Boi-ing is my favourite concealer. The texture is creamy and quite thick in nature, but it does blend well & is easy to apply.
Red spots or the odd blemish disappear & it'll hide any dark circles very effectively. I've tried other concealers but always return to this - none of the others match up. Benefit describe it as their "industrial strength concealer" which does sum it up perfectly - it conceals anything!

This works pretty well on pimples and under eye circles but not well enough for me to use it in my daily routine.
It cover breakouts well but I prefer to use MAC's Studio finish concealer because it's more pigmented and its staying power seems to be better. I have dry skin so sometimes the dry texture of MAC's SFC is just too much and I reach for Boi-ing instead. The problem is just that it doesn't cover all of the redness and that it seems to fade pretty fast even on areas of my face that are completely non-oily.
At first I loved this for under eye circles, it was the perfect texture, it glided on the skin so easily and had the perfect coverage, it really covered my (not so bad but quite visible on my NW12 skin) under eye circles completely. I did experience a lot of creasing through the day so sadly I had to stop using it because I was getting obsessed with checking my make-up in every mirror during the day to see if the make-up has already started creasing.
I still use it around my nose and on other minor imperfections on my face, sometimes even on smaller pimples, and I am always impressed how wonderfully it blends into the skin but other than that I don't find it very useful.
I like the packaging too but it does get used up pretty fast if you are using it for your under eye area, I have hit pan in 5 months and I only put on make-up three to four times a week.
I bought this in Italy for around 22 Euros which is not too bad but I do expect better performance if I pay that much money.
In the Sephora where I bought this there were only three shades available but surprisingly the lightest one matches my NW12/NW15 skin perfectly.
I don't think I would repurchase.

LOVE this product! I am cursed with awful purple undereye circles (seriously, people have asked me if I'd gotten beaten up before) and this is the only concealer I'll use. It's light enough that it matches my NW15 skin, it's neutral enough that I don't need to wear another skin-tone concealer on top of it (Lemon-Aid, I'm looking at you), and it's thick and creamy so it has way better coverage than liquid or gel concealers. It covers like absolute magic. I took one lippie off for the packaging... a few years ago this product came in a little black compact with a mirror, which I highly prefer to the screw-top pot of today. Have been using this product for years and years and continue to do so!!

should have listened to the reviews but no.... Well obviously i am extremely frustrated with this product... I was thinking it would be pretty good but i hate it, it is wayyyy to light for me and it comes off very easily... For 20 bucks? waste of money just do yourself a favor and do not buy it!

I have genetic dark circles under my eyes that are blu-ish/purple, which means they are due to pale, think skin under my eyes allowing the blood to show through. Obviously, these kind of dark circles cannot be "lightened", so they must be concealed. I have tried probably hundreds of concealers over the years from nearly every cosmetic company out there. I've tried sticks, creams, pots, liquid, highlighters, color correctors, you name it - I've tried it. Nothing worked well enough to justify a re-purchase. In fact, I think the only concealer I have ever re-purchased was hide the blemish by rimmel, and even that doesn't do the job anymore. I went to my local sephora with the intention of trying makeup forever's full coverage, but after trying it on my wrist I could still see the blue vein through. Obviously that wasnt going to work. I tried the color fx which is even supposed to cover tattoos. No dice. A saleslady helped me try the boi-ing alongside a few others I was considering and at first I was unimpressed. Until I layered it and BAM! Undereye bruises gone! Even the lady commented on how I looked like I had two black eyes when she removed my makeup. Here's how I use this miracle in a pot:
1. start with Benefit Lemonaide. Ok, ok, I know this review isnt for Lemonaide, but if you have seriously black genetic purple undereyes, this is required. Use just a tiny bit, dot it onto the darkest areas and tap with ring finger until blended.
2. Use a concealer or small foundation brush and start layering the Bo-ing over the Lemonaide. Tap to blend. Repeat this process with the Bo-ing until your circles are gone.
3. Finish with a dusting of finely milled powder.
Amazing! This is the only concealer that has ever, ever worked this well for my dark undereye area and in my opinion, it is well worth the $$. There is quite a lot of product in the pot and I suspect it will last a very long time. Thank you Benefit!

A very good concealer overall and I always thought Benefit was sort of a gimmicky brand. I was at Ulta on my lunch break one day, just browsing the makeup section and I decided to try a bunch of concealers on a little scratch I had inside my forearm. I was in the market for a new concealer anyway, so I thought this would be the perfect test to see which one will work the best to cover my scar. Bo-ing came out the winner, it covered the redness completely, yet still looked like natural skin, I was sold. I use this on my face to cover redness and blemishes and love how it just melts into the skin and isn't tacky or drying. It's virtually undetectable. I find this to be softer and more blendable than MAC's formula and it's not as sticky. I'm NW 20 and use the lightest shade and it's the closest I've ever gotten to a perfect shade in concealer, not even MAC could deliver on this with their extensive color matching. I also want to add that so far I have not experienced any breakouts. This is a quality concealer and probably the best I've tried, so for me the $20 price tag is totally justified.

i got mine from "how to look best at everything" kit so i'm not pay the full price for it. I love boing's packaging inside kit, and the full size seems have a good packaging too.
mine is in 01 and 02, i can mix them to create my own shade, so it's not a problem. But sadly, boing wont really cover my acne-scar area, i've tried to apply it with brush and finger (to warm the thick cream) but still, unsatisfied. Finger blend is better but not great either.
beside that, it's doesn't stay long. I put it after foundation, and set it with powder but it's just last me about 5-6 hours :(

I read in a magazine that Benefit's Erase Paste was a really good concealer. (I really needed a concealer to hide my cystic acne after using the Merlot peel off mask and Queen Helene mask too often. Prior to that, I rarely ever used makeup to hide uneven skin tones.) When I went to try it at Sephora I thought it was way too thick. After looking next to the Erase Paste, I saw the Boi-ing and quickly sampled it. I purchased two of these and thought it was decent. The concealer itself was okay but it didn't last and accentuated further my cystic acne and dry skin (I was using a strong acne treatment to get rid of zits causing my skin to be red, irritated and dry with flaky skin.) Now that my cystic acne is gone, I would reconsider buying this again.

I have been using this for just over two weeks now and so far I have to say I'm really impressed with it! I went to Myer to initially try out Benefit's Erase Paste and after the girl applied it to my under eye area it literally gave me a wet look under my eyes and didn't conceal at all. She then tested out the Boi-ing concealer and I was immediately impressed with it. I have it in the shade medium 02 and it has a slight pink undertone to it which works really well at correcting the blue-ness of my under eyes and it has quite good coverage to brighten up the area as well.
I haven't tried much concealers so I'm no expert but this is by far the best one I have ever tried for correcting my under eye area. I use this with my ring finger (as its the most gentle apparently), and smooth and tap it on. It easily warms up with your fingers that's why I prefer to apply it this way. It hasn't creased at all on me, but I do set it with powder. Really loving Benefit's Boi-ing concealer so far.

I am recently struggling with post-acne hyperpigmentation (really red spots!) so I was looking for something very creamy and opaque. This, unfortunately, really does not cover my spots up. I can barely notice a difference between just using my foundation for coverage and using foundation with this concealer. It does work nicely for brightening under my eyes, but I really don't have much to cover there. If you have some serious redness to get rid of, this probably isn't the product for you.

I bought this a few days ago, and I absolutely love this product! It's buttery consistency makes it easy to apply with just your fingers, and the no. 2 shade is perfect for my skin tone. It does a great job of concealing both my undereye circles and as a spot concealer - it doesn't cooperate with a brush, so you have to use your fingers for both. Just be sure not to keep it in extreme temperatures, because it melts and hardens!
Overall, I would definitely buy again. However, YOU should go try it in the store, because everyone is different, and with concealer it's very important to hav the right shade.

Awful consistency. Way too thick, creases all over the place! Also bad for dry skin. Total waste of money.

Ive tried a lot of concealers and so far this has worked out the best for me. Its not too thick like BB and not too runny like some DS products. It covers rather well, even my under eye circles and doesn't show my dry patches or light eye wrinkles. Id say its pretty close to HG although i do wish it would stay on a lil longer, but thats really my only issue. I use shade 02 Medium.

This was very creamy and blended very easily. It did not last all day on my oily skin. This faded off and didn't provide coverage through out the whole day. Looked very dewey, and probably better for someone with normal skin. I'm combo oily, and this just didn't stay flawless. My oil broke through and my face felt greasy, even though I had PoreFessional on too. Got both in a kit. Maybe in Winter I will try to use up the rest on weekend days, and hopefully I will get more milage out of it. It's hot here in Vegas, and this just doesn't hold up in the heat. It didn't crease under my eyes, but didn't provide the coverage I need either.

Really good coverage and you only need a little bit, this would certainly last a long time for me.
Unfortunately, the consistency is not creamy at all and it drys out both the occasional breakout and my under eye area, settling on my fine lines. It just doesn't look right on the skin.

I loved this product because it covered my super dark circles seamlessly and when applied gently, it looked completely natural during the day. Unfortunately it settles in my VERY fine lines at 25 years old and I thought I needed to invest in a wrinkle cream. I was reading a professional review when I discovered this and the "cake look" is not for me. I love to use this during the day for a quick, natural touch up, but for full makeup evening wear, I'll look for something better.

This is a pretty good concealer. I have dry skin and it tends to settle into my fine lines but covers my dark circles well. I have this in the shades 02 and 03 and they make a perfect shade. I would buy this again, although it's pretty expensive. I prefer the erase paste over this but it's a good product overall :)

I bought this about a month ago. Honestly, I was expecting more from this! I had heard such great reviews, and was so excited to try it. Unfortunately, the results were only so/so. This only partially covers my undereye circles. It works fine on my occasional pimple, however can look a tad cakey. I have dry skin and this seems to emphasize the flakiness of my skin. Also, it sinks into the lines under my eyes. So the search for my HG concealer continues!

This concealer is ok. Its not one of the best ones that I have tried. I also feel that it very expensive for the amount that you get in this product. you could buy MAC studio finish concealer that is a better, cheaper and you get more product. Also you can only get 3 different shades. Would buy erase paste of MAC studio finish instead of this.
