Love this product! I bought it over the past weekend at a CCO, and used it with Tempting eyesadow, and made it look more dark golden than orange. Great color!

Totally fabulous color, and I don't use that adjective lightly! In the jar this looks like an intense gold with a serious dose of orange. On my fair face, this looks like a light gold with only a hint of peach when I wear it, which is as a sheer wash of color over my lid.
Pair it with Hipness blush and a light coral lip, and hello summer!

HG! This definitely works better for darker/more yellow/olive-toned ladies. It is an amazing, peachy-shimmery shade that lasts forever (both on skin and the amount in the container). I mainly use as an eyeshadow, and it makes my eyes look especially green.

I'm glad that I only bought a sample size! I think the color looks almost orange on my eyes. I think it clashes with my skin tone, which is like a light-medium almost golden/orangy color?!..(I suck at explaining my skin tone). I tried it over coral crepe pp, but I haven't tried it by itself. It could be that the pp made the pigment look even more orangy...so I guess I'll just have to find a different way to use it.

This pigment is gorgeous. I've found it a bit frosty in the past but I tried it over Coral Crepe PP and I absolutely love it! Really brings out the peach in it. There's so much pigment in it that I don't think I'll have to repurchase.

MY FAVORITE PIGMENT by far.. I use this basically everyday, for something.. wether it's as a shadow or highlighter, it's being used. The peachy pinky color does wonders with my skin tone, giving it the perfect ready-for-summer look.. I love i love i love.

I really like this product, the color works very well on me though I don't wear it all that often because it's so frosty and I'm not always into that.
To get straight to my point, great consistency and I love it but wouldn't necessarily buy it again, because I was surprised how very dupable it is.
I could by now by only spending a few dollars on mineral and mica samples fill three to four pans of Melon-like pigment. First off I have a dupe in my Dior Mystic Jade Quint, I think the peach color is very similar, but what's much more interesting are the cheaper and more easy to get alternatives ;
Dead-on dupes are, in my opinion, Coastal Scents Sunstone Mica and MAD Minerals Desert Moon.
The Coastal Scents Camel Mica is also very similar. Add a little bit of your mixing medium or oil of choice and the results on the lid are absolutely identical to me.

Gorgeous color. Recieved it in the mini vial of a pigment collection. Love to use it all over the lid with Modelette in the crease. Perfect for an everyday eye look.

This really reminds me of Rubenesque paint pot in powder form (but more shimmery). This is a gorgeous, I mean gorgeous color! I just love to look at it. Unfortunately it looks like crap on me. Seriously. Too yellow for my NC 20ish skin. Too much sparkle too. If you can pull off the color (darker maybe?) I imagine it would look terrific.

This is probably my favorite MAC pigment. I love the colour and looks especially nice when I'm doing a dramatic look...and when I'm doing makeup for a south asian wedding. I think in moderation, it can look nice on any skin tone.

nice orangey peach gold that will work well on less yellow skin tones. I am NC20 for reference and this shows up a orange gold on me! It's a pretty shade but I can't pull it off. I can see it looking great on darker skin tones paired with neutrals.

*My 1st Pigment* ove Love Love this as a wash! So beautiful on me. I've used it as a peachy shadow, I even way back when ('97) mixed it in a honey Bonne Bell lip balm pot... I finally used it up last year and a ex-friend once opended it like a dumb-dumb and i lost 10%... err!
Finally went to my MAC Store the other day to get a new one OMG...I had zero clue that MAC was going to rip us of off and make the pots dramatically smaller!!! At least lower the price $$$...
MAC how can you be so ungrateful and greedy towards your loyal subjects!?
Because i was craving it, i got it... But it bugs me every time i look at it...

This is a golden apricot color. It's very shimmery. Melon almost matches my skin tone (NC45) perfectly, but the shimmer in it really brings a nice pop of color and excitement to my eyes. I used it over TFSI, and it was golden yellow with hints of orange. I definitely prefer the peach tones in this color. This is a chunkier textured, shimmery pigment so fallout has to be expected.

I really love this pigment :) its so beautiful and the color is so unique, it can be used many ways. I love putting this on my inner lid for a pop and color, I like using it with NYX's Black and Golden Amber eyeshadows- the three create the perfect strong neutral eye. I only have a sample of this, and I might just get the full size because I can use this as a light highlighter, mix it with a clear lipgloss for a gorgeous lip color and of course on my eyes. I dont like using this in the crease of my eye, I find lighter colors looks off on me there, so if I use up my sample and I miss it I will invest in the full size :) this color also looks gorgeous paired with MAC's vanilla pigment, which is my Holy Grail highlight color. If you love bronzy, earthy colors then check out Melon.

One of the most versaile pigments-a shimmery peach/pink. I use it on lids, cheeks, and best of all, mixed into lipgloss. Gorgeous! Great pigment to get if you're new to them and want to get one that will really be worth your dollar!

Melon Pigment is SO pretty! It's a beautiful shade of orange that adds an interesting pop of color to a boring neutral eye. Melon's really shimmery, highly pigmented & blends easily. As with all pigments -- expect fall out. But other than that... Melon is great!

This pigment is so gorgeous. It looks great on all eye colors. It's a peachy, gold color on me and I definitely get compliments on this color! It's so shimmery and blendable! I don't think I'll ever buy another solely because the full size jar will last me FOREVER. Also, if you press your pigments this one pressed wonderfully for me!

I received a sample of this from a swap. I find it a very pretty color direct from the jar, mixtures of gold, light peach and pink. However, on my eyelids the color looks like yellow gold, yellow... and more yellow. no light peach nor hint of pink. I was hoping it to be a fresh lit up eyeshadow color that will give a pretty awake look. Well, it made me look sleepy. Not for my skintone. I'm just glad i was able to try a sample before buying a full size. thanks to my sweet swapper ;)
