I couldn't be more disappointed! I bought two bottles of this off of ebay...it came highly recommended by a friend who loves it (& it was rec'd to her by her derm). I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and the only difference in my skin is that it's breaking out..& not just regular pimples either...CYSTIC pimple....big one! I am not prone to acne at all and the addition of the TNS is the only change I've made in my routine. I can't believe I bought two! BIG waste of money for me.

I just don't see results with this product. I had such high hopes due to all that I have heard about it. I have used for over a month, every day, and really see no change. I don't expect a miracle after a month, but in order for me to justify the price tag on this, I have to at least see some improvement. Unfortunately, I see no reason to repurchase. Too bad, I really hoped this would work.

This product is utterly outstanding, it is my new favorite along with the Replenix serum as well. I kept hearing a lot of chatter about this product, (Oprah, magazines etc.) but when I heard Bo Derek uses ONLY this product I knew I had to try it. Even though Bo has probably had surgery she looks incredible for her age, no doubt this product helps to keep the skin taut and youthful. It is technologically advanced & surpasses anything else on the market right now. It is not gratuitous marketing but an amazing new dermalogical product unlike any other. Indeed the ingredient base is quite disgusting (infant foreskin- synthesized),the odor is rather unpleasant but IMHO, it is tolerable & disappears quickly and not as bad as so many other reviewers have stated. For the results that this product delivers in a relatively short period of time, the price($125) & weird ingredients are not a reason to pass on this product. La Mer is more $$$ and doesn't even come close to the results that this product delivers, it is not just a feel good product that does absolutely nothing like everything Estee Lauder markets. This product immediately firms up the skin, within a few weeks shrinks pores, restores a brighter glow to the complexion and plumps up the skin to fill in lines/wrinkles/folds considerably, that you will definetly notice a marked improvement in your complexion. The results are by no means just subtle, but it actually takes a few years off. This product is so far technologically advanced that once you use this there is no way you will ever shop for department store brands again. The derm office where I purchased it cannot keep it in stock, with most people buying multiple bottles at a time so as to never run out. I have been using it only once a day (the directions indicate 2x day) coupled with Replenix and the results have been nothing short of miraculous. I would give this product a 10 if I could.

I work for a plastic surgeon and he sells this product. I would have never bought it if I didn't get it at cost, it is so expensive. But I have been using it for about 3 months now and have seen a big difference in my skin. Also, I see the results on patient's that come into the office everyday and I have to say I really believe in the product. It is outrageously expensive and it does smell yucky, but the smell fades after a short amount of time (or maybe you just get used to it!!!)

I've only been using this for 3 days, along with the Retinol at night and Vitamin C for day, but I am amazed at the results. My large pores seem, for the first time ever, practically invisible and my skin is radiant and smooth. To say it smells bad is an understatement. I'm not usually sensitive to smells, but this stuff makes me gag. Not bad when it first comes out of the bottle, but about 30 seconds after application, I want to run from my face!!! Stinks & costs a bundle, and if it continues to work, I'll continue to gag and shell out the bucks. Sigh...UPDATE: Used this for 60 days and while the results to fine lines and skin firmness in general were excellent, I've discontinued use for 2 reasons (1) caused major congestion to my face. I've never been prone to blackheads, but this has caused some serious clogging (2) the smell just lingers all day for me and I can't hack it. Switched to Provage & Kinerase and the results so far have been equal if not better than this without the nastiness.

Worth every penny. The smell isn't that great but not as bad as I expected reading all of the comments here. I've tried everything on my 43 year old skin and this was amazing. Smooth and plumped. I have sensitive skin and had no problems with this. If you are over 35, worth the $$$.

Whata collosal waste of money - and SO GROSS.
To think that the extract from the infant foreskin could prevent aging. (Even if it is true - it's still a pretty disgusting concept.)
Waaaaaay too much money to spend on an over-rated cream.
If they give you a sample - great - take it, try it, whatever - but DO NOT waste your money with this.

I've been using this 2x a day for almost three months now. My derm. recommended it and I was very put off by the price but trust her judgement, so I took the risk. Being an esthetician, I've tried nearly everything for anti-aging, and I must say, I've noticed a definite difference in my fine and deeper lines. My boyfriend loathes the smell, but one day admitted to me that he's noticing a BIG difference in my skin since I've started using it:fewer lines, smoother and more even toned. He says it looks like I'm wearing foundation, when I'm wearing no makeup at all. I give it 4 lippies because I haven't found a 5 yet, in anti-aging type treatments-no miracle products yet. One warning- it smells like old sweaty, gymshorts on someone who doesn't bathe. Yikes. But the product is way too good to not use because of the smell.

After reading all the "glowing" (no pun intended) reviews, I could not wait to try this product. Unfortunately, it failed to live up to its reputation even after using it for 3 months. Not only is the cost prohibitive, it just really does no better than a much cheaper alternative, such as MD Forte Skin Rejuvenation Lotion III. Honestly, the results for the product would have to be close to miraculous to justify the price.
UPDATE: Well, I purchased it again at the insistence of my dermatologist's "skin advisor." She said that comparisons of the pictures of patients who had been using the product for a year showed marked differences. Because it had been 5 years since I'd used it, I thought I'd give it another try. Again, no difference, even though I have been using it for 6 months. I don't think another 6 months are going to make a difference given I have seen no improvement.

hated this product... smells horrible and is way overpriced. I wish I would have not purchased it but did only due to the reviews here.... ?? did nothing for my skin and always hated the pump because the product would get dried up inside and get stuck and then a huge amount would come out when I tried to pump it out. will never buy again. anyone want to swap for it?

Has anyone tried a similar product called "Revitacel"? Same active ingredient as TNS (Nouricel) but half the price. Saw it on an infomercial w/ Lindsay Wagner - so I'm skeptical. But... it would be great to get the same ingredients cheaper!

This is a great product in that it has helped even out my skin tone...I have even noticed darker spots or areas on my face from break outs literally "flake-off." My only complaint is that I feel that my pores are larger since I have started using the product. I am in my late twenties with very oily skin which has worsened after using this product. I don't want to have to use salicylic acid or other drying agents as I am afraid this will interfere with the product working.

Updated: 6/30/04: While I still really like this product, the price is causing me to knock the rating to a 4.
This really is a remarkable product! I heard about it on Oprah where it was touted as one of the only products that really works. I read about it in Productville. I searched the internet for the best prices. I ended up getting it on Ebay from a doctor's office (with 100% positive feedback) and a free full sized MD Forte II Cleanser. It comes in a small pump bottle and the first thing that surprised me was the color...it's red! I use one squirt morning & apply it all over my face & neck. My skin is absolutely even toned, firm and glowing, no blemishes, no visible wrinkles. Really amazing! I also used this with the La Mer creme on a 2nd degree burn on my hand & arm. The doctor told me it would definitely scar. Two weeks later and no scar or mark at all! Some have complained about the smell, but it doesn't bother me. I wish it wasn't so pricey, but it's less than the La Mer serum and more effective.

Just an amazing product. I have been using it for a month and I truly have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I can't say enough good things about it, and I will most certainly continue to use it. The only drawbacks are the $$$$$ and the terribly funky smell. Regardless, I adore this product!

This is my HG of all products. Yes, it is expensive, but worth every penny. Like a facelift in a bottle. I use it only at night, although the suggested use is twice a day (have to ration this expensive stuff!). It lifts and plumps. When I run out of it for a few days, my skin looses it's radiance, no matter what other fabulous products I am using. This is the ONE that makes the difference. I am 35 and people think I look 22. It is this product that I credit. I can not possibly say enough great things about it. List price is $125 but I've never paid over $100. Just surf around for the deal. AMAZING!!

Something must be wrong with me. I have read only good things about this product on many, many beauty boards. I am 50 with oily, large pore skin that is prone to breaking out. Since I have already gone through menopause, I now also have wrinkles and sagging skin. I can't say that I am seeing improvement yet, but my big complaint is that I am getting very large and hard cystic type bumps and blemishes that are making my face look a mess. I have a tendency to break out, even at my age, but this is something worse. I can feel large cyst-like things under my skin. Sometimes they erupt. Sometimes not. The only new product I have added is the TNS. I have been using it for over a month now. I hate to stop using it because of the hopefully potential wrinkle reduction, but if the bumps would stop, I guess I might have to give it a test run. I am happy for those of you who are having good results. If anyone else is using TNS that has acne, large pores, oily skin, I would like to hear from you on your experiences and other treatments.

Wow! This stuff really works!
I used it around my eye area for the first night and literally woke up to a NOTICABLE wrinkle reduction!
I wasn't holding my breath but I guess I'll have to budget for this stuff $$$$$$$ Because I'd hate to run out! Why is it the good stuff always costs a bundle!?!?!?!

Using the TNS serum in the morning after using Retin A micro the night before. It prevents peelies and irritation from the RAM. Also, it is great underneath the Skinmedica Vitamin C complex. Makes my skin very smooth and glowy. One pump is all you need.

I have been using this for a few months now, and my skin is more even toned and plumper looking. Very costly though, and comes only in a 0.5 ounce size. I have used similar products in other lines, but this one gives me the best results so far, (figures).

I can't believe no one else has reviewed this fabulous product! Yes, it's very expensive but no other product I have ever used on my skin has shown such amazing results!
My dermatologist recommended the TNS Recovery Complex to me back in November and I began using it right away. Though it took a couple of months before I saw real results, I can now say that my 53 year old, very fair, sun damaged skin looks "plumper", less lined, and has better tone. I would say that this product has subtracted at least five years from the visable age of my skin and maybe more. It's a truly amazing product.
