DO NOT ORDER
I used this product as a teenager and it worked very well so I decided to order it again. Five days later the product has not shipped so I call to find out what is going on. They said that they cannot find me in the system. I call my CC to shut it down and find out that there is a pending transaction for Proactiv on my card. Call back to Proactiv and they once again said they cannot find me, but if I want to give my CC number to them again they can find the order. AKA the order confirmation number is USELESS. As soon as it goes thru on my card I'm filing a dispute and returning the product if it ever shows up.

WARNING:PRO ACTIV SUCKS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT
I hate pro activ with a burning passion. This stuff totally ruined my skin. Made it peel, made it bleed, burn, and itch. I used it for two months and every day the results became more horrific.
Made my acne at least 3X worse than it was before I started using it.Smells horrible. Makes you feel horrible. Makes you look horrible- it is the worst product i have ever tried. I paid $60 for this at the mall.... that is the most money i've ever thrown away before. Do I even need to mention that it contains horrible chemical ingredients that can contribute to cancer? Step far, far way from this box of hell.

I hate every product Proactiv makes. The scrub hurts my face. It feels like rubbing sand on my face. It does nothing for my skin. I have been using it for years and I still get painful acne, annoying blackhead and whitehead everyday. The green letters on the lotion bottle fall off. The worst part is you can't discontinue membership online. The rep gets nasty when you say you want out. I am done with them.

When I first started using Pro Activ a couple years ago my face wasn't so bad - I had a few zits and plenty of blackheads that I was wanting to get rid of. The first week everything was fine, no drying, no results and not getting worse but after that week went by my face looked horrible - I broke out badly and the zits hurt to the touch. I waited it out and tried using it more time thinking all it needed was time but no it only made it worse so I stopped using it and it's taken a very long time to get my face back to normal.

I tried this. I tried everything. This skincare did not do much for my acne. It helped, but not much. Not much compared to other various products and or cheaper products.
I have non sensitive, oily skin. The lotion made me oilier. The best things ive tried from this brand is the green tea lotion and the spot mask. But even then....There are other products.

I have never been much into applying any creams on my skin but then my sister made me visit the Proactiv online store. I was quite surprised with the huge range of skin care products it offers. I checked out the various products it had displayed and went through the benefits provided by the Proactiv 60 Day Whitening System. This whitening kit included renewing cleanser, revitalizing toner, repairing lotion and whitening Ex. On seeing so many products in a single kit, I thought it must be priced at a quite higher rate but it wasn’t. This superb kit was priced at such an affordable rate that I immediately went ahead and ordered it. My sister being their usual customer could vouch for the fact that the 60 Day Whitening System would be worth the price I pay. Well, I started experiencing the visible change in my skin within a month and since then I have been buying products from the Proactiv online store. I have also suggested some of my friends to check out their site and order skin care products from them.

I tried Proactiv years ago, and then again recently when I moved in with my BF and he had a kit lying around the house that he had tried. Neither time provided any success, and I did end up returning the kit I had bought that first time I tried it. My skin was no better than before, but I am certain it would have been worse if I had used all of the products as suggested. I tried both the toner and the healing lotion just once or twice, and that's all I needed in order to know that both were entirely too greasy for my already greasy skin. The cleanser was ok, but definitely nothing special. Even if you are discouraged (like I get after struggling with acne for decades), you can figure out a system or regime for yourself that is cheaper, more convenient, and more effective than this over-priced, over-marketed junk. Don't let the "inspiring" infomercials sweep you away when you are feeling desperate. Look for products that are more off-the-beaten path than your typical, chemical filled Neutrogenas and Clearasils. Try all-natural products. Definitely try Acnomel. Keep looking and good luck, and don't waste your time or money on Proactiv.

I'm baaaack!! Even more reason not to buy... After I wrote my review, they had the balls to write me and ASK me to give them another try! In sorry but the pushy advertising only turns me off more! Now I wish there were negative stars I could give.

It MIGHT work for some people, myself like someone else reviewed on here left me with terrible red itchy patches that wouldn't go away for week (turns out I am allergic to the main active ingredient) I bought it in one of those kiosks at a mall and I think the skin adviser MUST have mentioned that there is a sensitive skin version or at least offer me a sample before making me buy the system.
