this is the perfect solution for dry, smelly feet. the butters in this will soothe any skin, and the scent will definately overpower any scent. it smells good (supposing you like spicy scents) and works wonders. will definately buy this again!

Okay, be forwarned, Vanja is right. This SUPER SPICY smelling. If your not into deep earthy spices beware. I, however, ADORE spicy scents! I actually bought this for the DH. His feet are VERY dry and nasty. When he uses this in the a.m. & p.m. on his feet consistently they look, feel and smell wonderful (foot odor is a problem for him too, poor guy). I ended up using it on my feet because I do a lot more walking and my feet were drying out too. It's truly amazing what this has done for me! You don't need much, a little goes a long way. So we haven't experienced any staining problems either. But I leave my feet hang over the side of the bed for about 2-5 minutes before I crawl under the sheets. I've even worn white cotton socks right after application with no problems. I rub the excess on my elbows and knees and had great success too. Some of the scent transferred to my sheets and they smell spicy/sexy too (alas, it washed out though). DH keeps some pre-moistened hand wipes on his nightstand because he doesn't like the smell on his hands all night. This way his feet don't mess up the floors and he doesn't lose the product into the carpet.

I wanted to love this, but the smell was way too strong for me. I would apply it at bedtime, then after 5 minutes of not being able to get away from the smell b/c it was on my hands, I'd have to get up and go wash it off my hands -- then I had carpet fuzz on my freshly lotioned feet... not a good scene :-) And maybe this is crazy, but sometimes I caught an odd scent of .. olives, I think. Not for me, unfortunately.

Best I've ever used... at last a foot cream that isn't minty! It's warming rather than cooling, yet still soothes and moisturises extremely well.

I absolutely LOVE this stuff. It's the best smelling foot lotion ever (actually, if it came in a bigger container, I would slather it over my whole body). Works really well - at first it wasn't as thick as I thought it would be but it makes my feet very soft. I use it with socks at night so I don't get anything on my sheets. This stuff is yummy.

I love the spicy scent of this product. At first it smells of cinnamon and then I notice a red pepper scent. It's an odd combo but it works! Unfortunately, I don't think this is a very moisturizing foot cream. I prefer something thicker for winter but I can't stop using it as I'm addicted to the scent!

Yum, yum, yum. Great scent, and a great product, too. It's so nice on my feet, both warming and cooling somehow. I don't mind the color; it never stains my socks or sheets because I rub it in well. Lovely STRONG clove smell, which is great for me, though others clearly won't like it. Too bad for them, because I adore the delicious spicy cloud of scent this stuff makes! Would be better in a pump or tube, though...the little tub idea just isn't very practical. Especially since they started with the little black tubs. The old white ones with screw tops were much better, the lids weren't so prone to popping open unexpectedly. Oh well...will still buy this again!

A brilliant product. This cream makes my feet feel positively silky soft. It's also great for warming them up OR cooling them down before bed. I use it morning, night, or any other time my feet are tired and need refreshing.

In addition, the scent is to die for. Sweet, spicy, and clovey. It's the perfect delicious, cozy scent.

Have they really reformulated this? I've used this product for a couple of years or so and it's always been this brownish cream for as long as I've used it (just bought a new one last week).

I do not have the staining problem which some reviewers have (maybe I apply less or the product, I don't know), also this absorbs quickly and leaves my footsies super soft and smelling soooo nice!

I'm not Lush biggest fan, it seems like I've tried everything in the entire store (I used to live next to one) and I haven't been impressed by most of the products, but this foot cream really is the greatest!

Oh, the only caveat: it smells really - and I mean REALLY - spicy. If spicy is a problem, then this product isn't your cup of tea.

To heck with feet! This cream smells so unbelievably sweet-spicy delicious that I slather it all over my bodu in lieu of perfume and it is exquisite! Moisturizes like nobody's business and also makes a fabulous massage cream. Yes, it's brown. Why is everybody so hung up on the brown thing? I rub it in all over my body and have never had issues with staining. So if you want to smell like a rich hot cup of vanilla chai, this is your baby!

I've been a Pied de Pepper devotee for over a year now. This is perhaps my favorite lush product. It makes my feet so nice and smooth, but it's the scent that really glues me to it. I'm mad about sweet-n-spicy smells and this one is just heaven to me. I'd love to smell like Pied de Pepper all over. It smells good enough to eat. My only complaint is that it's a bit messy. The cream is brown and stains my socks and sheets when I'm putting it on or don't rub it in all the way. It washes out, so it's not that big of a deal though.

Nice! Smells strong and sexy like powerful chai. Leave mes pieds looking good, feeling smooth. Just use a little on your damp piggies - it goes a long way. Plus for the non-dainty among us: cinnamon fights athlete's foot. Ewww....

As a LUSH fan, I was disappointed in this product. I understand it may have been reformulated, however, when I used it, it was a orangey-brown pudding consistency. It smelled of clove and was pleasant in that respect, but, it was too thin for my taste and felt no better than your typical Johnson's baby lotion. The biggest drawback was how funky it made my sheets. I keep my foot cream next to my bed. I have a big loft with concrete floors and I pad around barefoot all day. Just before bed, I sit on the side of the bed, dust all the grit and dust off my feet, apply my favorite lotion of the moment, and slide into bed. Well, after a few days of this, I pulled back all the sheets to change them and reared back in horror. "What on EARTH?!" I exclaimed. The bottom foot or so of my bed was covered in brown and orange funk. My feet, with this product, were staining my white 400 thread count sheets. It washed out, but, I decided then and there that I'd stick with more ladylike foot products. I can't have orange funk in bed with me, especially if the product doesn't really churn my butter. I find no better foot cream than the tried-and-true "Miracle Foot Repair" by the aloe people. That stuff is a godsend and makes my clodhoppers feel and look dainty.

this smells like chocolate to me. and cloves and cinnamon. it does smell pretty strong so watch out. It is a great foot lotion that leaves my footsies very soft and pampered. it also warms my feet up, maybe because of all the spices in it. if you love foot products, try this one out.

Another winner in my books! This was the very first Lush product I ever tried and I was hooked with this. My sister loved it even more so I ended up giving my first jar to her and going back for another. It smells strongly on cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and maybe even a hint of lemon. If you love spicy scents, make sure you try this one!

This foot cream felt wonderful on my feet, but smelled so strongly that it gave me headaches. If I applied it at bedtime, it still smelled just as strong in the morning.

This stuff smells REALLY strong, a bit too overpowering and spicy IMHO. The good thing about it is that it doesn't make my feet feel greasy, and is great before bed. I'd say this is better for keeping feet nice, but not for *making* feet nice when they're cracked, because this isn't moisturizing enough.

Wonderful foot cream. It is perfect to lather on at night under cotton socks. You'll wake up with soft, smooth feet. I feel it is a little too greasy to apply for day though. Left me sliding around in my sandals.

This cream has a really incredible scent. It also absorbs pretty quickly. I've only used it for three days, and my feet are much softer.
