I also wish I had read the reviews of this product before buying. It is truly awful. I had to scrub my eyelids to get any eyeliner and mascara off, and even then it didn't work. My eyelids felt dry and raw after I use this product. I was also trying to find a cheap alternative to Clinique but I'm going back to Clinique and this stuff is going in the trash.

Worst eye makeup remover I've ever used. I got it from Santa in my stocking and have been too cheap to replace it, but it is terrible!
It doesn't get ANY mascara off, and it does sting. It takes me so long and so much work to get off what I think is everything, and then I still have makeup under my eyes when I wake up in the morning. :( The packaging is cute but if you're looking for a DS eye makeup remover I'd go with Neutrogena or even Almay.

I tried this a long time ago thinking it would be a cheaper alternative to Lancome's, but it DOES sting. Terribly! It's awful.
If you are looking to save pennies in this trying economy then I suggest you try Neutrogena's eye make up remover. I'm not a fan of most of their products, but this one is terrific and cheap!
I used to use Decleor's but it's very expensive, also Merle Norman's works well at a moderate price.

For me, this is the worst eye makeup remover. It stings the skin around my eyes, and does not remove my eye makeup with ease. I have never had an eye makeup remover that has stung me before. THIS STINGS!!!

Why are they still making this product? I don't understand, maybe the company is unaware of the reviews of their products. This stuff does NOTHING to remove eye makeup. It's water and chemicals. Seriously, save yourself the hassle of going back to the store to return this product and don't even lift it off the shelf! Completely useless!

When i first bought this, the only thing going through my head was yay a eye makeup remover that is cheap, little did i know that the product it self was just as cheap. I tried removing my eye liner and eye shadow with the product but it wouldn't even budge and worst of all my eye liner wasn't even waterproof!!! however it did take a little of my eye shadow off. To be honest I've tried using this product again to give it a fair review but still no luck in changing my feelings for it, as far as I know this is just another product in my bucket list of what not to buy ever again.

It is so funny what everybody is saying because when I was in the states this summer I bought Targets imitation of this exact eyemakeup remover. I chocked the fact that it stung my eyes and didnt work very well up to the fact that it was in imitation. LOL but I guess it actually is a good imitation because my review is consistant with the other bad ones. Yah I did not like this at all.

Terrible! It doesn't remove anything. Other reviewers have said it all already. I prefer cream type removers but for liquid my HG is Mary Kay. Do not buy this! Buy anything other than this. It is a total waste of money.

Wish I had read the reviews on this first. This is one the worst eye make up removers I have ever used. First, the fragrance makes me ill. It barely removes any brand of mascara that I wear. It stings the eye area. I was trying to find a cheaper altenative to my two faves- Clinique and Estee Lauder eye makeup remover. I am tossing this one out.

This stuff is absolutely worthless. It stings my eyes and doesn't remove mascara worth a damn. Do yourself a favor and get Neutrogena's oil free remover - it's cheaper, available in the same places, and it actually works.

I don't know what I was thinking buying this!! It is cheap though, that's why I bought it...It's horrible. Don't waste your money on it. I'm going to use baby oil from now on because it's even cheaper and i heard it works well...This didn't remove my make up at all, i had to rub and as soon as even a small amount gets into my eye it starts to sting so badly that my eyes tear for about 10 minutes afterwards...

This stuff stings!
That's what I remember from having bought this, it stings like you squirted liquid soap in your eye.
Horrible!

Man I wish I read the reviews of this product before I bought it. It barely took off my mascara and when it did manage to get off some product there was always an oily residue left over under my eyes and on my cheeks. I had to rub so much I felt like my eyelashes were being pulled out. Also, shouldn't an eye makeup remover not burn your eyes?! What a waste of money. Usually I have a hard time throwing out products and often will give something away if it isn't right for me. With this item I have no problems tossing it in the garbage.

Cannot believe L'Oreal continues to make and sell this incredibly horrible product!!! This stung like crazy around my eyes to the point where I felt like I was going to get cysts underneath my eyes. Don't they test out products before officially selling them in the open market? What a joke this remover is. Besides the pain, it also didn't take off my eye makeup. I could have basically used pure acid on my eyelids and would have gotten the same effect. Do not buy this!
