Meh, this concealer was okay, though disappointing for the price I paid. It has a thick and creamy consistency, yet even the smallest amount can look cakey under the eyes. I've tried applying with a dampened concealer brush, or even slightly wet fingers; both techniques seem to help thin the formula a bit. It does, however, cover blemishes rather well. I wouldn't buy this product again simply because it is way too thick for my taste.

Not a bad product, but I am unsure if I will rebuy.
Has a nice creamy consistency and does cover. However It seems to be a little cakey when used under the eyes.

This concealer is one of the best I've tried. I have very bad cystic acne and have been using Bare Minerals Matte Foundation (as well as the warmth, blush, and hydrating mineral veil) for the past 5 years. While I love Bare Minerals products, I needed more coverage for my growing acne issue - it seemed nothing would cover my blemishes. Bare Minerals helped even out my skin tone, but if I tried covering my pimples w/ the foundation using the concealer brush it turned into a cakey, very noticeably make-up, mess. This product was the first concealer the lady at Sephora tried on me after expressing my needs for better coverage. I fell instantly in love. The color blends perfectly into my skin!! Sometimes it takes multiple layers to cover very dark spots, but it doesn't feel (or look for that matter) layered or cakey at all! Also, I haven't noticed any further breakouts in the area that I use the product. This is the newest staple in my makeup bag!

This is the bombdizzle I use it at the triangle from the sides of my nose to under my eyes, if that makes any sense lol. I put a little on the back of my hand and with my ring finger blend then I set with MAC transparent setting powder I used this on top of my foundation to brighten up. Love this.

This is one of the worst concealers I have ever used. It covers nothing. It pours out of the tube and the formula doesn't stay mixed, so it is way too liquidy and oily. Tried it under my eyes and it creased within minutes. Absolutely awful product.

Very good concealer. Creamy, but not too, and a little goes a long way. Blends beautifully and looks natural. Does what it says it will do, conceals!

Talk about a great product. I never thought I'd need concealer until I started to break out a little. Made a trip to Sephora and discovered this little miracle tube. All I need is a little bit to cover up the few blemishes that I have and that's all I used...no foundation or anything. Not too sure about the HD part though, I think it's just a name trend but other than that I recommend. I used the dark and it was a perfect match for beautiful skin tone. If you're skeptical about it just give it a try, I'm certain it'll change your mind.

It's an ok concealer. I use it mainly to cover dark circles and i find it does settle into fine lines (which I do have, even though I'm 16, help me). It's also not the best for dry skin. I have dry skin around my nose and if I tried to use this to cover up redness there, it shows up any flakiness or uneven texture. My dark circles aren't the worst in the world and it covers them up reasonably but if you're looking for serious coverage I wouldn't choose this, or I guess you'd have to do multiple layers. I got it in the fair option and the colour's great - matches my skin tone perfectly, as I have found for all the Smashbox products I've used. I wouldn't buy it again as it's just not right for me. I'm thinking for covering blemishes it would be good as it's quite liquidy and would glide over them well. Again, though, the light coverage may prove a problem. I don't like it enough to justify the price.

This concealer is amazing!!! I've been using Korres Wild Rose Concealer for the past year or so. Trying to switch to natural products has gotten me in a rut with many different expensive and non-effective make up products -- and the Korres concealer was one of them. I always had to re-apply and wait for the click pen to dispense the concealer onto the brush. And though it felt good going natural, it just didn't work.
This Smashbox concealer. on the other hand, is incredible. After using the tester at ULTA over this horrible other concealer the guy at the counter put on me (erase paste by benefit and it was NOT my color), I bought it immediately. My eyes were noticeably brighter, my dark circles (the only place I use concealer) were covered, and the creamy consistency didn't settle into fine lines (a problem I always have with Benefit's concealers and Time Balm).
I noticed my face was looking brighter all day yesterday even though I was hungover and tired and didn't apply any makeup (lazy sunday). I realized it was because of this concealer and the Stila Stay All Day liner. I will definitely buy again!

I recently switched to this concealer after using Mac for the passed year or so and this is SO much better! Way creamier which is great for covering and a little bit goes a long way. It blends in really nice too. I use it for red spots and pimples, I don't get dark circles under my eyes so I can't tell you if it's good for that or not, but it's not thick or cakey at all. I'm sticking with this one!

I LOVE this concealer! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I was kinda on the fence about getting this, just because it's $18 and I didn't know if I would like it. The first time a got it, it was totally seperated, the oil and the color where like oil and water. So I took it back and got a new one, and this one didn't do that.
This doesn't break me out, even with the oil in it, lasts a very long time, and covers up my uneven skin tone. 4 stars :)

I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed with this. I love smashbox and been using the HD Foundation which is gr8 so had high hopes for this concealer. Unfortunately its not that good at concealing much at all. It is quite good for under the eye but dont think it covers very well. My skin breaks out every now and again and this concealer didnt seem to help at all. Its to watery I think. Very disappointed, especially as its quite expensive. Wont buy again.

Was looking for an HD concealer. Was a little pricy (22$ CAD) but decided it was the price to pay for something of quality. Let me tell you something. I used to buy the drugstore kind for half the price and it worked a lot better. The Smashbox one doesn't cover my dark circles, doesn't cover my blemishes. Like someone said, sometimes it is just oil and water that comes out of the tube, the product doesn't mix well at all. It creases around my eyes and it's annoying to have to fix it everytime. Plus, it's too yellow for my skin (I'm fair skinned), and a sales consultant at Sephora told me it was my skin tone. Not true!

I liked how this concealer didn't irritate my skin. However, I didn't like it under my eyes because it would crease in just a few minutes. I feel like it doesn't last as long either. The coverage is pretty good. I am looking for a better concealer than this but for now, I'm going to stick with it.

I bought this concealer a while back and I've loved it ever since I got it. I have very dark circles and I've been on the look out for my holy grail concealer for a while now. This concealer comes pretty darn close to what I want. It brightens up my eye area without settling into the fine lines under my eyes and really makes a huge difference on my whole face. A little goes a VERY long way. One tiny little squeeze gives me enough product to conceal my bags and blemishes. Also the applicator is unique. The tip is in a slanted angle which makes it easy to blend the concealer underneath your eyes. I literally have no cons for this product other than the price, but it is worth it considering how long it lasts you. I would absolutely repurchase.

I'm surprised this gets so many complaints, I really like this product! I think this product covers up my dark circles pretty well, and it stays on for hours. I like that it's thin, so I can build it up to the amount of coverage I need for the day. Also, it blends well, so it's easy for me to work with when I'm running late and only have a few minutes for makeup.

this was recommended to me by a SA at Sephora because my skin is so fair its hard to find a good concealer. I really like this. I can use this for both under eye and covering blemishes. Its not cakey or watery and thats why for me its perfect for both. Medium coverage, neutral toned, doesn't settle into find lines. I will repurchase even though its a little on the pricey side for me.
Edit: I changed mine to 5 stars instead of 3 because after more uses I discovered its even better then expected.

This is a great concealer if you are lazy...sorry, time deficient...like me and don't want to use two different products for concealing under eyes and blemishes. It's that perfect in-between texture that doesn't look too thick/dry under the eyes, yet has enough consistency to "disappear" spots. I haven't had 100% satisfaction with Smashbox products, but would definitely buy this one again.

Worst cosmetic product of my life. I don't use a lot of face makeup and even I knew it was working terribly. It did not help any of my under eye bags or darkness. In fact, it only made under my eyes darker and called my attention to lines that I was not even previously aware of. I took this product back immediately after two disappointing uses.
