This works great for me. I have very fine naturally curly hair and most products either take the curl out of my hair or leave my hair totally limp. This product doesn't do that, it leaves my hair full, bouncy & curly. Just use a small amount to start and adjust to what works for you. I highly recommend. I've been changing the products I use lately, added Morrocan Oil first, then this product, and Phyto shampoos (either Phytocitrus or Phytocayne) with TIGI Curls Rock Amplifier (emulsify a small amount on wet hands before putting on hair) and I have found a winning combination! My hair has looked healthier & better than it has in a long time!

Read the range of reviews here and while in Sephora, bought the travel size to test drive it. After a few attempts with the various techniques suggested by MUAers with my similar hair situation, it doesn't work for me: not only didn't produce any volume but left my hair dull and unmanageable.
I've got somewhat fine hair and I waited until it was in perfect condition - newly colored and cut - to try out this product. As comparison, I use mainly Kerastase products. Tried this 3x (always by itself rather than mixed with another product), varying the amount, drying technique, dampness of my hair. None of these attempts gave me any noticeable thickening. Each time, however, I got stuck with a dull coating on my hair and my ends became dry and unable to blow out smoothly. I also felt it didn't provide any thermal/heat protection, as most products now do.
I might give it a shot once more (on a Sunday, when no one sees it) with Kerastase Necter Thermique to see if it can build volume without dullness. If not, it gets passed along to a friend.

I bought this and thought it was going to be my new miracle product...not so much. It did not make my hair full at all, it did the opposite. It made my hair really silky but weighed it down. I gave it two stars because it did make my hair soft, but that it not what you want when you are trying to go full. I will stick to Bumble and Bumble, which works great.

I have long, highlighted hair and lots of it, but it's fine. I'm always on the look out for thickening products because the weight of my hair makes it appear rather flat. I am really pleased with this product and have been using it for a month. I follow the directions to the letter, using a dime sized dollop and blow dry, directing heat underneath my hair. (I don't need lift at the roots, but if you do, you will need another product in addition to Full Thickening Cream.) The results are excellent. My hair is full and stays that way for a 3 days. That's especially important to me because my hair is dry and daily washing wrecks havoc on it. I will definitely repurchase.

I have long, thick wavy hair that I blow dry straight, then curl w/a flat iron. This product was not very effective at increasing the volume of my hair (even though my hair is thick, it lays flat because it is so heavy). I was not fond of the scent, though I could live w/that if it worked well. It made my hair tangled and more difficult to blow dry straight (somehow it made the waves more stubborn). This is the second product from Living Proof that has been a bust (anti frizz being the other). They say all the right things but they don't deliver.

Horrible.......I really wanted this product to work for me. Instead it left me with stringy, straw-like feeling hair that looked greasy. Definitely NOT worth the money!

I have fine and thinning hair, and this product made my hair look amazingly thicker and full. However, I found that I had to follow the directions on the website to a T in terms of blowing dry my hair - specifically, lifting it piece by piece and aiming the dryer under each section, not over (as i would generally do). If you are letting your hair air dry, you're probably not getting anything out of the product. Produced full, bouncy hair that lasted all day and then some. It's expensive to use every day, but it worked for me.

I've been using this product for 2 weeks, and have yet to notice a significant increase in my hair's volume. It does make my hair feel soft, smells nice, and I do find that my hair is less oily at the end of the day, but definitely won't repurchase due to price, and lack of results.

This is by far not the miracle product it is touted to be. I'll agree that it made my extremely fine hair soft and somewhat shiny, but fuller? No way. A good volumizing mousse or gel will work better and is less expensive. It also tended to weigh my hair down after multiple uses. Save your money, this product is all hype.

My hair is fine and straight as can be. This was lightweight and did give me volume that I normally have none of. It's not magic and doesn't make me a movie star, but it did give me some volume. I didn't feel like my hair was sticky and I'll continue to use it until I find something better. My hair is fuller with it than without.

When I first tried this I was rather impressed- my hair was definately thicker and looked really lucious (its baby fine, oily at roots and genetically limp!). However, with time it didn't seem to work so well. I know that sounds a bit bizarre but the more I used it, the less volume I seemed to get. If I use it without any other product then I don't notice any difference at all, however, if I use it with my usual redken products- wool shake, layer lift and seriously strong hairspray I do get pretty good volume. However, this is definately no miracle product and you get zero root lift (which to be fair, is not what it is for). I also generally don't like cream for potentially oily hair as it can make it greasy so I have to be really careful with not using too much. To sum up, it works pretty well with other, heavy duty styling products but don't expect Bardot hair. Still looking, sigh... EDIT- after trying this for about a month I've realised its useless. Maybe my inital results were caused by extreme hopefulness that was reflected in my hair lol, it does not work. My hair is still limp and flat. Still looking...

sadly, this didn't work for me. i applied just enough on combed out, damp, towel-dried hair. then i blew it out with the blowdryer. styled as usual with hairspray and it actually laid flat more so than usual. boo! i bought the bigger size bottle, too. back to sephora, it goes.

I was super excited to try this but unfortunately it did nothing for me. I applied to towel dried hair and blow dried. I got volume but nothing life changing. I put a little hairspray on as was recommended to keep the volume but after an hour my hair fell flat as a board.
Alas, my search continues for the perfect volumizer.

I got a sample size of this at Sephora. It gave me nice volume but unfortunately it made my scalp itch. So, it's a no go for me.

I have the finest hair ever and I literally try a new volumizing product every 2 weeks or so, so when I heard about this product of course I had to try it. The instructions say to use a dime-sized amount but my motto is the more product the better, so I probably use about 2-3x that, concentrating most of it on my roots and then working the rest through my long hair. It makes my hair very easy to brush during blowdrying and it tangles less in general, a common problem for people with fine hair.
This product is expensive but does the work of 3 of my regular products so I think it's worth it. I used to use a volumizing gel, a thickening mousse, and root lifter. Now I use the Full along with a little root lifter and I'm set. Like other people said, my hair even looks great the next day. My hair is so fine and oily that I would never dream of going somewhere without washing it first thing in the morning but the day after using this product, it's bouncy and full and shiny and looks just as good as the day I washed it.

When I first saw Living Proof's Full debut in Sephoras, I knew I had to try it. The science behind it sounded amazing. I already had lots of hair, down to my back, but I was always looking for more body and ompf! I used a dime size amount on almost dry hair and distributed evenly with a comb. I did not use any other product in conjunction with it and I didn't even need to heat style my hair. The results was lush, full, wavy hair. Don't expect miracles with this product, it will give you the appearance of more hair but I already had a ton to start with. I used the tiniest amount of product because I found that if used more it has less of an effect. It is very toucheable and feels like I don't have any product in my hair if I use it this way. I found that it works better than my normal volumizing mouse which always fell flat by mid-afternoon. With full, results lasts until the next wash even if I sleep on it! I am happy to include this to my routine as a perfect finishing touch to BIG hair.

Disappointing. I've now tried this three ways. My initial hope when buying was that it would replace either my root lifter or my gel...epic fail on that part. All three attempts were using about the size of a nickel. First try was with my bed head root lifter. Definitely got lots of lift for that day, was initially impressed, next day got far to greasy. My hair always goes two days without a wash. Next try, just thickening cream by itself...still got a bit of lift, but nothing close to my gel and again, by the end of day two, a grease pit. Third attempt, used it in conjunction with my gel and root lifter. This seems to be the only successful way for me to use this product and I really wasn't looking for a third hair product. Would definitely not buy again and would now only really use if I was having a big day/night out as it's useless on my hair the next day.

This product is good. It did give weightless volume and smells great. All things being equal, though, I don't see where this did any better than my regular routine and a little Biosilk on the ends of my fine, thick, mostly straight hair. I would not purchase this again simply becasue it is crazy overpriced. I have found several other products which produced similar results for way less money.

left an unacceptable film on hair that is tangling. Ni_x_n works as well but hair feels like hair, not like a wierd chemical reaction.
