This is my first purchase of NYX mu. I ordered it from the NYX website. The color looks very intense and bright in the pan, but do not fear it goes on sheerly. The result was a beautiful sheer watermelon wash on my NC15 skin. It would be easy to over apply the product because the color payoff is so great. And, be sure to blend well.

I have oily skin and normally stay away from cream blushes but decided to give this a try since it was cheap ($10 CDn at Jean coutu). This colour is scary hot pink in the pan but when I applied it lightly with a blush brush or skunk brush, it gives my nc30-35 skin a pink glow that brightens my face. I wore it during a 12 hr shift and it didn't fade. the texture is creamy but compared with MAc cream blushes, on my skin, did not make my face oily looking. I also didn't break out from using this and I'm prone to breakouts. I get compliments on this blush all the time. tip: must use a light hand and build up in layers for intensity
pros: longlasting, non-oily looking on skin, affordable, many colours available

I do like this but I don't reach for it very much because the color payoff is SO intense that I find it hard to blend. I actually LOVE blush and wear tons of it, I don't care if others don't like it like that, I'm very pale and love that geisha look I get with cool toned pink blushes. But this, while gorgeous, is just hard to blend. I do wear it sometimes because I like it, but it's a hard product to work with.

Great pigmentation, very blendable texture, stays creamy doesn't dry down to powder instantly. In the pan it's almost a neon hot pink, but used lightly it's a beautiful clear pink on the cheeks. Definite repurchase.

I'm a huge fan of NYX and have SEVERAL of their products. This was my first time trying their cream blush and again it is awesome!!! Hot Pink is just that a bright warmist light pink not fuchsia. It' darker and more pigmented than MAC's Don't Be Shy blush and it lasts all day on me. In the pot this cream blush is very soft so be careful to swipe with a light hand. Only a small amount on your finger is necessary to color the whole cheek. It is smooth and blends very easily so that you can sheer it out and make the color less intense. I would definitely recommend and repurchase myself if I ever run out. I don’t wear foundation but for reference I wear Clinique Stay Spice pressed powder, a medium brown color.

Hot Pink lives up to it's name. It is a bright Barbie hot pink in the pot. Applies to skin as a very nice cooltoned bubble pink. Blends well over foundation or powder with a foundation brush. I do dust a little powder over the top to keep in place. Cost $4 at local beauty supply. Get alot of product in the huge pot. For reference, I'm DDD NW45 or HIP#818. UPDATE: Fell in love with L'Oreal HIP creme blushes. So don't use this much any more.

I don't really wear blush since my cheeks are already pretty pinkish most of the time. I bought a bunch of the nyx blushes to put in my kit for work. The cream blushes may have converted me to blush wear. They are so soft and pretty on and can be smudged on for a pop of color or blended out to almost nothing for a sheer pretty look. Hot pink is just that - HOT! It looks very bright in the compact and can be applied to look like doll cheeks (great for harajuku-style makeup) or just tapped on for a subtle flush. The texture is great, and they wear well, especially over foundation or powder.

Really like this creme blush. Color shows strong in compact but looks beautifully believable on my fair skin. Like it much better than the MAC Pink Swoon blush which I previously brought at 3X the price (approximately) and incidentally comes in the same exact compact. Am definitely a fan of NYX makeup. Great value and colors for an affordable price.

really love this. it's a neon-bright cool matte pink. very pigmented, easy to blend, doesn't feel greasy. it fades a little in time, but holds up as well as most powder blushes if i dust with powder. you also get an amazing amount of product for the price, espec. considering a li'l goes a long way. lovely on my cool PPP skintone, brown hair and eyes.
