this lasts a long, long time ~ and it is sweet and just adorable.

This is one of the only Chanels (other than maybe Allure EDT) that doesn't have that Chanel note/feel.

I absolutely love this, and it would be HG material if it didn't dry down to straight up musk on me. All I have is a light musk/"night queen" oil on my pulse points afterward, and this is a pet peeve of mine. That said, others might be able to smell the quince still... And it's amazing on your clothes. Doesn't really do it for me in the hair, this one.

As tons of others have pointed out, this is super similar to Daisy, but it's much lighter and has an oilier feel. It's also not as sweet.

I smell quince and sweet grapefruit the most, and then a soft floral. (It says jasmine, but that's not at all what I get.)

It lasts okay. It's beautiful, comforting, cheerful, and happy while it does. And so am I. :)

The bottle is to die for. I am not a fan of most Chanels (allure, mlle, this, and fraiche are only exceptions), but Chanel bottles are in my top 2... Maybe my favorite. Simple. Strong. Clean. Feminine. And very sleek.

If you like Daisy, Light Blue, I Love Love, or Bond Scent of Peace, give this a shot. It has the lightness of Scent of Peace, with a tad more sweetness added.

I love this fragrance! I am on the other side of 40 and I have never received so many compliments on a fragrance before. It smells clean yet sophisticated.

I am in love with this perfume! I love it, a little spritz on my neck lasts all day long and I can occasionally smell it on myself. It's very pricey but the perfume is strong and lasts all day. I can imagine my bottle lasting all year long and then some because I can't wear it everyday.

Love love love this scent! I'm definitely a perfume girl, but I've been on the fence about buying any Chanel frangrances bc I find them somewhat overpowering and overpriced. That being said, I've been tempted to buy CocoM and Chance and when I smelled this scent at the airport duty-free, I knew it would be a good way to ease into Chanel fragrances bc of how much lighter it feels than the usual scents they produce. It's very summery and appropriate for the season and the more I wear it, the more I like it! my bf loves it too. It is definitely a palyful, yet clean and elegant, scent appropriate for a young woman to wear either on casual or more formal occasion. I didn't look up the notes, but love that it doesn't contain that muskiness typical in chanel perfumes that makes them better suited for colder months and formal events. I don't think it's common smelling because despite being fruity, the high quality is obvious- defferentiating it from other fruity fragrances. If I had to compare it something else, I'd say it's a higher end version of D&G Light Blue- the notes are not the same, but the vibe- airy, young, clean, flirty (but much more refined!)- is very similar. All in all, I would definitely repurchase! even at the high price.

update: I still LOVE this scent but am very disappointed by the lasting power :( I have to reapply every 3-4 hours which has really changed my mind about the cost effectiveness of the perfume.

i have never had so many compliments on how good i smell in my life! when i go places so many people compliment me on how good i smell. a male friend of mine constantly says that i smell so good...he says that chanel chance eau tendre is how every woman is supposed to smell...he bought it for his wife! i will never go without this perfume in my collection.

It's been a couple years since I've used a perfume (I got tired of wearing Dior addict) and I just couldn't find a scent I love. I've been wearing my boyfriend's Bvlgari pour homme cologne (which I LOVE). Finally, I decided I wanted a perfume and have heard about Chanel Chance. I probably only smelled it once and had to think about whether or not to get it for a very long time. My bf came home one day and surprised me with a bottle! I was a bit worried I wasn't going to like it because I've been picky with scents. But i adore this!!! I'm not very good at describing perfume smell but what I can say is that its got floral and a hint of fruity scent in it. It lasts all day long and I love that faded scent still pouring out of you or your clothing. I don't find it to be an overwhelming scent and is very feminine. Like some have mentioned...it does have a sense of sophistication. I usually never buy a second bottle because half way through I find myself getting sick of the smell...but this is one of those perfume's you will keep coming back to! And I predict a second bottle or third or fourth and so on!!

Nothing special at all, just your run of the mill floral....on me that is, there nothing wrong with it persay it's just not me. it's probably magical on some lucky people, I tend to have bad luck with Chanel fragrances and this one is no exception....they're either way too powerful or just don't wow me the way some houses perfumes do (Dior, Givenchy, Thierry Mugler) but that's okay I don't need 10 million perfumes...okay yes I do just not from Chanel. ;0)

My favorite of all the Chanel Chances. I've never felt compelled to purchase any of the others- and when I smelled this one in a magazine one night, and smeared the scented paper all over my neck and wrists, I woke up, smelled it on me, and decided I HAD to go and buy this one!! The day-after/lingering scent is so sweet and subtle... It's a gorgeous fragrance! I've only *truly* fallen in love with 3-4 scents in my adult life, and this is one of them :) I get compliments on how I smell almost daily- People stop me in my tracks to ask what it is I am wearing?! I also think it lasts longer on me due to my chemistry combining well... I love how floral, and sweet, and clean, and sophisticated this fragrance is. Someone else mentioned it smelled kind of like Viva La Juicy- It's funny because for the past few years, before Chance eau Tendre, VLJ was my favorite! Wonder what the connection is, as far as notes go? I feel so very beautiful when I am wearing this perfume. I even spray a little on before bed just to feel a little bit luxurious :) I've got about a fourth left in my current bottle and another one waiting to take it's place when it is gone!

I dont like this scent at all. Its a pretty bottle and colour, and it smells nice when you smell it from the bottle, but other than that, its nothing exciting. Its not what id expect from a chanel product, I do love chancel chance and like the eau fraiche too, but this one i shouldn't have purchased.

Best perfume ever in my opinion!

Fresh but sophisticated, it lasts all day on me. Reminds me a little of Daisy by Marc Jacob but Chance is a lot more complex. I will definitely repurchase when I run out!

I love this perfume. This is my signature scent and i will keep repurchasing. The thing i like most about this scent is that it smells fresh and slightly floral. When i spray this on my sweater or scarves its still there the next day. Can't get enough.

Oh, how I do love this fragrance. To me I smell sweetness, some violets, maybe lavender? I can't put my finger on it exactly, soft, fruity sweetness. I wish I could find a cheaper alternative. Victoria's Secret came out with Charming and Fun in their PINK line, but it's not the same as Chance Eau Tendre. I just love this Chanel fragrance.

This is one of the few perfumes that I've been able to get the same scent from myself and someone else. Probably rare though!! I love this, it is my daytime Chance fragrance. I think it really has the power to appeal to different ages because I first fell in love after smelling it on my boyfriend's mom... She bought me a bottle and I've never disliked it for a second! I even caught my own mom sneaking some yesterday morning before church! It's so strange that we all three have fallen in love with it! I will definately repurchase once my bottle is gone.. or have my mom pick it up!!

I usually hate sweet fragrances, but I got a sample of this one while buying something else and I can't describe how in love i was two seconds after with the perfume. It's so sweet and it's tender allright. I can feel the scent with me nine hours later, and I just can't stop smelling my arm... I've already ordered this one, love it.

I LOVE this perfume! My boyfriend ordered it for me for Christmas from Chanel's website. It retails for about $65. This is the first Chanel perfume I've actually really liked. It has a light sweet/floral scent that isn't too overpowering, but you can definitely still smell by the end of the day. The bottle is adorable, and the packaging from Chanel was SO cute! It came in a box wrapped in Chanel ribbon with some samples inside. Shipping was free from the website, so ordering from there is a great idea. All around, I am so pleased with this product. I have received many compliments on the scent, and I would certainly repurchase! :)

I received this as a gift for Xmas and I love it! I wanted to try on more 'sophisticated' scents if that makes sense. I had mainly only used lotions & sprays before. I have a sample of Tom Ford's Black Orchid which is fantastic but something I would wear only on special occasions. Chanel Eau Tendre is a great everyday scent that smells feminine and light. It's not a powdery scent which I tend to not like.

Absolutely love this fragrance. I have both Eau Fraiche and Eau Tendre. I personally love Eau Tendre when I'm feeling like it's going to be a good day. It's flirty, it's fruity and it's light. I love it.

Definitely going to buy the full size next time.

I love this perfume! Its a light loral scent that makes me feel flirty and sweet. I usually wear this during spring. I suggest trying this out on your skin first and walking around the mall just to try it out because not everyone seems to love it. It just depends on your preference. I suggest asking for a sample and getting the feel of it. A friend of mine told me she loved it on the bottle but not on her skin, so i suggest you try before you buy. As for me, i love it. Its light, and doesnt give me a headache. It smells somewhat sweet but not overpowering like some perfumes.

I absolutely adore is perfume. It is definately my favourite, from what I've smelled anyway, because it fits me so perfectly. Its a very soft feminine fruity floral. I smell more floral than fruity but the fruit is definately there. It's not sweet like cotton candy, but sweet in another way which I can't really describe. I've tried all three Chance's and this is my favourite. At the moment I just have a tester but will definately buy the larger bottle or ask for it as a gift because it is quite expensive. On me this lasts a long time, probably about 8hours at least. If i spray it on the night before I usually can smell it the next day. I just absolutely adore this. Many say it's similar to daisy, which it is, but I find that Eau Tendre doesn't have the pungent powdery smell that I experience in Daisy. Absolutely love this.
