I *love* the way this smells. It seriously makes my mouth water. The smell is like the lotion but heavier and nicer, almost nutty smelling. It is greasy, but I only use it for my severely dry hands, and sometimes on knees/elbows/feet too. After reading the reviews about vasaline, I can honestly say that if I had to use something greasy as an all over moisturizer, I would pick this over vasaline any day. My only problem is when I put this on my hands My dog tries to lick my hands to death lol, I guess she like the taste as much as I like the smell.

Definitely too greasy to use all over body during the day (use the lotion instead)...cross your legs and they slide right off each other. Also everything you come in contact with will stick to them (dirt, grass, sand...forget it). It never really absorbs in areas where my skin isn't super dry and stays super greasy. But in those really dry spots it soaks up quickly without leaving greasy behind. So I stick to using this on my chest (during the day or evening when I want to look glowy), elbows, knees and feet (at night) and it leaves those areas much improved and moisturized. Love the smell too.

It gave me a rash! :(

I also had a hard time with it because I was getting my nails done regularly and it always made a mess under my nails when I dug into the container.

It was really cheap, though. That was good. At least I didn't waste a ton of money!!!

I really like this product. Though it was greasy when I first applied it, it gradually soaked in. The mineral oil in the product gave my skin a nice sheen and the scent reminds me of coconut and banana.

I also use this for my feet only. I tried to use it as a body creme, but I guess cooking oil would have felt less greasy. Now I hate that it comes in such a huge jar and I have to use it up before switching to someting else.

I tried so hard to like this because I really enjoy the smell, but it just doesn't work for me. This creme is so greasy, it REFUSES to sink into my skin. I have tried so many ways to use this - on my dry elbows, dry patches, on my feet at night...fugetaboutit!!! This stuff would put Crisco to shame and would give WD40 a run for it's money. Just...no. Ew.

greasy?? that's the last word that comes to mind. if anything, this is the only stuff i've found so far that sinks in completely and quickly, leaving no residue or greasy feeling behind. i must have really dry skin, i guess! and at 99 cents in the travel section of pharmacies, i'm not about to complain...i love this stuff!!

AGain, another product that is dificult to find in my area. However, it too proves to be reliable.

Most excellent for ultra dry skin, this lotion also is great for sunbathing. Use it with some SPF and head outside.

I don't recommend using it on the face, since it is highly saturated and somewhat greasy.

I really suggest this to the ladies wanting to get rid of stretchmarks, even old ones. I actually kind of modified mine, since I heard that cocoa butter, as well as vitamin E, get rid of stretchmarks. I busted open and added about 15 vitamin E capsules into the creme and applied to my already existing stretchmarks everday, and within a month, they were BARELY visible! Even my mother, (who's had stretchmarks on her belly for 20 years because of having me) started using it, and hers are also now disappearing after just one month. As far as a regular body moisturizer, it's probably too thick for all over, since it takes awhile to absorb, but definitely great for elbows, knees, and any rough patches you might have, or even wrinkles.

This product wasn't what it's cracked up to be. I don't like body butters. And the packaging is horrible, it's in a big tub so it gets all in your fingernails and everything. It is really greasy and takes hours to really soak into the skin. I think the smell is fine, it just smells like tanning lotion. But, it is too greasy for my liking. I have a 99% full tub of this if anyone would like to have it...just let me know.

It's a good moisturizer...but VERY greasy. The upside of that, though, is the cream adds lots of shine to the skin, so it would be great for the legs. The moisturizing factor is good, but not the best (I prefer Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula With Vitamin E). It's mainly just greasy, and it doesn't seem to penetrate. I gave it away to my brother in college because he needed lotion. I most likely won't buy this again.

Yuck! I liked the cocoa butter lotion, but since it's a bit thin and runny, I was imagining that the cream would be a thicker, more moisturizing version of the same thing. Nope. This stuff is so thick it's solid and smells like mineral oil and lanolin instead of cocoa butter. Left me feeling greasy even a couple of hours after I put it on. This wasn't for me.

This is he perfect night time facial moisturizer. I applied a little bit under my eyes, around my smile lines and dabbed a bit on my cheeks and neck. The next morning, my skin was smooth, soft and not greasy at all. I know this sells for $1.00 or so in the US, but here it was $8.99 Canadian. Still not expensive, this is a fabulous moisturizer.

This is my cure-all! I love the scent. Yes it is greasy, but oddly not a pore-clogger (on me at least). It helps stretch marks, dry skin, chapped lips and dark circles under the eyes (apply lightly and carefully so as not to get it in you eyes). I've used it for a long time and I love it. It is cheap and the scent is pleasant.

Granted, this product is a bit greasy, and I would not use it on my body. On the other hand, it makes a fabulous foot cream. Slather this buttery formula on and slip into a pair of socks, and your feet will be wonderfully soft in the morning. If you are looking for a chocolatey scent, Palmer's is better and more true, but this has a nice beachy-coconut smell that I like as well.

I normally like Queen Helene products. Cons of this product are:1. It's too greasy 2. The packaging sucks, especially when you have natural long fingernails- it's in a deep tub- tube would be nice. 3. The consistancy is more like petroleum jelly 4. Not enough Cocoa scent Pros1. A little goes a long way2. Very inexpensive 99¢3. Works excellent as a lip balm!!
