I have no love for this polish. Firstly, it looks like I have dust on my nails. Secondly, it chipped incredibly fast. Applied it Sunday night and by Monday morning I had a chip on my right thumb nail, my left middle finger and my pinky, too. It’s not the chips that bother me, it’s the colour. I realized, albeit belatedly, I don’t like polish with microglitter. It isn’t even shiny, but kind of dull. I like the charcoal base and would prefer it on its own. Will put this in the trade bin.

I LOVE this color! It's perfect for fall and looks great on hands and toes:) Such a unique shade- almost a brown but not quite black with just enough sparkle (not chunky glitter). I get compliments every time I wear this color!

I love love love love love this color!!!!! This is the first nail polish that i am actually buying a back up bottle of. Everyone should defintely own this polish. And maybe its all in my head but it seems to dry a bit faster than the other OPI colors.

This is an awesome fall color. I can't speak about how long it wears (yet) but I was pleased as could be when I found this DC'd shade at a local spa/salon. 1 thick coat would do the trick, but I applied 2. Looks marvelous!!

I absolutely love this color! It's a beautiful charcoal bronze with holo glitter - a very chic, modern color. Application was very good as with all OPI polishes I've tried, and My Private Jet was almost opaque in one coat - I had to add a second to cover a couple bald spots, but I probably could've done just one if I was more careful. If I ever run out of this, I will definitely buy another bottle!

I LOVE this product ! i got it from the wholsalers, so i got it for a really good price!!
its gorgeous chocolate brown colour with a bunch of glitter in it, so it looks very cute and girly, yet the dark brown colour makes it look very sophisticated :D
it comes on very nicely and i only need about 2 coats, also it drys really quickly, so thats good :D

And i cant say enough good things about this, i highly recomend getting it, even though its discontinued, im sure you'll be able to find it somewhere (:

I love this colour (soft dark grey with holographic microglitter). It is very unique and mysterious. It reminds me of starry night.

Two coats give me pretty good coverage and it dries pretty quickly too. Will def repurchase again

Edit: It looks even prettier in a daylight! It has bronze sheen to it and microglitters are different in size.

Wow, I really love this color...I bought it because I saw good reviews for it and wanted a nice dark color for a recent trip to Vegas...

At first, I was like disappointed, I thought this color was actually boring and bland...after putting on my fabulous top coat...2 coats (Maybelline express <---I love it!) I fell in love!

This color is absolutely beautiful! I love dark colors and I like that this isn't black or wouldn't be mistaken for black. It is a dark charcoal grey with lots of glitter...very pretty!

Loving this nailpolish! Even though it's $AU 20, it was totally worth it because this is a killer colour! It applies smoothly and is almost impossible to mess up. I like how it looks after 2 coats, but it is a little dull and looks better with a shiny topcoat. This is a fun and unique addition to any collection.

One of my favourite colours ever! Though it takes a while to reach bottle colour (usually 4 coats) The beautiful colour more than makes up for it. My only criticism is the version that I love is no longer available.

I had this polish for the longest time and never used it. In fact I had it on my swap list for a while and finally decided to give it one last try when I started getting a lot of swap requests for it.

the first time i tried this polish, i found it to be too sheer - a holographic watery black/grey, and i didn't know how to wear it. but this time, i already had a grey polish on, and i just layered my private jet over it bc i was lazy, and the result was AMAZING. beautiful holo effect and it turned the mousey grey polish i had on into a sophisticated dark charcoal shade. now that i've figured out how to use this (layered) i'm def keeping it!

I have the non-holo version. At first I thought this was a charcoal gray with lots of silver microglitter, but it's really more like a dark taupey gray. There's a definite warm, brown undertone and a slightly plummy cast in warm light, but it seems more like a charcoal gray in cool daylight. I think part of the chameleon effect has to do with the microglitter, which upon closer inspection, is actually iridescent and reflects whatever light is hitting it.

Overall, it's an interesting, slightly edgy neutral. I've received a compliment on it already. Lasting power is as good as OPIs usually are, though I experienced some chipping after a day or two. I will blame that on my crappy topcoat, however. I'd definitely repurchase.

MPJ is the first OPI polish I've ever tried and it almost instantly became my favorite polish. I like dark nail colors and true neutrals but black tends to look too harsh and a little overdone on me, and this is the perfect unblack. My bottle does have holo effects, although they're subtle. I find that the bronzy/rosy/warm shimmer the bottle has appears on my nails with 3 coats -- 2 will be perfectly opaque but 3 is what makes it really beautiful. One of the things I enjoy a lot about this polish is that the holo/glimmer effect appears in good artificial lighting, not just sunlight. I'm not outside much in the winter and I like having my nails come alive indoors.

I found application to be very good. I'm not sure I like the wide brush. It makes coverage from base to tip very easy but I like to start with a stroke along the free edge of my nail and the wide brush makes this tricky. The polish self-levels really well (and I noticed that minor dents tend to "melt" back out in a little time, if the manicure is soft enough). It dries so fast! And yet it stays workable as long as non-quick-drying polishes. The shine is wonderful and overall it's just a really nice polish to use. I look forward to seeing how well it wears.

Lollipop26 has a great review/initial insight written on this polish and I agree with her 100%. For some reason, I had expected this to be a over-the-top, flashy and glittery colour. I thought that this polish would be true to the feeling denoted by its name, that the glitter paired with the dark background colour would give off this luxurious, party feel. Instead, this is just a dark gray with some muted "glitters". I wouldn't really call them glitters as much as little dots of silver colour - they are not very reflective at all. I just got a 2 dollar Sally Hansen glitter and painted it over one of my cream-finish polishes, and the luxe, "party" effect came through much better. This was a rare OPI-disappointment for me and I will not be repurchasing.

I would have to say I got the holographic version since its brown..I picked this up at the grocery store and there was one left so I thaught I would try it.It is now my favorite nail polish it is a pretty brown color with alot of glitter too. This is also the only nail polish that hasn't chipped alot like my other non-OPIs.

I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a beautiful dark grey with lighter flecks and reminds me of smooth granite.

I have done major research for the perfect gray/charcoal and this is it! The bonus is the HOLO....when in lighting the color is now combined with awesome glitters that look like those cool stickers! Yay!! Lots of pretty smooth almost combined colors....that not too much at all! etc....

I am in my 30s and I lurve this!! I am buying my sisters each one for christmas. As well as Sech Vite, Ink and Vodka and Caviar. I know they will both love them all.....no fighting at the mall this season...yay....online e-tailors are wonderful and you can get my beloved OPIs for under $5.00 ;)

This goes on like butter. Only needed 1 with a good basecoat layer.Though, I actually did 2 layers for a more holo effect.

My lacquer was very opaque, I read that some reviewers was not....I just bought mine last week at Transdesign and it is perfection. I do not think that I got lucky with an older one...but regardless, I love it so much! If this is the newer one the Holo is still spectacular. The original probably had way more Holo....but I love this one to death!

The dry time on this formula is insane......it dried like now!!! Immediately... though not too fast . The application is a breeze.

I used Seche as a top coat and this has rocked on my nails for over 4 days now with perfection.

Do not shy away from this lacquer, as I did for so long....I thought it was for the younger ladies.....but no....its for all of us!

Lovely stylish darker grey granite!
