Overall, I really like this palette. There are a good variety of colors, making it possible to do many different looks as opposed to just a couple. My biggest (and only) complaint about this palette is the glitter. No matter what, I wind up with glitter all over my face and the only way to get rid of it is with wet wipes, which can't be very good for your skin.

Ammo. Great palette. I didn't originally buy it when I saw it (I'd been looking for the Wallpaper palette and this was what was available) because I didn't like that it had a gun on it...but I got over that (oh, it's fine), because my brother gave it to me as a gift! Good brother.
It's a great palette, and I've been using it most every time I apply eyeshadow (say, 3 out of 5 times). Super-portable, and light, and a good mirror.

I am a huge UD fan and collect their palettes. I wanted to love this but I don't. First there is the glitter fallout, which is relentless no matter how you handle the shadows. Then there is the fact that no matter how gorgeous the pigment is in the pan, it doesn't translate to your skin. Polyester Bride and Oil slick are useless because of the fallout. Grifter was a huge disappointment and I have green eyes. It's so chalky with huge chunks of glitter. Sin and Smog are awesome but they are both available in the NAKED palette which is by far a better deal. The packaging for the Ammo palette is adorable and the size and magnetic closure are great for travel but the contents and the price are disappointing. There are much better, more versatile kits available especially at this price point.

This was my first real makeup palette. I loved it, but I hate the glitter in some of these. I played and learned with this palette and now am in love with Urban Decay deluxe shadows. This was a good palette to start with, but it was frustrating to have to deal with the crazy glitter fallout. Overall I'm glad I got this but would recommend one of the other palettes at Sephora to try and learn with.

i really spent some time thinking of what pallet from UD i was going to get for my first HE pallet. im really glad i when and got this, it came with a full size primer also. the colors are great, great shimmer witch i looove im not a matte girl at all. i believe i paid around 40 dollars for this, it will last a long time as it does comes with 10 colors. i keep it in my makeup bag in my purse so i do see the colors chip or flake just a tiny bit. i think ill just keep it in my bathroom to make sure it stays safe. great color payoff. but u can find some great wet n wild pallets that r just as good for a fraction of the cost.

Ever since I got this little beauty, I have been using it non-stop! I feel bad for neglecting my MAC Palette- but these colors are just gorgeous! This is my very first Urban Decay Palette- and I can see why people like these eyeshadows so much. I purchased the UD Ammo and Foreshadow Palettes from AllCosmeticsWholesale.com in a bundle price- I paid nearly $60 less then what I would pay at Sephora (even with shipping to Canada) ...so I was pretty thrilled that I got a sweet deal :) Anywho, when I first saw this, I was a little surprised at how tiny the Palette and eyeshadows are- but honestly, you need so little product, and you get amazing pigmentation and quality. One downside to the palette is the glitter fall-out with some of the shadows- I personally don't mind because I do my eye makeup first, and any glitter gets removed. I can see though how it would bother people who do thier eyeshadow after foundation. All in all, I'm in love with this! and I cannot wait to try more Urban Decay Eyeshadows.

Love this palette. I was in a purple state of mind upon buying it and have indeed gotten a bit of mileage out of Last Call (which looks great foiled or used as liner), but I've gotten even more use out of Sin and Smog, which blend really nicely and create a great shimmery day eye on me. Maybe not so great for ladies who work in a conservative/office environment, but I really enjoy it. The fallout isn't really as bad as it's cracked up to be, to be honest - occasionally I'll get a little shimmer on my cheekbones, but it's not like I end up looking like David Bowie or anything. The only shade I don't use too often is Shattered, but I'm not a fan of blue shadows in general (they just seem so 80s to me!). It's nice as far as blue shadows GO, but still, I'm not generally drawn to it. All in all, though, it's a solid collection of shadows and I've been pleased with the purchase.

I love Urban Decay, but man! These shadows have WAY TOO MUCH GLITTER! My friend always asks me why I have shimmer all over my face. I wish I would have bought a palette from Too Faced instead.

Hell no, I would not buy this again. Why you wonder. One word:GLITTER. And it is sad because there are awesome shades in this palette as well (last call oilslick mildew). But the thing is with glitter that even when you are not using the glitter bombs the glitter somehow transfers from the palette to your brush and ends up sitting on your nose or forehead. And it stays there the whole day while you are trying to look like a grown up woman. Yes I've restricted this to nighttime wear only or mardi gras. And why are the shadows so tiny, I expected some bang for buck. Top of my shitlist this one.

Great packaging, very sleek but the eyeshadows themselves are a let down. They're just too shimmery for me! I found that the glittter migrated around my eyes even after using the UDPP! Ended up swapping this away.

This palette has a lot of the colors I have been wanting to try for years. It's a really good deal considering how much the individual shadows cost. I have hazel eyes and I've been using smog, mildew, last call, maui wowie, and sin the most. I don't think this is even worth saying but the only annoying thing about these shadows it the excessive glitteryness, that's to be expected with UD though. Overall this has been a great purchase.

I love this palette! Yes, there is glitter. But I happen to LOVE glitter so its not an issue. I use Maui Wowie - the glitteriest of them all - as a highlight. Im sure if you dig into the shadow and smear it on your face you'll come out looking like a disco ball, but imo, its not meant to be used that way. The glitter shadows are to be used as accents and they do just that and very nicely. My only qualm is with their black - I'm not crazy about the oil slick shadow. I've never been crazy about silver glitter in black shadow, ever.

This is the first Urban Decay palette I've bought so I was certainly expecting a lot from the brand. I think the eyeshadows are wonderful, but the glitter has a tendency to get all over your face. It blends very easily and the colors are extremely pigmented. A little dab of your brush is all you really need to get the colors on your brush. All in all, i think I will return this and get something else that doesnt have this much glitter. My favorite is grifter, ironically. The light purple is soooo bright on my eye, it's a nice surprise. I was thinking about returning the palette, but I've fallen in love with it. I cant remember why I delayed buying this for soooo long.

This was the first UD product I purchased (and then my obsession began). I liked it when I first got it but I hated the fallout! I ended up favoring only a few of the colors in this palette (smog, mildew, sin, last call) and really did not like the rest. Since I've acquired a lot of those colors in other palettes, I decided to give this palette to my mom - even though she hardly uses it.
I like that it is small and flat, making it convenient to take on trips, but feel that half of the colors are impossible to work with. Def won't repurchase but it was a nice initiation into the UD family.

I have to admit, I was skeptical when I swapped for this palette. I'm in my 30's and work for a conservative company and thought this shadows would be too glittery for me.
However, once I tried a few of the colors, I was blown away with how beautiful and versatile they are. This turned into a palette I use at least 2 to 3 times a week.
My favorites are Sin, Smog, and Mildew, but I like mixing it up with the other colors. I lucked out when I swapped for this. I'm almost out of Sin now and plan to repurchase the single!

I love the colors in this palette. LOVE them all. As others have written, though, the glitter fallout is an issue. As a 30 year old, I don't want my face to be covered in glitter. Because of this I wouldn't repurchase, but don't regret that I bought this set. It's portable and perfect to take on trips because of the fun color selection.

Argh! I really, really want to LOOOVE this product but, darn it, I just don't!
I'm a massive UD fan - I have pretty much every 24/7 pencil ever released, and most of the Book of Shadows (with maybe one exception?). I love the mascaras, the primers, and so many other products, but this one really falls flat for me. Here's why...
I've had this palette nearly 2 years, and I never reach for it. I do find that the colours are quite pigmented, and are generally quite lovely. But I find most of them unwearable due largely to the horrible glitter fallout. Of the 10 shades, 5 are glitter/shimmers with wild fallout. Even my most gifted makeup artist friends have a difficult time manipulating them so that my face doesn't look like a disco ball by the end of the day. For this reason, I find them most unwearable for work and most occasions. The other shades (Smog, Mildew, Last Call, Shattered and Sin) are beautiful, but I don't ever reach for them because I'm so put off by the rest of the palette.
On the plus, the colours are blendable, pretty, and pigmented. You can certainly create a wide variety of looks using only this palette.
Sadly, I'm not likely to repurchase because I would probably only use 50% of the shades, and the price isn't worth it. The packaging is adorable, as with most UD products, but that does salvage the product.
I think I'm either going to force myself to use the shades that I do love, or try to organize a trade - it's pretty much brand new.
Like I said, darn it!!

Stunning palette. All the colors are versatile and It's easy to create natural looks or more dramatic. All the shadows, with the exception of grifter, are highly pigmented. My personal favorites are last call, mildew, smog, oil slick (makes a great line and crease definer), and sin. All shades are ultra wearable and blendable. Now for the bad...all the fall out! Glitter gets everywhere! It's not a dealbreaker but you really have to learn to manipulate and apply the shadow properly. Otherwise this is worth the the money. Mine also came with the UDPP in Eden. Love the primer which can also double as a concealer. I still get slight creasing...but it is much improved. Overall an awsome palette. Great for UD newbies.

This is one of my favorite UD Palettes..this also happens to be one of the first UD products I ever purchased. IMO all of the colors are gorg...especially Oil Slick and Chopper! Every color has excellent pigmentation and they all show up gloriously on me (NC43). My gun has scratched off which is kind of a bummer but I've had this palette for years so I guess its okay. These do have a lot of fallout..not a big deal since I always do my eyes before foundation. Overall I highly recommend this palette and I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I think this is a must-have for everyone. There are so many options with this palette. Granted, it can be a gateway drug to more UD cosmetics. I really love a lot of the shades that are in this palette, particularly Sin, Smog, Mildew and Shattered.
