I love, love this product. For me it is hard to find where I live. Unless I drive to a B&B salon. One of the CVS stores carries it but they do not carry the gentle shampoo (Target usually carries the shampoo) which I like to use with this conditioner. This conditioner smells great and it really does condition excellent. I have pretty dry hair and I love this stuff. It has a very thick consistency but does not weigh down my hair at all. I only wish that the price tag wasn't so high. It runs about $25 and the bottle is small. Overall this is my favorite B&B product.

This is probably my favourite B&b product, and definitely my favourite conditioner. Firstly, the smell of this conditioner is to die for. I don't find it overpowering or too strong, it's just right, clean, light and fresh. Secondly, as the name implies, it really is super rich. I love the texture of the conditioner, and I find you don't need as much as you'd think. It detangles like a dream, and leaves my hair feeling really nourished and soft when I get out of the shower. I used this stuff every wash combined with Gentle shampoo a couple of years ago when I fried my hair from heat styling and it really revived it. I've repurchased this over and over again, and I finally splurged started buying the litres. As with all B&b stuff, the packaging is super cute, and the pump one I have is really convenient. I hate that it's so expensive, but it really is such a great conditioner and it actually lasts longer than you'd think, considering the thickness and richness of the condish itself. I also like using it as a deep conditioner - I slather it all over my hair, stick a shower cap or saranwrap over it, blowdry for about 10 minutes, leave it in for an hour or so and then shower as usual. For reference, my hair is THICK,coarse, wavy and slightly dry/damaged. Definitely recommend this product!
UPDATE: Still very much my HG. A pump bottle can probably last me a year because even though I use it quite often, I rotate w/ other S&C's.

This is the best conditioner I've ever used. As the name states, it's super rich and makes me feel like I'm using a deep conditioner. It keeps my hair super soft and moisturized. I'm currently using it with the Gentle shampoo, which I like, but not as much as this. I would repurchase and perhaps use this with other shampoos. Important to note: my hair was already in pretty good condition. I tend to get dry ends sometimes because I color every 9-10 weeks and I live in a very dry environment. I don't know how this conditioner would perform with damaged hair, but it's perfect for mine. Almost makes it worth that high price! I splurged and bought the liter.

Great conditioner. Just the right thickness to treat hair without weighing it down. Very rich but not too heavy. Heavenly honey suckle scent I just cant get over. Makes hair feels silky on washout.

This felt as though it was really 'doing something' whilst I was applying it. Not so!
I can't see that this has imparted any moisturisation at all to my damaged lengths, and hair is unmanageable, frizzy and strawlike.
If you need to correct damage like mine the best I have found so far is John Frieda Miraculous Repair (individual vials used before shampooing) followed after shampooing with JF Miraculous Recovery Masque. They actually make a difference!

FINALLY! I have found THE conditioner for my hair! Seriously, this stuff is so wonderful. I have been on the hunt for a light-weight conditioner/detangler for my curly, below shoulder length hair for almost a year now, and nothing has come even close to what this product can deliver. Honestly, after two applications I noticed I difference. I was able to run a comb through my wet hair without pulling out clumps, nor did I have to spray on a ton of detangling solution either (which always weighed down my hair after it was dry). I've noticed that my split-ends are mended and my hair has an over all healthier feeling to it. And not mention the smell is super pretty too. I use this in conjunction with the Tonic shampoo by B&B to control some dry scalp issues, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Yes, B&B is pricey, but after how many cheaper bottles I have thrown away because they simply didn't work on my hair, I will gladly keep coming back to this!

I have coloured brown hair and was given this as a gift. Great on my hair and it leaves it super soft and healthy looking. Only problem for me is the price - its $39AUD - far too expensive for what it is although a little goes a long way.

I used this product for years. I even bought it by the liter which is completely unheard of for me. It worked very well for my short, dry, color treated hair. It also smells really nice. I noticed though, as my hair has gotten longer that it started to leave a build up + give me flakes. This horse has since been put out to pasture. sorry to see you go.

I have long Asian hair and have tried hundreds of conditioners over the years. This one is fabulous for an "every day" type conditioner. It does not leave my hair feeling greasy or heavy and gets out all the knots and tangles. I still use a weekly mask or deep conditioner, but this is my every day conditioner. (I use it with the Gentle shampoo.)

My hair tends to react well to silicon-based products (like Neutrogena and Pantene), and I think this is more water-based. Its texture is pretty thick, but I didn't feel that it deep-conditions my hair at all. Also, the fruity mango-ey scent is overpowering to me. For the price I paid, around $14.99 USD, I feel like it should be a miracle in a jar and it wasn't. It's just a good, regular conditioner which I can find for cheaper elsewhere.

If you have medium to course hair on the dryish side, this is a great conditioner. Especially for the ends. Plus I think it smells great and the scent is subtle. (I'm not a big fan if hair products that smell really strong and perfumey.) Also, this is the only bottle in my shower that isn't thrashed. The bottle is short and fat and sturdy and doesn't fall off of the shelf and bust open. An important quality for a klutz like me.

LOVE this conditioner. I have naturally coarse dry hair that has been through the wringer, SuperRich is expensive, but such a thick consistency that a little goes a long way. No other product detangles like this, and I have tried EVERYTHING. My hair was a puffy frizzy bleached mess a few years ago, (before I found this conditioner, so I'm not sure how it works on a whole head of ruined hair) now my hair is growing out, so only my ends are damaged, so I use this product on my ends, every time I shower, no matter what, it always smoothes, sleeks, and makes combing through easy. Don't like the smell, but its a small price to pay (on top of the big price, for the bottle) for such consistency.

The packaging and pricing of this product are the problems. The product itself is amazing for people protecting their dry or highlighted hair. I have long highlighted hair and am a swimmer. I will splurge for this stuff in the summer. I leave it in as long as I can and rinse it with cool water. It is the best out there.

First off, I love the way this smells more than any hair product in the world. The smell slightly lingers in your hair all day. Love it.
As far as a conditioning goes, it's really great. Before I damaged my like crazy, this would make it sooo soft and smooth. However, like a lot of products, I don't think it handles my damaged hair quite as well as I'd like it to, especially if I'm spending $25 on a bottle. For normal or plain dry hair, this stuff is amazing and well worth it, though.
I'd buy it again if my hair ever grows out and the damage is gone.

It's an okay conditioner, but for me not fabulous. It does a fine job of moisturizing, and it smells nice . I like the texture, and all, but it just doesn't quite do IT for me, not enough to spend the money on this product. I don't detest it like Creme de Coco, nor love it like the Color Support or Pureology's Nanoworks. I will get through this bottle, and most likely not repurchase.
It isn't quite hydrating enough, and it doesn't give my hair as much shine and movement as I like. Like I say it's ok, but not my HG.It does no harm.... I have highlighted, long, wavy hair, that is pretty healthy despite all those things.

I was hoping to just flip over this product after all the hype. But I have to rate it just "okay" for me.
I have long, wavy, porous hair that tends to frizz. This conditioner doesn't seem to make much more difference than some of my other faves (i.e., Redken Butter Treat).... and they cost less.
A little goes a long way, which is nice. I won't repurchase, but am curious to try some other B&B products.

I love the packaging, and it isn't as expensive as it seems because you really don't need much compared to other conditioners. But at the same time it REALLY doesn't live up to the hype as far as I'm concerned. It hydrates and it doesn't weigh the hair down too much (as long as you don't get it near your scalp) but it does leave some build up in my hair. Worst of all: with any shampoo it makes my hair very electric. With the gentle shampoo it makes my hair completely unbearably, sticking to my face and at the same time standing out at ninety degrees from my head, electric. It's very waxy in consistency, and I find that it coats the hair rather than really hydrate or moisturize. I bought it because of the great reviews and maybe my expectations were a bit high, but I'm completely underwhelmed.

This is my HG conditioner. I use this + B&B Gentle shampoo and I adore them. I have curly (spiral curls) hair that I blow dry and flat iron every 2 days, but I always get complemented on how healthy my hair is. A little goes a long way with this conditioner. I use 2 bottles of shampoo for every 1 bottle of conditioner, and I condition from root to tip. It lasts a loooong time. This is GREAT for curly hair: its very moisturizing but doesn't weigh your hair down.

So this product is expensive and comes in a tiny little bottle, but it is the best conditioner for my curls that I have ever tried. Hands down, this is an HG, for anyone with dry or curly hair. I just get my hair soaking wet and apply the conditioner (i use a lot of it) and come it through my tangles in the shower. This really works wonders.

This is great, although I wish it came in a squeezable tube, I have trouble getting the stuff out! Other than that I love it. Freakin' expensive though. If I find anything else as good as this and cheaper I will change, but nothing yet.
