I just bought this product - and I am already in love!
I have naturally wavy hair that tends to frizz and poof out at the ends (creating that dreaded "triangle" effect). I typically straighten my hair but it is getting pretty damaged so I have been trying to work with its natural texture for some time now. I love the whole loose, tousled wave look - so I've been trying to find a product that would hold my waves and control frizziness while defining them without fluffing them up more. Most of the products I've tried have either left my hair too stiff, too frizzy or too curly.
I was really excited when I saw the commercial for this product on TV and couldn't wait to try it. I am not disappointed I did. It has given me the EXACT look I have been going for, soft, loose, defined waves with no frizziness and they are weighed down a bit, preventing my usual poofy-triangle look. I just apply a mounded palmful (somewhere between golf ball- and baseball-size, I have very long hair) to my damp strands, tousle it with my fingers (scrunching the front a bit) and then let it air dry.
It works terrific and smells amazing. I will definitely be buying this again.
FYI - I also use the conditioner. I think I may have to pick up the shampoo as well (they were out of it when I bought the conditioner and mousse or I would have gotten it then).
Great product - and at a great price!

I got this because of it's claim to make "loose waves."
but all it really did for my stick straight as far as curl was flip my ends a little bit.
it actually made my hair a frizzy mess.
however, it *did* make my hair really soft.
there was no crunch, and the smell was absolutely lovely.
however, i won't be repurchasing because of the lack of curl (wave, whatever haha)and the frizz factor.

Another good HE mousse. I find nearly zero frizz after a long humid day with only this as my styling product. Light/med hold, nice fragrance. I find my ends do not seem dry after using this several days in a row, I don't think it has moisturizing ingredients but perhaps the lack of drying silicones helps? Anyway, for $3 you can't go wrong really. Edited: This did make my hair a little stringy, and I need more hold. Set Me Up is a better mousse for my hair needs, but I still think this is a great styling product for those who only need a light, flexible hold.

Love this mousse. I got sucked in by the commercials and been into "tousling" my hair lately, and this mousse is a really great start. It gives great hold when I put it in my damp hair, it really does help with that tousling effect. For 2 bucks a pop, you can't go wrong!

This smells really good(: As usual for Herbal Essences.
Anyway, I can tell this does what its supposed to. It actually loosens my curls (I've been looking for something to do that!) but I've been wanting it curly. It makes my curls stringy, but I can see how this would make someone's hair look "tousled". The hold is definitely flexible, because only where I slathered this mousse on is where it stays frizz free. It has minimum crunch, like its supposed to & leaves a touchable feel. While I don't need a curl boosting product, I need something to keep my curls & keep the frizz free. I can't take of too many lippies though, 'cause it does what it says. For $3, give it a try(:
For reference, I have thick, curly hair.
