I wanted to like this new Avon Fragrance. It was way too strong. I put it on my wrists and could not wash it off! I'm glad I had a sample and had not purchased the full size.

A sharp floral that does smells more like the entire plant (leaves, stems, roots and dirt included) rather than just its sweet blossoms. The floral component to me smells mostly of honysuckle -- a note that I find stomach churning. Also, I find iris to lend an abrasive quality to some fragrances; if this has a note of it, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

The fragnance is light weight and smells great, its not a strong over powering sent its fresh and clean. I love it. The packaging also is beautiful.

This is a great scent if you like to smell like a lilac bush. I don't particuarly like to smell like a lilac bush. Therefore I didn't like this fragrance at all. However, if YOU like to smell like a lilac bush, this is your parfume...

Goddess is Avon's newest fragrance for women. It's a pretty, fresh floral, in the vein of Sha by Alfred Sung or Eau de Ciel by Annick Goutal. I think I'm smelling iris, lilac, and freesia in there, but I could be wrong; I'll have to look up the actual notes in this fragrance. Overall it's a very pretty scent and I don't think Avon has really produced one quite like this before.
