I really like the advertising for this product so I had to give it a try. I was surprised by how well it works. It stays on for hours. I feel asleep with it on and it was still on my lips in the morning. The only drawback is the roll-on applicator, you have to apply a few coats to get proper coverage. Other than that I love it, and the color is beautiful.

This is a bit of a novelty product I guess. I got sucked in by the advertising...it's not too bad and it smells nice, but I get the feeling that I'd achieve the same results with some red food colouring! The rollerball isn't that great, I always end up having to blend it with my finger, and then my finger is tinted red! You also have to make sure that your lips look good and non-flaky before you use this stuff, because it will show up every imperfection. Overall, I wouldn't buy this again.

I was after a nice new lip stain that was easier to carry around in a quick reapply (...and with a nailpolish like brush and a very watery consistency that certainly ain't Benetint's PocketPal.)
Mmmm...what can I say about this? It was the lip stain that I found to be MOST similiar to Benetint as I after a nice pretty flush much like the lips of babies. This was a little darker than I would have liked but it was lightest of the all Just Bitten shades.
I wish I could rate in half stars, as I would have given this 3.5 rather than three as I think it was quite a good stain (and I've tried a lot!). Gel-like forumla made it easier to apply which was nice. Tried using it on my cheeks ala Benetint...yeah bad idea as it doesn't not spread as evenly (but did try to Revlon Cheek stain..hate it). I like the rollerball packaging although the stain tends to leak onto the lid.
It's quite sweet smelling which...was kinda weird to me. Felt like highschool where I used to buy lipsmackers all the time! Won't take points off for that as thats personal preference.
Pretty expensive for revlon as well considering its a drugstore brand. $25AUD? Points off for not doublung as a cheek tint, and being expensive.

After searching for countless times for a GOOD lip stain, I stumbled on Revlon's Just Bitten Lip Stain in Berry Juicy. I saw this in Seventeen magazine, and liked how the girl in the picture is shown with the lip stain. I was surprised that Revlon made this product. Usually drugstore brands do not sell lip stains, so I was a bit hesitant to try it out. Also, Revlon's products were never the best on me. This color is very good for those who want a sheer natural flush on their lips. I most certainly did! It looks great on my very light beige, a shade darker than fair skin tone. The texture is not liquidy, more like a liquid/gel consistency. It does not dry out my lips intensely, but keeps it a bit hydrated. This one actually stays put! After lunch, I immediately went to the bathroom to check out the color, and it has been the same since I first applied it! Great lip stain! Believe me, this product outshines LORAC's Sheer Wash, TheBalm's Stainiac, and is like tied to Stila's Lip Rouge.

I read the negative reviews on this product and was so disappointed as i am one of those 'looking for the love of my life (i.e stain) and have tried all the high end brands with no luck.
I decided that i had to try it anyway and am SO glad i did! I initially bought the bloody orange one and let me tell you, it ROCKS! It starts off being a bit melon-y but then fades down to a natural reddy melon colour.
I went and bought this one today as i need a pinky/berry one for some looks and i am loving it! Its is super easy to apply (roll on and then blend quickly with your finger), lasts forever (even on a notorious lip chewer like me) and the best part is that you can put lip balm over the top without ruining the consistency. That means no dry flakey lips! Hooray!
The only gripe is that in australia these cost $24! thats a lot so whilst i am keen to stock up, i will wait till priceline or some other store does a discount. I use them everyday and really think that NARS et al could take a leaf from Revlon's book!

This is the first lip stain I have tried, and I would say that I was very pleased, I love the colour. It really does look like my lips have that "just bitten" look. It looks like a natural berry colour. It really compliments my skin tone (a fair-beige). I want to try the "blood orange" and will report back on that colour!

This has a very nice fresh berry scent upon application, though slightly bitter to taste. Several berry juices are listed as ingredients, and the end result is similiar to having stained one's lips with a just-bitten cherry or raspberry. By the time it sets, the berry scent is gone. I don't see how some of the other reviewers felt the color was bright straight out of the applicator - I actually had to go over my lips multiple times to get a good visible shade. This takes a couple of minutes to set. Lasting power is okay, and it does not dry my lips out. I feel it is a little bit expensive for how much you get ($16 cdn for 2.9 ml). However I do particularly like the old-fashioned appeal of stains, and am satisfied with this one and would probably buy it again, even though I could spend the same amount and get a QUO tint stick that's so heavily pigmented it lasts virtually forever. EDIT - I tried this again in bright daylight and noticed the pigmentation was definitely more saturated than I had first thought. I can see it being a bit much for someone who is very fair but it looked ok with my medium toned skin, IMHO.

I actually quite like this stain. Because the color is so dramatic straight out of the tube, I use my finger to pat it on during the day and it looks very natural and pretty.

This is a OK lipstain, nothing special about it. It has no smell that I can detect. The staying power is decent (for me it lasted 2 cups of coffee and lunch) enough wear it on days that I'm feeling lazy to reaaply lipstick. I got mine at Wal-Mart for $ 9.00

I saw these at Ulta and grabbed one just to try it out. I've tried some other lip stains in the past, and hated them, but I gave this one a try anyway. This one was no better than the others I've tried.
I don't like the rollerball applicator, as you cannot get an even line around your lips. If you apply it too close to the lip line, it bleeds over and you end up with wierd clown lips. It also seems to take a really long time to dry, so your lips are really tacky like flypaper for a long time. Once it does finally dry, you can totally feel it on your lips. Also, it's not sheer enough. It goes on really bright from the beginning...it would be better if it applied more sheer, and you could build it up to a brighter color if you wanted to. But no...you get bright hooker lips straight out of the tube!
I did get this to apply halfway decent one day, after much effort and erasing and starting over a million times. But when my SO saw it, his comment was "What's with the lips?".
I will definitely NOT repurchase!!
