This is my every day scent, I love this stuff. It does need some better staying power. But I also spray it on my clothes, that way it last all day. Also try the perfum it has better staying power besides, if you have a scent that last all day I assure you for the first few hours you are leaving a trail of headaches because it starts out way to strong. None of philosophy products start out strong and thas why I love it. There is nothing worse then having your perfum enter the room before you do

After reading all the comments about the poor staying power of this fragrance, I sprayed it on heavily after receiving. This was perhaps a mistake, because on me this stuff lasts for ages (but I have good luck with that, so YMMV.) It does have a sharp smell like spray starch at first - it took me several wearings to realize that it would dry down to a scent that I love. I do faintly smell some flowers, but mostly this is a clean scent that is somewhere between laundry and dove soap. It is very similar to Amazing Grace, but without the flowers. It's lovely, my favorite clean scent for the days that my heavier perfumes are too much. I am complimented often on this one as well!

Love the scent, but the staying power sucks. It needs to be reapplied about every hour. Too bad they can't formulate it to last longer. It would be a keeper.

I absolutely love PG. I never wore perfume and do not like it much on others. Usually I find it too strong and offensive or just don't like the smells..This is perfect if you are not a lover of perfume. It smells fresh and clean as described. Nothing compares. Doesn't smell like perfume but simply good and pure. LOVE IT. Plan to try the new Perfume to see if it lasts longer than the lotions, fragrance, eu de toilet, etc don't seem to.

This isn't a favorite of mine only because there are SOOO many more in line in front of it, but I DO like this fragrance and always get compliments on it when I wear it. I'd buy it again definitely.

Personally, I really like this scent. Definitely light and clean. Not offensive at all, though I know there are many people who hate it. I just find that the scent doesn't last very long. I can *barely* smell it on my wrists an hour later. No one around me can smell it. I'm not into buying a zillion products for layering. I'd never purchase again.

Ha!!! I love reading all these reviews! I got this as a goodie...a tiny sample. At first I thought it smelled like diaper rash cream! Then, I started to really really like it! I do agree with most here, the scent is sooo light and does NOT stay on the skin. I also prefer to spray on clothes. So wanting to get this!!! And yes,I think the price is a little too high for this. Also, not sure the difference between the EDP and the spray.

Fragrance is such a personal choice. That being said I do like this scent and thought I always smelled clean and fresh and summery wearing this. After lunch one day at work, I applied this in the rest room and came out. Within a few seconds a co-worker walked by and said something smelled like toilet water! I was saddened! Some love this and some don't. My biggest complaint is that they staying power of Philosophy fragrances could be alot better. I understand that they are light airy scents, but that shouldn't affect the lasting power. 1 lippie deducted for that reason.

After wearing AG for years I finally purchased a gift set and have to agree with the majority here: fresh n' clean scent. Completely inoffensive. An easy-to-wear, go-to fragrance for daytime, anytime you want a delicate, fresh scent that's not overly sweet.

I LOVE PURE GRACE!!! The scent is amazing!!! It is clean and fresh. I have the body spray, perfume, body scrub, body butter, and conditioner in this scent. It is soooo good. Once you smell it and start using it you are hooked. I just can't get enough of it. I will repurchase this stuff again and again!

Just not really sure why everyone loves this stuff so much. To me it smells like a cleanser that the manufacturer tried to make scented better. I like most Philosophy products but this is yuck!

I got this as a present and I actually don`t mind it. I like spraying it on clothes which aren`t ready for washingmachine yet but worn once. But I would never ever spray it onto my skin. way to artificial for me. And I LOVE soap and the smell of it, I wash almost every single part of my body with soap and this doesn`t smell like soap to me at all. More like a gel which I wash my clothes with. I would never buy this on my own..

This is a beautiful alternative to Amazing Grace, my favorite, and I discovered them both at Sephora 2 years ago. I've never been a perfume lover because most are either too strong, too foody, too heavy or just artificial. This is Amazing Grace without the some of the florals..it's clean, soft and fresh. The notes are Bergamot, Water Lily, Lavender, Jasmine, Cool Greens, Musk. I like this one more in the summer since it's a lighter scent, less floral and crisper than AG. Lasts about 5 hours, but I spray it in my hair and it can last longer, especially in warm weather. Wouldn't trade Philosophy fragrances with the full on "get you at the back of the throat" scents for anything! Love it and hope they create a pure parfum soon.

I LOVE this scent but it has no staying power. It will linger on my bathrobe and my clothes but it's not strong and I don't ever get whiffs of it when I'm wearing it. It's too expensive to buy just so I can smell it when I'm putting it on. It's really too bad because its one of the best scents out there.

I'll admit that I didn't fall instantly in love with PG. I found it the same time i found AG, which absolutley swept me off my feet. but towards the end of the first bottle of AG, I found myself wanting something to alternate it with, and thought of PG. It is so clean and crisp smelling, but it doesn't flood any room with scent, which is great for offices, church etc. I love that it's usually when i'm hugging or greeting someone that they notice it and LOVE it. I don't want to be the kind of girl who's scent precedes her! it's kind of like the perfume version of a non-makeup looking makeup, if that makes sense? it makes YOU smell good, not like you're wearing something that smells good...to be completely cheesy, it kinda melts into you, and becomes your scent.

This is one of my favorite scents - on my skin it smells so...warm, but delicate and comforting..it is a bit "soapy" smelling, but I think it smells like laundry right out of the dryer. It doesn't last as long as it could, but I've never found such a clean scent that matches my body chemistry!

i got the little purse size (for $15 bucks it's not too much, but i'd rather spend less on such a small quantity)...and I love it! smells fresh and clean and does not over-power a room. i can wear it everyday and not get sick of it...that's saying a lot.

It's not very often that I'm taken by a particular fragrance, but this one does it for me. The first time I tried it, I thought to myself that philosophy hit the nail on the head--it does indeed smell exactly like "soap and water"--but in a really interesting, evocative and almost sentimental way. I've not been without it since. My only complaint is to me, the scent does not last long at all--but then my sense of smell isn't so sensitive, so that may be an unfair criticism.
