convinced that this just did absolutely nothing for me. Only, now, Kerastase masks are just too pricey for me, so Terax it was. Personally, I don't think that the scent is a deciding issue for me. Wet dog, hot-dog, cinnamon rolls, Play-Doh, floral, or whatever you subjectively want to describe it. Either way, unless it's overpowering, fragrance isn't a deal-breaker for me with haircare. I will categorically say that I agree with another reviewer here, who says that you have to persist with this product. First applications add softness and ease frizz-subsequent applications add strength, shine and condition. With my hair being so fragile, it had been breaking badly before I used Terax. After, I'm not losing anywhere near as much-either in my brush, nor down the shower drain. I'll keep using this, and am hopeful of continuing good results. Thanks, Terax!.

I love this product. It prevents me from using my standard excuses for not doing a weekly deep conditioning treatment (no time, too much of a hassle, too messy, feeling lazy, etc.) I have repurchased this product in every size available and will continue to buy. The scent is not very appealing, IMO. Smells a bit like wet dog, but the scent dissipates quickly, especially if you use any scented styling products. The scent issue was far from a deal-breaker for me. I have very curly dry hair that is well below my shoulder blades when dry. And it's salt & pepper color, so the gray/white strands tend to make it even more dry. When I use Crema, my hair is soft and more shiny; does not feel brittle like it might break mid-strand (my hair normally does feel that way, fragile). With weekly use, I definitely see and feel a difference. I conditioner-wash only, so I first CO wash, then I apply the Crema and leave on for 5-10 minutes while I'm in the shower. Very convenient! When I am rushed, I have even added a bit of water to Crema in my palm and CO washed with the Crema (and still left it on enough time to get DT benefit). I didn't even know this existed until I saw recs for it on the hair board, so thank you, MUA! :)

I bought this seven months ago and have been trying to justify the money I spent on it ever since. At least I only bought the tube size, not the bigger one with the pump dispenser.
CONS:
1) The cloying smell is gross! I washed my hair in the morning and by nighttime it was still as strong as ever. After one night, my pillow smelled a bit like it too. This is NOT a drugstore floral fragrance (which I'm not bothered by).
2) It's expensive for something that doesn't work. I have staples that I spend more on, but this was such a waste of money.
3) The cap collects a ton of water.
4) It left my hair dry and tangled. Plus I think it made my back and shoulders itchy (I've never had this problem).

I love this stuff. I first used Crema years ago when it was first available at Sephora in the horrid tub packaging. I have long, blonde, thick color treated hair that needs moisture. I've been avoiding 'cones and SLS, and this is by far the best 'cone free daily conditioner I have found. It leaves my hair incredibly soft but not weighed down and I do not require any additional products to comb through after the shower, which is rare as my ends are still slightly damaged and tangle easily. I've heard lots of complaints about the smell, however I find it to be a light floral and I actually really like it. Not the cheapest product but definitely worth it for me.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it is PERFECT for my hair. I have babyfine hair that tangles easily and lacks body. This conditioner not only detangles and moisturizes my hair but somehow adds the most incredible body and shine. I hate that it's so expensive, but I can see myself buying this over and over, because no other conditioner makes my hair feel this way. I can't see how drier, thicker hair types could use this, though. It's moisturizing, but not amazingly so and I think this product is more suited to fine/normal hair types. I was hesitant to try this because of the price but I am so glad I did. It's really a one of a kind product.

I am so glad that I broke down and tried Crema, for my curly, frizzy, color-treated dry hair (but an oily scalp), it is wonderful! I have tried many different conditioners, cheap & expensive, and for me this is one of the best ones I have used. It makes my hair feel so silky and doesn't weigh down my curls. Love it!

I don't know what all the hype is about this conditioner. I think it's awful. It leaves my hair lifeless and dull. I keep thinking that maybe I have a bad tube of it and then go out and buy more of it hoping for a different outcome...but nah! I must be insane for doing that! It's ridiculously expensive. I hate this stuff and the smell of it is really bad.

My dry, overprocesed hair loves this. It's one of the few conditioners that is worth the investment due to it efficacy. I use it as a weekly deep conditioner. I just wish it smelled better and they included the pump in the cost of purchase.

This is a great conditioner. My boyfriend bought some for me for my birthday and I wasn't really expecting much. I remember when it was the 'it' conditoner years ago. Haven't heard much about it lately. I use a lot of other deep conditioners (eg. L'oreal Nature's Therapy, Kerastase, Joice Moisture REcovery) and like most of them. I noticed with the Terax (like a previous reviewer said) it 'sunk' into my hair and I felt like I had to apply a lot. Kind of like Joico's K-Pak Deep REconstructor. It seemed like it was disappearing on my hair! OK, I put a bag on my head and deep condition by blowdrying the bag to get it warm. Then I normally take the bag off and dry the conditioner right into my hair. This allows me to sleep with the conditioner without making a mess or sleeping with a bag on my head! LOL! When I rinsed this out the next day, my hair felt like silk! The smell of the product disappeared. I wouldn't say it smells bag, but it doesn't smell particularly good. Anyway, it works and I will rebuy this.

Absolute HG product for me. I still remember how impressed - no, amazed - I was when I first "discovered" this super-duper-kick-butt conditioner. Discovered, after reading in every publication about it having a cult following and being the greatest thing since sliced bread.
This has been my go-to for over 5 years, and now, I refuse to wash my hair without it. It's much better to wait a day, should I be unable to extract any from the last tube in the house. My hair is novelty-long, needs a good detangler and lots of moisture, and this fits the bill. *Most* days, my hair is shiny and healthy looking. People often compliment the condition, and I'm frequently asked what I put in my hair, although I suspect that has more to do with the length than anything.
Like the reviewer below, I have problems with scalp sensitivity, and this is one conditioner that never gives me a rash.
I can also tolerate the fragrance from an aromatic perspective. Yes, I do detect a mildly chemical quality to the scent, but it's not at all strong smelling. Seriously, I have a real problem with fragrances, and I get vicious headaches and nausea, tunnel vision, all kinds of fun symptoms, from exposure to so many grooming and household products. I have never had a problem with Crema. I've gone through over a dozen medium tubes, and at least a half-dozen giant bottles of this stuff, and I've never thought one smelled like cat pee or fish. I've never thought my hair smelled like cat pee or fish after using it.
With Crema, my hair detangles easily after washing. It supposedly opens the cuticle slightly, allowing ingredients to do their job more effectively, so I finish with a cool rinse.
Even my product averse husband uses it, after seeing pleasant results following a forced application.
It is spendy, but you can try one of the itty bitty tubes if you're unsure. I'd go with the medium tube for about $22, and be lavish. See what works best for your hair. I've found I can use a ridiculous amount of this if I squeeze most of the water out of my hair before I apply it, so for routine use, I try to remember to leave my hair a little "wet" when I work this through. I use less product that way, and the result seems better.
However, if I'm using it as a deep conditioner, I like to towel dry my hair first, then apply a disgusting amount of it. Like, don't let myself think of the dollar value of the gob, disgusting. It's sooo worth it. And, I love not needing to mess around with an additional product. Just this one, that I know is safe for me and has never let me down.
I really hope more people "discover" this for themselves. I honestly think it's awesome!

I just went out and bought a second tube of this so I figured its the right time to write a review. I love this conditioner, the other glorified reviews don't lie. This has been the best conditioner I have ever used. My hair is baby-fine, thin but very thirsty. I have problem/sensitive scalp that breaks out any sign of irritation from products. I was worried this product would affect my scalp but after using it for about 2 months it has not. My first time using this conditioner, in the shower, I was disappointed. I applied a dollop and it immediately sunk in my freshly washed, wet hair. I took this has a sign that it wasn't working, it wasn't conditioning enough, and I was disappointed. Like all other conditioners, after I rinse my shampoo out, I apply the conditioner and let it sit for the remainder of my shower, it being the last thing I rinse out, and this was no different with Crema. Upon rinsing out on my first time use, I was happy to find that though this conditioner sunk in quite quickly, it was detangling my hair quite nicely. Once out of the shower my comb easily ran though my tangle-free hair, which is out of the norm (even with other thick and heavily moisturized conditioners, my hair always has some sort of tangle) and once I blow-dried my hair, my hair felt incredibly soft, silky and was super shiny. This has been the results of my hair every time I wash since. Terax has become my HG and must-have. I will always have this in my shower. Oh and I LOVE the smell. My tubes of Terax do not smell like wet dog or cat pee or fish, it DOES has a slight underlying plastic scent but a flowery/honeysuckle scent overpowers it once it has dried.

Near HG status for me. I bought this for three dollars (yep!) at a hair care store that was closing. I got the smaller 6.7 ounce one. I adore it! I have long, fine color-treated blonde hair and it makes it so silky and swingy without weight it down or greasiness ~ in fact, sometimes it makes it 'too soft' so I use it only about three times per week. It doesn't strip my color either but I do alternate it with a purple conditioner as well as add Ken Paves color boost drops every now and again. I love the scent actually, it is almost powdery to me. This is one product that really transformed the look and feel of my hair, and with the winter just beginning this is definitely something I would buy again.

My fine, dry hair really likes this conditioner. It doesn't weigh my hair down, leave my hair greasy, leave my hair dry, or build up. It just seems to leave my hair looking nice and moisturized. One of the best things about this conditioner is that it reduces the amount of static in my hair. Before I started using Crema my hair was always full of static. Crema also detangles my hair extremely well. The only thing I dislike about this conditioner is the packaging. I'd much prefer that it be in a bottle instead of a tube.

I have difficulty finding conditioners that work well with my fine hair. Most regular conditioners leave a greasy film on my hair and most conditioners for fine hair tend to lack the proper level of conditioning. What makes this conditioner stand out is that it does not leave a greasy film on my hair and a little goes a long way in conditioning my hair.
I also use it on my yorkshire terrier. While this shampoo is not intended for animal use, it works quite well on my dog too because she has fine long hair. I was having problems as her hair was getting longer since most conditioners (for dogs or humans) were too greasy on her, but she would get enormous mats without conditioner. It was a time-consuming pain to comb those out. Since I've started using this on her, she has little to no mats and her hair does not get greasy. I guess I can justify the expensive price by noting how I use it on me and my dog even if it isn't intended for animal use.

I have a thick set of coarse wavy hair and this conditioner really helps to tame the frizziness. This also works really well as a deep conditioner. I leave on for about an hour every week and it makes my hair really soft.

This stuff is simply amazing. My hair is so unbelievably soft. There is rarely anything that works well on my thick coarse hair but this detangles, softens and really moisturises my hair. It's a little pricy - and it smells like something I'd clean the toilet with (although my bf loves the smell). The smell goes away quickly and to be honest if it does the job then I don't care what it smells like.

I leave this on my hair for longer as kind of a mini-treatment. Its too heavy for me to use every day but I can use a couple of times a week.
Used in this way its perfect for my fine, colour treated hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down but it does improve and maintain the health of my hair. Have recommended it to friends and they've had successes also.

I returned mine because it was not moisturizing enough for me. I have an oily scalp with a lot of fine, highlighted hair down roughly to bra strap length. The lengths tend to be dry and they tangle like a nightmare, so I was looking for a lot of moisture and a good detangler. This product is a huge favorite on the Hair Board and is recommended almost daily to posters with hair similar to mine, so I plunked down almost $25CDN for the 6.7oz tube. I don't get the wet dog scent others complain about, but this certainly does not smell pretty. I shampooed, squeezed the extra water out of my hair, and worked a quarter-sized amount into my hair. After that did not feel like nearly enough product, I added another quarter-blob, but my hair still felt like it needed more conditioner. However, I put my hair up for about 5 minutes and then rinsed thoroughly. Even in the shower my hair felt crispy and tangled. Once air-dried, my hair felt even worse - dry, brittle and stripped! I couldn't comb because the tangling was so bad, and it took a pawful of leave-ins and serums before my hair felt like hair again.
I understand the appeal of a cone-free conditioner, and I know this is a miracle-worker for some, but I can't recommend this conditioner. Expensive, too!

I bought this because it was highly recommended by the mu and hair boards. It is a great conditioner and detangles better than the rest in the market. It is not heavy or too much for my waist length hair to handle. If you leave it on longer than 2 minutes, you will get better results. In comparison with Feria, this does not make my hair fall out. Feria is a great conditioner but it is a bit too much for my roots to handle. This, on the other hand, conditions and protects my hair. One huge advantage of this to Feria is that in humidity, this prevents frizzing. Feria does not. Edit: After trying Everpure Moisture Mask Treatment, I love Everpure even better than this! Also, this is about 4 times of the price of Everpure, which is a huge negative-
