I can't really tell a difference in the moisture of my skin. It does not dry me out though. Very creamy, feels great. Best part is the scent. Warm and clean smelling.

I love this! I have extremely dry, sensitive skin and this does wonders for me. I love using it to shave with! I just put rub it directly on my legs and shave. My legs are prone to getting those horrible little red bumps and then itch like crazy after I shave. If I use this, my legs look wonderful and they don't itch at all! I love it! I'm not a fan of the scent but it's not that bad. I would buy this again and again and again....

Free samples are wonderful things. Were it not for the little sample bottle I got of this product from Dove, I would never have thought to try this product. When I saw this advertised, I didn't think that it had any lather to it. I simply thought it was the same consistency as an in-shower lotion or something. And I need my lather! This is a bit more expensive than I am used to paying for a bottle of drugstore body wash, but I did get a very large bottle, and you only have to use a very small amount of this stuff. I'm sure I can stretch the large bottle size out for at least 2-3 months. My sample was in Creamy, which has a different scent from this, but I got this formula (Ultra Rich) when I purchased my own. They are both good formulas, but the Ultra Rich Rosewood and Cocoa Butter actually leaves my skin with a visible, glowing sheen that eliminates the need for applying moisturizer post-shower. And I have dry, sensitive skin, so that says a lot about this product. It also does have a fantastic scent. This is definitely my new fave.

This stuff is heavenly... it smells incredible and leaves my skin feeling silky and radiant. It's the only body wash I've ever used where while using it I thought to myself "Oh my... this stuff is amazing."
Definitely recommended.

Great bodywash. It's thick, creamy, and moisturizing. Rinses cleanly and leaves the skin soft and silky.

Love this body wash! It makes tons of super creamy lather, that leaves my skin very well moisturized. I almost always use moisturizer after my bath or shower, and with Cream Oil, I can skip this step with no problem. Hours later, I am still soft and silky. Keep in mind that I am not someone with dry skin. My skin is normal, and I live in Georgia, with lots of humidity, and I rarely turn on my indoor heat. Cream Oil smells clean and fresh, very much light a lightly scently cocoa butter. I am a huge Philosophy body Wash 3-in-1 fan, but I find myself reaching for Dove, over my Philosophy, more and more.

I really love the smell of this though i think the new caress oil infusions is more moisturizing. I am on my second bottle of this stuff.

Okay, but not that great. You get a lot of creamy, soft lather and it has a nice fragrance, but it doesn't do much for me in terms of adding moisture to my skin. It's a bit more moisturizing than bar soap, but doesn't leave my skin feeling significantly softer or more moisturized. I still have to apply my body oil and sometimes a body lotion on top in order to get the silkiness I crave. There's also, as the first reviewer noted, so many chemicals in this stuff (including sulfates, which help create a rich foam, but actually dry skin out over time), and the much-touted oil is not one of the main ingredients, if you check out the label. I think Caress’s version of an oil-based body wash is better since it has oil as one of the top three ingredients. I think I’d be better off with something more natural.

For reference: my Skin is very dry, tans easily, rarely breaks out. CCC (caramel-brown with cool undertone) NC43/45 or CoverFX I40/B15. Hair and Eye Colour: darkest brown. REVIEW:Rosewood and Cocoa Butter is the one with most moisturizing according to the label. i haven't tried the other cream oils yet to compare. i usually use the Sensitive Skin regular body wash and love that. i was a bit worried about the scent of the Cream Oil being too strong.. but it hasn't been at all. What i love: very moisturizing (mind you, i have super-dry skin, so i always have to use lotion afterwards), thicker formula therefore i use less than the sensitive skin regular body wash, great for shaving, i have sensitive skin and haven't had a problem at all, doesn't strip my skin at all, cleans well (i don't believe in having an extremely sudsy formula to do the job.. i'm not laundry after all!), i prefer this packaging to the regular body washes (i think they're changing the packaging for all of them). What i don't love: there's nothing for me to complain about EXCEPT: the truckload of chemicals.. and ooh.. sulphates and petrolatum. That being said, even natural body washes dry me out and strip my skin.i'll rotate b/w Cream Oil and Sensitive Skin. i'll be trying the Cherry/Almond next as well. May repurchase. i continue my search for the HG moisturizing bodywash that's not a chemical soup!
