I've weaned myself off of my makeup addiction and hadn't bought a new item for months, but I was curious about this cream blush due to the raves on the makeup board. I tried on a bunch of different colors at my local Stila counter and fell in love with this one. Although I have something like 15 blushes, I don't have anything else which gives me a baby-pink glow like this one does. The lillium CC was pigmented but a tad bit too cool for me, while MAC's Well Dressed and Benefit's Dandelion was too light to show up, but Lotus is perfect for my Eurasian Stila D coloring! I've been wanting a blush to give me this angelic pale baby pink color for ages and ages, and promptly picked this up. The whipped mousse texture is really nice, and the blush applies smoothly and lasts for hours and hours. The little glass pot with the flower design is also adorable. Kudos to Stila for coming up with some really nice products recently, and largely ditching the cardboard packaging.

Lotus is a very pretty pink color. A beautiful pink that has hints of mauve and rose. It looks like a pink rose. My only gripes are the quality of the product and the container. The container is awkward to apply with your fingers especially if you have long nails, the opening is not big enough. The product itself goes on nicely but then it dries to a powder finish leaving the surface spotted an even especially if you skin is just a bit dry. I tried different ways to work with this product but it did not blend into my skin like cc do.

These are just wonderful. The texture is so soft & silky smooth. application is very good being so whipped even on my oily skin. The only thing I really do not care for is the pot form, but I know it serves it's purpose in keeping the seal tight so it won't dry out.

I love this blush, the texture is absolutely amazing, and it is great for summer. Usually I don't go for blushes because of my fear of looking too "done", but Lotus is the perfect color - not too dark, just sheer enough to see, and it makes you look like you're blushing naturally. Two thumbs up!

I love this too! My first creme blush and I was wary of applying it with my fingers. But it's so easy to use and blends great. The color is such a natural flush and has great staying power. A very nice everyday blush!

This is an OK cream-type blush. It's a little difficult to apply, mostly because of the packaging--it's difficult to get just a tiny bit out without its being clumpy, which makes it difficult to blend. The color is nice--a cool pink with slight mauve undertones--but nothing special. And the packaging sucks. I have small fingers and have trouble geting just a bit of product on my fingertip. It's just too much of a hassle, so back it went. For an exponentially better cream blush, try Dior.

When I look for a blush, it absolutely MUST be long-lasting. I'm not talking about lasting for a few hours.. I'm talking about something that basically DOES NOT BUDGE until I remove it.
Stila's rouge pot does come close. I usually steer clear of cream blushes as they tend to slide on disappear on my cheeks. However, this does a good job of staying put.
Lotus looks a bit strange in the pot - a bit mauvey, a bit lavender. I like real obvious pink blushes, but when I put this on, it does go on more pink. It's utterly natural looking, as if it was part of my skin. I do wish it was a bit more vibrant pink (but not as much as Sweet Pea, which is a bit too OTT for me!).
I *adore* the light fluffy texture and how incredibly easily this blends into the skin. No shimmer or strange colours, it just melts into your skin for a natural flush. This is easily one of the most natural looking blushes I've seen.
Down point is that while the packaging is utterly adorable, I dislike pot products - unhygenic and just all round messy. Wish this came in a tube. It's a tiny jar but it will last for ages - I only use a small dab each time.

One of the best cream blushes I have used. Like the color and consistency. Wears well. Only concern is that despite how cute the little jar is, it will be difficult to get all the product out of the jar. I still would purchase this again.

Love these rouge pots. I have this and Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea is my favourite... but I also love Lotus. It applies like a dream, the finish is SO natural and it wears all through the day. The colour is also very special... I can't describe it any better than the other reviewers already have. On me LSF #0, KA SSE SX01 it's a very natural almost peachy shade of pink. Totally natural. This shade would be fool proof on most skintones I think. I generally can't wear warm shades, but this is pretty enough that I can get away with it.

I just bought Stila's Rouge Pot in the Lotus color. I put it on and I couldn't walk away. It's a very sweet and subtle color that looks very fresh on the skin. It goes on smoothly and evenly and the staying power is great. It's like a very natural pink. I love it!

This is the first Stila product that I would repurchase (just because in my opinion, Stila products are very gimmicky). This blush is great for any skin type, specifically oily or combo skins. It gives a great natural look and lasts a long time. Lotus is a warm natural pink with a slight brown undertone. It hasn't clogged my pores yet. Although the pot is tiny, you only need a little bit so it'll last a while. I hope Stila comes out with more unique colors in these though! Btw, I'm an MMM with dark hair.

I am a LLL/FFF, and I love this rouge pot. Lotus goes on with just a little bit of a subtle pink undertone (freesia, water lily, and the other nude one all go on more of a straight nude or have a bit or orange). It feels very smooth going on, not gel-ish or even moussey, almost like a more firm, thick lotion or something (hard to explain). It blends very well, and leaves just a subtle flush for the day. Staying power is also great. This is also very pigmented, so a little goes a long way. Don't be fooled by the container's small size, this should last awhile.
In terms of comparisons to the Stila convertible colors, this is not quite as emollient as those, so would probably be better for oily skin. Lotus is probably closest to the Lillium CC, but Lillium goes on a bit cooler and brighter, not quite as subtle. These are a bit easier to blend than the CCs as well. I will still buy and use the CCs because of the more varied color selection and because my skin tends to be dry anyway, but the rouge pots are a nice addition to Stila's blush options.
On a side note, the little pot is also very cute, and fits better in my tacklebox slots than either the lip pot or the CCs.

Love these little pots of blush. Lotus is a little more pink than Water Lily, which I think has more of a brown undertone. I am very fair and this color blends so nicely. Just a nice, natural flush.

The more rouge pots I buy, the more I realize that you can't judge these by how they look in the pot. Lotus looks like a mauvey pink in the pot, but applys as the perfect sweet pink. It looks so pretty and natural on my dry NC25 skin. The texture is really nice, a mousse-like cream to powder, and it lasts all day. And I don't mean from the morning to to evening either. I have to wash this stuff off before bed, its that good.

Lotus is my second favorite rouge pot color (after Sweet Pea). It gives me a great rose flush without any steaks. Blends beautifully and comes in the *cutest* flower jar container. I like the rouge pots better than the covertible colors because they don't feel as oily on my skin. Definite RAVE from me!

Lotus is a peachy nude shade, it doesn't look pink on me at all. It's not mussy at all, but def more on the nude side. It's a nice blush for if you are going for a natural and fresh look. The texture is great, it's so easy to apply and it glides right on and doesn't streak or look fake at all. It looks very natual and doesn't bother my sensitive skin. A little goes a very long way with these blushes so even though the pot looks small, it will last you a very very long time.

Retails for $20 @ local Nordstrom/Sephora. Rouge pots look all brown on their pots but looks can be deceiving so do give it a try on the skin. Lotus goes on sheer mauve pink, slightly warmer than Lillium Convertible Color on my skin (Stila 20/30 watts, yellow toned). The texture is cream-to-powder finish, very smooth, however can go on rather blotchy if not blended carefully. The pot opening is rather small, even for my skinny fingers, whoever the top is very cute.
