I guess this stuff makes a small difference, my lashes feel kinda stronger, and they seem to grow faster. But yeah don't expect any major results

It's not gonna double the length of your lashes, BUT it does work and you will see a difference. At least it worked for me. and my lashes dont fall off when removing my eye make up now.
I would purchase the product again without doubt if the price was cheaper. So after I'm done with this I'd like to try a cheaper one. and that is Canmake Lash Care Essence which also has really high reviews. can't wait to finish Talika's lash essence.

I first tried to eyelash lipocils a few years ago, but learned that the eyebrow version was much better as it was less scratchy and easier to apply. I found the mascara version hurt the line of my eye. I was probably applying too vigorously but its important to make sure it penetrates inner waterline and the roots of the lashes, so I was left with quite sore eyes! This is a review for the eyebrow version, I didn't want to put it in the eyebrow section, because I wanted to let people know that it is much better than the mascara version for lashes.

Firstly I love the little mirror that comes on the side of it. I always keep a tube on my bedside table and it means I can apply in the dark using the light from my phone on those nights where I forgot to apply before bed! There is of course the added benefit that you can use it on your brows too.

On the weeks where I use this every night I do notice some lash growth. I'm sometimes erratic in my use of this, but when i did use it for a number of weeks in a row I noticed that there were no longer gaps where lashes were, and noticed a new row of baby lashes growing. I was also desperate for it to work on my lower lashes, which were none existent, I had basically no lashes there at all, but now have quite a nice (although very sparse) row of tiny lashes. Overall though I'd say the effects are minimal, Someone said that talika simply allows your lashes to grow to their maximum potential, and I'd agree with that. I'd say it just repairs the damage done by mascara/picking lashes, rather than miraculously giving you bambi lashes that you never had to begin with. I'm unsure about the effect on eyebrows. About 2 months ago I started to grow mine as I'd plucked too far between my eyes, leaving too wide a gap. Now the brows have almost fully grown back, have been using the brow stuff, but fairly erratically, however I'm continuing to use now so the middle bit matches the thickness of the rest of the brow. I think talika did help things along, because for a while there was a large gap in the regrowth, where I'd obviously damaged the follicle from years of plucking, this has now been filled, but that could just be normal regrowth. Finally, this product claims to be anti sting but it really stings my eyes sometimes. I could put up with this, but the stinging makes them water, thus washing off the gel from the lower lashes, so I have to redo them!

I choose the 'would not buy again' option, because I want to try out some of the other similar products (mavala!). I will definitely finish the tubes I have though as I do see an effect, and would buy again is mavala isn't better.

I put no because there's no maybe option

I bought this product after using lilash, my eyelashes were extremely long thanks to the use of lilash but talika lipocils isn't anything compared to the previous one. My eyelashes shrunk but the red circles I got from using lilash disappeared. I used lipocils for about 3 months but they only got closer to how it was before I used eyelash stimulators I do still see a bit but they haven't grown that much my friend uses lipocils too (because it was the only one available in belgium and way cheaper than lilash) she never used one before and her eyelashes did grow with talika lipocils but there isn't any significant growth. Lipocils is great for people who don't have such a big budget for eyelash stimulators and don't want them much longer just a bit longer. But the reason I would buy it again is because it's available in my country and it isn't that expensive. But for no other reason but I'm going to try mavala now, it's cheaper than lipcols 7 euros instead of 20 euros. And it works better according to several reviews on this site. :)

You need to be patient but this stuff works! My eyelashes used to be so short that they looked weird when I curled them. My lower lashes were so sparse and thin that any mascara I used would weigh them down, clump, and smudge.

By a month of using this, I had long soft lashes, and many that definitely weren't there before - like in the very corners of my eyes, which I ended up trimming off. When I have mascara on I sometimes get asked if I'm wearing false lashes. I like the fact that it's full of natural ingredients than the other leading brands like Jan Marini/Enormous Lash/Revitalash, and a LOT cheaper too. I've just made the switch to Revitalash to see if I'll get better results - might do another review later.

I agree with many other reviewers about the crappy packaging, but I just flip the wand upright and use the tip to apply to the base of my lashes, or just swipe it across sideways. Once you get used to the big brush, the fact that it's a great product makes up for it. One tube lasts for ages (I'm on my second tube since I started in 2 years). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who hates their lashes and has a bit of extra money lying around!

I think the product works ok with this price range. Revitalash works better if you want to lengthen your eyelashes (thatt you actually notice the change) but this comes at purse tearing price. I quite like Talika Lipocils though not so much for lengthening and thickening my lashes but for strengthening my lashes. Only once in a while do I see an eyelash on my cotton pad when I remove my eye make-up. For the problem of not holding curl I don't really know since my lashes are naturally curled so I never use curler.

I've been using this for just over 1.5 months. I had better expectations due to the good reviews it got here in MUA and youtube. However, it only made the smallest of difference in my lashes. I have asian short, sparse, straight lashes that refuse to curl. Talika made them just a teensy bit thicker and a teensy bit longer. It is barely noticable on my before and after pictures. Maybe it actually didn't even do anything and I was just hoping so much that it worked that I think i see a difference =P Not sure but I won't be buying this again. The brush applicator was very inconvenient also. I'll be trying Tarte's lash growth product next. Hopefully that will fare better!

I did not expect anything from this product. After using this every night for two weeks I can honestly say that this HAS made my lashes longer and thicker.

I was really hoping this product would work wonders... but it fell flat. It marketed itself as doing two things for your eyelashes: making it longer and fuller. I'd say it delivered 1/3 on that promise. My eyelashes, I'd say, are not longer but just a tad bit thicker. Had they marketed this product as an eyelash conditioner, I'd be much more pleased with the product. However, I bought this on the airplane (about US$70+ for two) and found it to be waaay overpriced.

I've been using the product for close to two months now, about once (sometimes twice) a day, so I think the effects should be noticeable by now. I don't think fuller would be the appropriate word to use but stiffer. My eyelashes feel stiffer, which I suppose can mimic the appearance of fullness (not thickness). And as some other reviewers have pointed out, I'm having a harder time curling my eyelashes. I've been using Shu Uemura's eyelash curler for quite a # of years now and never had such difficulties keeping a curl (since I frequently replace it accordingly), so I thought maybe my curler just needed to be replaced (even though it had only been used for 6 months). Not the case. Once I replaced it, still had the same problem. So although my eyelashes are slightly "fuller," I'm having to curl my eyelashes longer. Because of this I have more eyelashes falling out too (though they're not becoming sparser). Nevertheless, never a good thing. Once I use up both two tubes, I don't plan on buying it again.... even if they lowered their price significantly.

Overall, I really loved this product, and to be completely honest, I've been using it off and on for about.. well, more than a year. I probably should throw it out, but theres so much left in the tube, and it hasn't given any indications that its gone bad. Anyways,
Does it work? Well.. Depends on what you mean exactly. I bought this with the idea that it would actually make my lashes grow. Yes, the product made my lashes thicker when I used it consistently every night and morning for a month... but I almost found that to be a con since it actually made my lashes harder to curl some mornings. This is why I currently only use it, maybe, once a week or so depending on how much I feel my lashes need it. Think of it as a deep conditioning mask for your lashes. If your hair looks bad and is falling out and breaking apart, you use a treatment or hair mask. If after using waterproof mascara daily, and my lashes fall out, I glide this stuff on, and it grows them back very quickly.
I believe it is a good purchase, mine has obviously lasted a very long time, and I still depend on it when my lashes desperately need some TLC.. but I don't think I personally would repurchase it if I ran out. I'm curious about other products that claim to actually grow your lashes vs. a lash strengthener. I'll probably try other products.. but if I don't find any, I'll definitely fall back on Lipocils.

I've been using the eyelash Lipocils for about a year now... I'm very satisfied with this product, that's why I keep buying it every 2 months. They say after the first month of use only to apply it once a day but I've continued to use it twice daily. My eye lashes are more fuller and a little longer... the only down side is the colour of my lashes have stayed the same, maybe even got lighter, but they look great with mascara. I wish the price was lower but it's worth every pennty, if you don't use it as directed every day you'll waste your money!

Used this for 2 weeks without noticing any results. I realize that is a little premature to expect anything but then I started to react to the formula. My eyes itched and watered so I had to stop using it. Waste of $50. I agree with everyone else that the packaging is horrible. They want you to get at the base of your lashes with a harsh mascara wand.

I was very disappointed with this product. I used it religiously, and precisely as directed (at the roots and through the lashes) for nearly 2 months - used every lash drop - and no results.

When I started using Lipocils, my lashes were short, thin, and sparse. Two months, one empty botle, and minus 40 bucks later . . . my lashes are STILL short, thin, and sparse. This stuff works okay as primer before using mascara to brush out the lashes for even application, but other than that, nothing. I also noticed that a grey tint developed along my right lash line.

Since I'm not in a poition to shell out $100+ for Latisse, guess I'm stuck with puny lashes for now. :(

Despite the weird packaging and outrageous price tag I'm going to keep using this. I've been using it about a month and I'm noticing an increase in length, mascara looks way better than it did in October! My main issue is the packaging -- the gel is hard to get from the brush to the actual lashline without feeling scratchy and the opening isn't large enough for a Q tip or normal sized liner brush. I really wish they'd just replace the mascara wand with like, a liquid liner type brush since you only really need it at the base. Oh well, I'm still going to keep using it. Something to note -- if you wear contacts TAKE THEM OUT before putting this on. I only apply it once a day, before bed, and when I don't take my contacts out they're irritated in the AM.

UPDATE: I've been using this off and on for a couple years now and can give a better review. They've improved the packaging with the Expert option, it's bigger though so it's $55 instead of $45. But the tip is soft and works well for getting the lashline. Something I've noticed lately is the baby hairs growing in -- they're SUPER noticeable when I use lash primer or anything that lengthens them. So unless I curl them the direction of growth is a little odd, that's okay though. I use this once or twice a day, either in the evening or before applying makeup. It's a great lash conditioner, which can definitely extend your lashes, but if you want serious growth you may want to try Latisse.

I've been using this for about 6 months and the results are hard to argue with. I used as directed for the first 2 months. Then I fell into a pattern of only using it about every 2-3 nights. My lashes and eyebrows have grown so much! I purchased this after a terrible and unfortunate false lash incident involving a friend's wedding, a blind MU artist, and misplaced lash glue.

The SA at my local Sephora recommended the product, and I'd seen it mentioned on several youtube reviews. So I gave it a shot, and I cannot say how happy I am that I did. This is just become part of my nightly routine. It seemed to not only help my lashes recover, but made them longer and somewhat thicker.

My friend tried this same product and got very different results. Her lashes seemed to lengthen a bit, but over time not much happened. Maybe it was the difference between our lashes and body chemistry? I don't know. All I do know is that this worked wonders for my abused lashes and I'm super grateful!

This stuff actually works! I have tried it on my eye brows and my eye lashes and saw a pretty big difference...when I stope using it, I noticed my lashes were then thin again...have gone through 2 tubes. The price is good ($40 CDN) compared to the other brands and I like that it's a mascara brush...It stimulated growth in my eye brows that efore never happened! I always recommend this to my friends. It does take a full month though of using it every night.

- Condition of my eyelashes prior to use: Due to multiple coats of mascara worn daily and false lashes my natural eyelashes became brittle and weak with some bald spots. My lashes were once lusciously thick, dark, long and curled so, naturally, I was quite devastated to say the least when I realised that they've come to this. That is when I started to do some research on eyelash conditioners.
-Experience with Talika: All praise be to MUA for my discovery of this amazing product. It may as well be considered a cure for depression too - well in my case at least. I thought I'd seen the end of my once normal eyelashes. I was prepared to accept the fact that, just maybe, I had tortured them to the point beyond repair, until out of desperation I bought Talika Lipocils and never looked back. I have been using Talika Lipocils for 23 days so far once in the morning and once at night and I have been seeing great improvement in my lashes. The bald spots are half way restored and there is a considerable increase in the strength of each lash. They are longer, thicker and more resilient to external pressures such as rubbing, washing and mascara. It's times like this I wish I'd taken before and after photos!! I am finally seeing the lashes I once had before my mascara launched it's attack. This is truly no gimmick. I have experienced no nasty side effects so far apart from a little stinging sensation if some product gets in my eye.
- Cons: Unfortunately there *are* some trivial issues I have with lipocils. First is the packaging. I really don't know if there is an ulterior motive behind their design of the opaque tube but it's frustrating not being able to determine when it will finish. I also did not feel comfortable dipping the wand back into the tube after it had been on my eye in fear of contaminating the rest of the contents. While on the topic of the wand, it was a bit of a challenge for me to avoid almost jabbing my eyeball out with the brush despite being an experienced user of mascara. The wand's bristles and tip are a bit harsh but have not been the cause of any lash fall out - just be sure to keep an extra steady hand, especially for those with smaller eyes. For 10mls, I do deem this over-priced at $AUD 50 but it has lasted me 23 days so far and I will update my review once it finishes, however, bear in mind that although I do use this twice a day, I apply a generous amount of about 3 coats each time (can't help getting over-excited!). On the other hand the results at this point really do justify the price in my opinion so I guess that takes the bottom line.
-Please be aware that Talika clearly states that the aim of Lipocils is to allow your eyelashes to reach their MAXIMUM growth potential, meaning if you were born with short, thin and sparse eyelashes chances are you will not have much luck with this conditioner in terms of growth and thickness. However, it will strengthen them and they will appear healthier overall. This is not an artificial lash stimulator with harsh ingredients like Enormous Lash, Lilash and Revitalash. What you are buying is simply a conditioner with effective natural ingredients which will heal your eyelashes. Disclaimer: Do NOT expect to wake up with MAC no.7 eyelashes.

This stuff is no gimmick. It's an awesome product which really and truly works. I have been using this for two months and more and i have significantly noticed the thickness and length of my lashes. My bottom lashes were really skimpy and non-existent before but now they're a little prominent (not bambi-like but still better than before). My upper lashes are much longer and much thicker which is fabulous. When I apply mascara, my lashes are actually noticeable when compared to before when my lashes were not as prominent even though they were long. Wish though, that the brush was a tad bit smaller. Also wish it was a tad bit cheaper but since it works I'll continue repurchasing. So glad I stumbled upon this product. LOVE IT.

I have used this for over a year and my beauty routine just doesn't feel complete without it! I apply it before bed and in the morning and it's help to lengthen my lashes to an almost unreal length (think bambi lashes!).
The trick is to ditch the mascara (which tends to make lashes brittle not to mention fall out during makeup removal) and use black eyelash dye once a month instead (lasts longer, looks more natural but really defines your eyes). Once dyed, apply this gel to your lashes before curling with a warm eyelash curler and your lashes will hold the curl, look glossy, healthier and longer in a few weeks time. I use this on my brows too, and it does fill them out a bit.
Buy the large size (£20) because this lasts for ages (I'm on my second tube in over a year!), and is better value than the £12 tube (which is so tiny its a rip off).

I was really skeptical about this at first, but I purchased it anyway by way of recommendation from a friend hoping it might make my lashes a bit thicker, if anything. I didn't notice anything at first because I didn't use it correctly (you have to really place it at the base of your lashes/the skin there, not just on your lashes themselves) after a while I noticed I was getting a lot of comments on my eyelashes, and then I started to notice how much fuller and longer they'd become. I started using it on my eyebrows and it works really well there, too. It's been almost a year since I started using it. I'm only on my second tube, and I continuously am asked if my lashes are fake/extensions, etc etc. And on a side note, it works really well under mascara, too, as a base. This stuff is amazing!
