I absolutely love this mascara. I already have super long curly lashes, but this really mascara makes them look amazing. I haven't had issues with clumping or flaking. I wear the waterproof formula and it doesn't come off unless I want it too. The brush is bigger than I thought, so I could see how those with a smaller lashes may have trouble with it. However for those with long lashes, I say at least give it a try. This mascara truly does what I want it too. Love it!!

Regular Grow Lucious is so much better. This is too wet and the brush doesn't help with the clumping.

Meh! I'll start off by saying that I tried the original Grow Luscious... twice!... and tossed it both times. The brush is *huge* so you'd think you'd get a lot of volume but it didn't work for me at all. Maybe I'm just unlucky because it seems every mascara from Revlon I ever try is dried out before I even open the package? Onto the Plumping version. The brush reminds me of a larger Lancome Definicils brush - has the same kind of straight taper. The formula, miraculously wasn't dried out and it did apply well but really didn't produce the volume I wanted. It clumps my lashes together a bit but not too badly. It's not horrible but it's not stellar either. I would not buy again.

This mascara is just ok on me. I have short, sparse, stick straight eyelashes. It applies so/so. It can clump if I'm not careful with application. It stays wet long enough to straighten out the clumps though. It defines & slightly lengthens my eyelashes. Not a whole lot of "plumping" going on though. It does flake a bit. I plan on using it everyday for 3 months to see if the "grow luscious" chemicals actually do anything. If it does I'll be back to adjust my review with good news.

Wow, I'm a bit surprised at all of the negative reviews on this mascara! Honestly, I think this is a great drugstore mascara, and certainly one of the best that Revlon makes. I personally don't think the brush is that massive, but then again I've used DiorShow and Benefit's Bad Gal Lash and those brushes are huge! This mascara grabs my lashes well and gives them enough volume while providing some length as well. Clumping is minimal, which is also a plus. I was never under the impression that this mascara was supposed to give a false lash-effect, but if I was then I guess I would be disappointed as some reviewers are. I never trust the hype on any mascara, so I just based my opinion on if the product did what I wanted it to do, and I was definitely pleased.

I recently bought this mascara thinking it was going to be a great mascara. you would think for the price it would be. But when i tried it i was REALLY disappointed. I have naturally long eye lashes and really like to load on mascara to make them look fake and this kind of just made them darker not fuller. I dont really recommend this product if youre going for a fake look but if youre going for a natural look then i guess this does the trick.

when i saw the commercial i thought.. hey this one might work! but when i bought it... wow! i was disappointed. the brush was way to huge for my eyelashes and only a couple hours of wearing it, it would flake. don't waste your money on this. it's just not worth it.

Let me just preface this review by stating that I am a fan of the original "Grow Luscious" mascara. It was my favorite for volume and separation. This "Plumping" version is all right in my opinion. The old formula was dry, whereas this new version is quite wet--think Maybelline's Lash Stiletto, which means that it might take some work in order to prevent clumping. The formula is also very black, which is something that I like a lot. It also leaves the lashes feeling soft-to-the-touch, even after applying coat after coat after coat.

The brush is quite large, but not as wide as the original. It also tapers down toward the tip (shaped like a Christmas tree). Personally, I don't see much of a volumizing effect, but it does work well for length and is so-so for separation. It is awesome for the lower lashes, though!

All-in-all, it's a decent mascara. I would recommend this for women who are looking for lengthening mascaras that are very pigmented. However, I will not be purchasing this again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE massive brushes. They thicken my lashes good. The formula is ok I am not sure about making my lashes grow.

I'm usually really picky about the size of my mascara brush - the flexible rubber ones don't work for me and the massive brushes don't either. I'm forever searching for an amazing mascara and thought I'd take a break from Lancome Hypnose which is pretty close to my HG.
First thing is, this is a MASSIVE brush. However, this did a reasonable job of lengthening my stumpy, fine and sparse lashes. I usually smudge it on my face though as I have to get it quite close to my eyelids in order for it to do anything.
I haven't used it long enough to comment on whether my lashes are 'growing' luscious, but it doesn't flake on me and it's now 5.30pm and looking pretty much like it did when I put it on at 8am this morning.
Wouldn't repurchase because the effects aren't amazing enough.

I ran out of my fave Clinique High Impact so I decided to try something different and grab this. This did not work at all for me. It is really wet and it clumps like crazy. After it semi dried I couldn't stand the mess my eyelashes were so I ran and scrubbed it off. I then tossed it out and headed to the Clinique counter. No way would I buy this one again!

Terrible mascara. Wet, clumpy, and generally bad. The only reason I bought this is because it reminded me of the new Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme, however, there is a slight difference in the brushes. I've got long, full lashes and I can really make most mascaras work for me, but this was a major fail. Another terrible mascara from Revlon! I swear the only good mascara they have is Lash Fantasy.

I honestly didn't have high expectations for this mascara, which is good. The formula was watery and took forever to dry. It didn't do anything to lengthen, thicken, or curl my lashes. Definitely not worth purchasing.

Ugh! So I'm on the fence on this one...not a huge fan of revlon mascaras in the first place but the claims it supposedly had were too good to pass on. So of course, I had to try it. I bought this in the extreme black I believe it's called and yes it definitely is the blackest of black which I love! BUT!! that is the only good thing I can honestly say about this mascara. It flakes only after a couple of hours of wearing. Doesn't hold any kind of curl to my lashes, makes them heavy and next thing I know they are as if I had never even curled them and just applied some very black mascara. Also I don't care for the fragrance it kinda burns my eyes everytime Ive tried using it. It also clumps and doesn't separate and define. Just kindve lays there on my lashes. oh and I think I may have purchased a defective tube maybe because I have way too much product coming out. The stopper thing that is supposed to sort of remove some product off the brush before you apply didn't do it's job. So I have to scrape my brush against the opening of the tube to remove alot of excess. Too troublesome for me. Definitely would not re purchase. I hope I made sense with that last description part about the product removal from the tube.

Revlon's Grow Luscious Plumping mascara is used for volumizing the lashes. After using the whole bottle of the product, my impression on this mascara is that it is like every other drug store mascara, minus the shiny, pretty packaging. The formula goes on wet, so if you desire to layer on mascara, you actually have to wait for your lashes to dry.. I also notice that because of the wet formula, your lashes tend to clump easily. This edition of the "Grow Luscious" does not actually grow your lashes. It's not as "waterproof" as it claims to be either. All I can say is that the packaging is nice..

Revlon mascaras are usually garbage for me but the Grow Luscious line is amazing and this is no exception! I like the cone shape of the brush and the formula is very pigmented (I purchased blackest black). At first, the formula is a little on the thin side but I expect it to thicken up in about a week. Can't wait to repurchase!!!

I've been on a mascara craze and have been trying out different ones. I have been using Covergirl Lashblast Fusion and adore the brush because it seriously prevents clumping and allows for a smooth application.

With that said, Revlon's Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara had an enormously large bristle type wand, which did not follow in my favor of clump-free or smooth looking lashes.
It did look like there was some added volume, but nothing I would be proud to show off.

Too bad I bought two.

This is definitely my HG mascara. I first started using the regular Revlon Grow Luscious mascara and really liked it. I didn't see any noticable growth though, which shouldn't be expected. You should expect to see something within a couple months, not within the first week of application. Anyways, I did start to see growth, even more so than with the l'oreal eyelash growth stuff, after 2 consistent months of use. After running out of my second tube, I saw the plumping kind and decided to buy it. The plumping grow luscious definitely holds a curl better than the regular kind and after a month of use, which is why I perfer it to the original formula. And my lashes are still noticably longer. However, it won't give you these dramatic, large, lashes that are a 1,000 lightyears long (like the ones shown in the commercial). Which is good, because I dont' want those fake looking lashes. It's dramatic enough to wear at night, but you can still wear it during the day. And revlon (according to peta's list of companies who don't test on animals) is one of the few drugstore brands that don't test on animals, so that's a huge plus!

Edit: I still really love this mascara, but I found a new HG

Once I saw the commercail I just had to run to the store and get it. I wasnt too disapointed with the product other than if you put on too much it clumps together I will usually put on just one or two coats or else it clumps really badly. It add volume but not as much as 200%. Overall its an okay product.
