I got a sample of this in Diffuse, which is a pearly white hightlighting fluid. I mix it with my moisturizer and gives me a nice healthy glow. I love this product.

This product is best used mixed with foundation. If you use it alone, it can be too much. I like it mixed with foundation best.

I purchased Reflect and was deeply disappointed. Well, maybe its because the skin on my cheeks are very dry but...as soon as I finish applying this on top of my cheeks, it dries to a dead matte with gold shimmer! I never had this problem with Lorac or Benefit and neither did any other MUAers(since the MUAer's reviews on this product seems very good). The pump packaging is just like Lorac's: terrible. Its impossible to control how much you can pump out. I'm going to try Diffuse and see if I can get better results. Price: $37 CDN. For now, 1 lipstick is all it deserves.

Smashbox Artificial Light Luminizing Lotions are my HG's for liquid highlighters. My personal favorite is Reflect (Gold tone), although Diffuse (Pearl) and Glow (Bronze) are nice as well. No glitter, just a beautiful sheen.

I put one lil squirt into my hands and gently pat/rub this over my makeup. It just gives my skin the most beautiful glow. I have this is prism but for the winter I will buy diffuse. I first use smashbox primer then foundation stick. I pat this on then finish it off with smashbox wet dry foundation for a powder. My skin looks so beautiful. Even with all of these products I dont look heavely made up.

I have this in Diffuse, which is a pearly hightlighting fluid, with a touch of pink to it. I have many highlighting products, and this is one of my new favourites. You can mix it with your foundation for an all over glow, or apply it as needed, to brow bones, cheekbones, ect. Gives a nice look, esp. for the warmer months.

This did give a subtle glowy effect but I did notice some glitter...that may be from the Smashbox loose powder and not this, but I don't want a major sparkle, so I will update after I've tried this on its own without any competing products! :)

This has become part of my daily makeup routine! I love mixing it in with my foundation! It gives me the best ethereal glow without being over the top. I also love the fact that it's oil-free, unlike some other highlighters I've tried.

UPDATE 05/26/04: I started out with Diffuse. Love it for winter. I just switched to Glow. It gives me a nice "healthy glow" w/o looking too fake or over-bronzed. While most bronzers can make you look dirty, Glow does just like it's name implies! It makes you Glow! I use 1 pump of Artificial Light, 3 pumps of foundation. This is the perfect ratio for me. If you don't use foundation, then you can mix this in with your moisturizer. It might seem a little too over-the-top at first, but once you set your makeup with powder, it's just right. For evening, I'll add a few extra dabs of this on my cheekbones.
I have been getting soooo many compliments on my complexion lately! If they only knew!

I have this in diffuse, a sort of whiteish-pearl. It's nice on cheekbones. Mixed with foundation I find it's a bit too shiny. It's very nice with body cream for a glow. The pump is terrible. It shoots out way too much. I unscrew and dab it off the pump. It has a nice fresh smell, and green tea extract. $38 Cdn.

The best on the market IMHO. A teensy bit goes such a long way that it's amazing.

I use this mixed with my foundation for a glowy look and I mix it with my body moisturiser and slap it on all the bits that stick out of my clothes (legs arms, decollette). I have the pink shade and I think it is the best one for my blue toned PPP skin.

I use smashing Reflect. It is a true gold color. I find that it's great for pale skin that tends toward Rosacea -- the yellow really helps tone down the red and also adds a beautiful glow to your skin. I prefer to use a small amount mixed with my foundation, or just under my foundation. I find that the pump actually dispenses much too much product, and i usually unscrew it and retrieve the product that way. At $28, it seems extremely expensive to me, but I have to add it goes a very long way. With the amount I use, I could use it every day, and it would last months.

I really like this product. I have it in Smashing Diffuse (white). I really like it although the pump is horrible! It shoots out at you, literally, I have gotten some shot in my eye! and it shoots out too much. But the color is very pretty and I love the shimmer it gives. I only wish they would fix the packaging!!!

I recently purchased this product in Smashing Glow (Bronze) and I love it. It is the first product that I purchased that actually gave me that glowing look. I am a light skinned, African American woman with yellow toned skin and searched long and hard to find a lotion/cream product to provide a glow to my skin. This product definitely delivers and is really beautiful on my skin.

I love the pump bottles and must admit, fell in love with Artificial light in Glare (pink). It looks better on me than silver or gold to be honest and when mixed with my moisturizer, it just a divine glow! I cannot wait to try this on at a club, LOL.

I bought this in "Smashing Diffuse" and am really enjoying the product. It is a very pale pink-toned pearlescent lotion. I mix it with foundation and find that it does create a luminizing effect. The MA suggested using 1 pump for about a quarter-sized amount of foundation. I probably use 1/4 of that suggested amount. I pre-mix small batches to use so that it's consistent from day to day. I feel radiant when I am using this mixture! I guess it does make the foundation more sheer, but I am not into heavy coverage (even though I have freckles). Sometimes, for casual days, I apply a very small amount on the cheekbones and just dust with a loose powder or foundation powder over it.

(The pump does dispense too much product and is hard to control -- pre-mix or take what you need directly from the bottle.)

I have this in " Smashing Reflect" and I love it. It's a light gold color (not at all dark or bronzy) but more of a pure bright yellow gold tone and very flattering on my light golden olive skintone. I love applying this beneath my browbones when I wear the stila apres beach trio or other colors in the gold family and it seriously highlights and opens up my eyes. Also, I love to apply this above my cheekbones when I wear bronzer. It's oil-free and contains great anti-oxidants like green tea, vitamins a, c, and e and ginko biloba. I haven't tried mixing it with body lotion yet, but it's supposed to be good for that too. Great product!

I tried this product on my face, but did not like the coverage as much, however I have been mixing it with my body lotion to give my decolletage and body a bronzed dewy look.

I like this mixed with my foundation for a bronzy glow. It takes some experimentation to use successfully. Less is more.

I did dislike the packaging. When you squirt the product out, too much comes out.

Would have preferred a tube for easier transport.
