Pros: smells great, moisturizes without weighing down hair

Cons: price, not sold everywhere

This does its job, but I'm sure there's something out there that does the same thing for less. I'm in love with the smell. However, still not sure if it's worth the price.

I will not buy this again. Overall, it did work and it is definitely a good quality conditioner. However, it did not do anything great for my hair. My hair had been in bad, frizzy condition, so I splurged. For the insane price and the FF reputation (I use some of his other products, esp glossing cream which I adore) I figured this would really help.

Well, I found I had to use a pretty large amount to get it to do a good detangling job which makes it even more expensive! And while it did moisturize, it seemed to do only a slightly better job than other far cheaper conditioners. Every time I used it I would think, "maybe I'll start to see significant results now", but after using the whole bottle, while my hair did show some improvement, definitely not enough to even begin to justify the price!

I went to the salon for a trim and my new hairdresser had the shampoo woman use a spray on Kerastase protein treatment that I let sit in my hair for a major part of the day. Now THAT is worth money, because one application got rid of almost all but the worst frizz (which was also less frizzy).

This works pretty well on my fried ends and I only leave it on for about a minute or two. I was expecting that for the price it would work better so I will not buy it again. It just doesn't seem as moisturizing as I expected.

My review is similiar to Windsor my hair as a child was soft , silky then of course as I became older my hair became more brittle and dried out from years of experimentation with H/color etc and age. This product brought life back to my hair after throwing my money away on some terrible EMU SHAMPOO (Dont ask) product that I had the stupidity to buy online. FF is Very expensive so Im taking one lip off for that but it went to work quickly (left it on less than 4 mins)on my fine but thick dry hair, now it feels almost virgin. There are probably better products out there for a lesser price, but decided to splurge since I seemed to have nothing else available. Paid around 22 dollars for the smaller 6oz tube. Because of the price I will not be able to purchase on a regular basis but its one of those "lifesaver" products for my hair.

Maybe next time will check out the glossing conditioner...

I don't get it. I pay out my ying-yang for this set (the FF Shea shampoo & condish) and no matter if I use it with the matching shampoo or not, this stuff leaves my hair drier than if I use Aussie Moist.

Forget it, back to Sephora it goes.

For the price, I was expecting heaven in a bottle-- soft, shiny hair.

However, my hair was mediocre at best and felt like straw after using this and the Shea Butter Shampoo.

I am giving the same review for the shampoo.

Other than the price, this product is just about the best thing that's ever happened to my hair. I used Graham Webb Intensives conditioner for years and it doesn't even compare to how silky FF makes me hair.

I love this product. Along with the matching shampoo it works wonders with my hair. A bit pricey but well worth it if you have the $$$ to spend.

Nothing special at all about this conditioner. All Soft or Matrix Sleek Look makes my hair ten times softer. For $23 I was expecting great things . . . very dissapointed because I love most Fekkai products so far

I love the scent in FF's shea butter line! The scent stays in my hair for a long time, too. This conditioner works great on my color-treated hair (along with the shampoo), but it's overpriced. Luckily I found mine on ebay for half price. I would definitely repurchase if I could get the same deal again. In the meantime, I'll stick with my all-time fave line of hair products: Joico Kpak.

When I was little, my hair was naturally silky and smooth, but when I got older it turned coarse and frizzy. This conditioner leaves my hair baby soft and much smoother. Paired with his Glossing Cream, my hair is a million times silkier than with any other combo. I love this stuff, but I hate the price...$30!!! I'm not sure if I'd repurchase, it's really ridiculous.

I have very dry, processed semi-long (past shoulder length) hair, and this conditioner is the only conditioner that performs to my complete satisfaction. I work out every morning and take dance classes at least 3 nights a week, so I have to wash my hair at least once a day, sometimes twice. I really NEED this conditioner. It is a very, very moisturizing conditioner so I would not recommend it to anyone who didn't have very dry hair. I have tried the Glossing Conditioner by Frederic Fekkai, but did not find it to be as satisfactory as the Shea Butter Conditioner. I have also tried Phyto's Phyto Sesame Conditioner and Fresh's Meadowfoam Cream Treatment Conditioner, which are good conditioners, but I did not think they were as satisfactory as this Shea Butter from Frederic Fekkai. The only draw back on this conditioner is the price! It is about $30.00 for a 9.5 oz tube. I think this is pricey

I bought mine at Sephora ($32) and I tried this on my fine, curly hair. It smelled like melons and cucumber...heavy but fresh. I did not find it difficult at all to spread through my hair and was great when I detangled in the shower. It rinsed easily. The scent did not linger and it wasn't goopy or greasy. It left my hair shiny and soft with bouncy curls. I had been using the FF Protein Rx S/C and I think the switch to the moisturizing C/S has been great for my hair.

A little pricey, but worth it. Smells fantastic and makes my hair really soft. I use this with the matching conditioner and rub the Glossing Cream into my wet hair and get touchable soft hair everytime.

I absolutely fell in LOVE with this product, the shampoo AND consitioner worked wonders for my dry, long, chemically treated hair. What stinks is the price!! I go thru the 9oz bottles in less than a month!! Hard to be able to afford this. Too bad!!

I had such high hopes for this, basically because of the cost. It actually made my hair more dry than it was when before I used it and didn't detangle at all. Very, very disapointed in this.

OOO I am in the minority ladies, but I hated this product -- and this was my 5th try with it. I thought it was my application, but alas, no. It doesn't do any real moisturizing or control for my highlighted hair -- cannot compare to my Leonor Greyl conditioners. So sad -- I really had high hopes for this one. Oh well, I just tossed this one out.

This is the best conditioner for dry, damaged hair. The smell is heavenly. I love it so much. The only complaint I have is the price tag $$$. It's so expensive but totally worth it!
