I love baby lips. On me it is a very sheer pink color perfect for when I do a smoky eye. It is a great universal color for all skintones. For a $1 give it a try.

I have several of these little glosses (they are not a lipstick by any definition). Baby Lips is one of my favorites. It's a sheer pink with a slight frost. I like to apply it over Ulta's "Flesh" lip pencil; it gives a kind of "60s" nude pinky lip finish. The gloss itself hangs around long after the color is gone and it's fairly moisturizing. It's kind of halfway between sticky and not - it's just sticky enough to have some staying power, if that makes sense. These glosses smell horribly candy-ish when first applied but it only lasts a few seconds. I think they're well worth the $1 and they're nice to have around because you won't mind losing one.

I really like these. They are more like a highly pigmented lip gloss. They are not sticky, the colors are pretty, and they smell and feel great (subtle vanilla-mint). The color "baby lips" is a bit on the sheer side, but it is nonetheless a pretty baby pink. My only complaint about the packaging is that it takes an eternity of twisting when you first use it, in order to get the product out. After that, it is fine, and you should have no problem getting it out.

When I ordered this, I hoped it would truly be a liquid lipstick - I expected great color payoff and a glossy finish. I must say, I'm disappointed because it looks like a clear lip gloss on my lips. My lips are quite pigmented, but I assumed it was going to be much more pigmented since it is a liquid lipstick. Other than that I find it pretty hydrating and a bit sticky. Nothing special, definitely wouldn't repurchase.

I've tried this in Baby Lips and Bark, and I like the twist applicator (it does take about 20 turns before anything comes out though). However, I have a little pet peeve about gloss touching the cover when I use it, which I manage by slowly uncovering and re-covering this (it's not as bad the long brush of the Hypershine Gloss).
The colour pay-off is good enough for me as a day-to-day gloss. There's enough pink to tint my lips and it's sheer enough to use my original lip colour as the backdrop. I guess you could call it a half-sheer. I prefer this colour to Bark, as I always get complements for this.
One thing I really love is the scent, it smells fresh with the vanilla mint. There's also a light tingly feeling upon application, which I love but may bother others.
I do wish that they would be a little more eco-friendly and put more product in the packaging, as this is plenty of plastic for a 1/2 to 3/4 full product. Or better yet, package this colour like the Super Glossy Lip Shine.

I like click pen packaging. I reach for this one in the car if I want a no fuss application of lipgloss. baby lips is an almost non-existent pink. application is smooth it's not long lasting. it's not a rebuy but I will use this one up.

I don't think this product is worth $1. There is no color and not all that much shine. The packaging leaks and while it does taste good (mint) it isn't strong enough. However, this is a good buy if you want a clicky pen lipgloss case because it is easy to take apart and fill with a different gloss if you don't like the packaging of the different gloss. I tossed it.

Love these liquid lipsticks! I have most of the colors and I reach for these almost every day. Baby Lips is a beautiful soft baby pink color. Not milky pink though, which I like. It is MLBB for sure. I absolutely love the formulation of these. They are extremely moisturizing and really long lasting. I was not expecting that for such a cheap product. The scent is vanilla mint, its very faint. The packaging has been discussed by other reviewers so won't get into that too much other than to agree it is kind of flimsy but for the price I don't mind that. Love that ELF is at my Target now as I will be picking these up all the time!

this went on like SILK... Feels very nice..
I am definately going back and buying as many as I can that would look nice on me.
As good as Cargo.. better than Mac.. I even have an $18 Fresh Sugar lipgloss that I love.. that I would give back for 18 more of these fun little lip glosses.

This is so easy to use and very wearable. For me it's MLBB. They are $1 so I've stocked up with probably a dozen in my arsenal. There's but a tiny amount in each Stila-like-twist-spring cartridge. The plastic container to product ratio is way off, so I feel a bit guilty buying it...not eco-friendly.

Unfortunately, my lips have greater pigment than this lipstick so it ends up looking like a nude color gloss. I've only tried it once and I wasn't sure about it. I really like that it's not too sticky and leaves my lips soft. I'll try it a few more times and provide an update!
UPDATE:
Well I tried it a few more times and I have to say, I had a change of heart. I really like this color because it gives a tiny amount of color but remains a nude color on my lips. It works really well especially if I want a neutral color on my lips with a smoky-eye look. I moved this up to 4 lippies, not quite 5 because it doesn't really last long (go figure, its a dollar) but I love the applicator (twist up & dispenses into a felt/foam-like applicator) so it gives you great control of the product. I'd def buy it again!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I did not expect much from a $1 lippie, but I would definitely put this up against MAC lipglass. Though I do really love the color "Baby Lips" (really great for everyday wear), it is really the texture of this stuff that really impresses me. When you apply a normal amount, it actually doesn't even feel like you have goopy sticky stuff on your lips, because the formula doesn't adhere to the wet part of you lips. I find this to be much more comfortable than MAC lipglass that feels sticky all over your lips. Not to mention, you aren't leaving embarrassing lipstick marks on cups when you drink. While formula isn't adhering to the wet part of your lips, it lasts for a remarkably long time. I only apply every 2.5 hours, and even then I still have some left.
The only downfall of this product is the packaging. I am not a huge fan of the clicking applicators. I do like the soft velvety sponge that this product has over a brush applicator like Stila has. Be careful because the product takes several seconds to actually come out after clicking. At first I definitely over-clicked and there was a ton of product on the applicator when I came back a few hours later to reapply.
I will DEFINITELY buy this again.

In the beginning, I loved this 'neutral' lip color, that was more like a gloss, than a lipstick. Now, after several weeks wear, I'm not convinced. My lips are more pigmented than the color payoff on this color gives, and, in some lights, makes me look washed out and uninteresting. Packaging reminds me of Stila Lip Glazes-maybe a little less tacky. No complaints with dispensing of product itself-two clicks gives me all that I need, and it applies relatively effortlessly and gloop-free. Some reviewers have mentioned how quickly the product runs down, but I haven't found that to be my experience, either. For a buck, it's really neither here nor there. A basic everyday product, but I still find myself reaching for my Classic Chapstick, instead, and a 'real' lippy, if I'm in the mood to wear lipstick. Light mint flavor is unobtrusive, and the color, as mentioned, unremarkable. I won't repurchase, just because I'm fickle, but this might be a nice compromise if you're not a huge gloss or lippy wearer.

I love this color ~ Baby Lips is a very light pink (one or two shades lighter than Pink Lemonade) lip gloss, not lipstick with tons of shine. The container leaves much to be desired ~ it's hit or miss if you will actually purchase one that works. I have had fairly good luck ~ three out of four had no problems.
I wish I would have discovered this little gem sooner! It's a great product for a great price. The container is small, and I would pay more for a larger size tube. I haven't had any issues with the smell or the taste. These are my new favorites and I will buy Baby Lips again...
Recently, I ordered every Luscious Liquid Lipstick shade available on the e.l.f. website for 50 cents each ~ Love the e.l.f coupons too...

I'd really been looking into trying ELF products after reading great reviews and because it's so inexpensive. The product isn't bad and i really like the tube, but the color was not a good choice for me. It was the same exact color of my lips. I wasnt impressed with the product at all, but I didn't really expect to be given the price. Worth the dollar, if I do repurchase it will definatly be in a different color.

This lipstick is CHEAP! Only a dollar. That is wonderful in itself. Dollar well spent. I find this to be more of a lipgloss than a lipstick. It feels great on my lips and covers any chapping or dry skin I might have really well. I love the color. It is pretty much the same color as my lips with a touch of warm pink.
The packaging is neat except I wish they would put more product in it. It runs out very quickly especially when you are like me and apply it a lot throughout the day.
Because I like this color so much I will buy it again. I never liked the way lipsticks looked on me until I found these lippies from E.L.F.

:) I am so glad I discovered these. For $1 I am very happy. I would rather buy 6 of these in all different colors and maybe not like 1 rather than to buy one $6 lip gloss and dislike it and never use it again. This color is light and makes me look so innocent. LOL. When I run out I'd buy another.

OKay, so this is probably my Favorite product from the 40 that I ordered in my first ever ELF order. Obviously*, the price is unbeatable. With that said though, I think my expectation's where lowered when trying ELF products because I kept thinking to myself "for a dollar this is good"... but in the long run, a lot of the stuff I didn't like... But This product I did... I would pay more than a dollar for this if I had to, I find it very moisturizing, very smooth, and a good tint for me. If I just want a natural gloss that is easy to apply this is what I grab for.
The packaging is my biggest complaint because I hate tubes that you have to twist to get product out because it either dispenses way to much, or way too little, and then it takes forever to get the right amount.
Also, this product has a mint smell to it, which I actually enjoy because I don't find it overwhelming.. (I don't usually like the smell of mint)..but this doesn't bother me and makes my lip's a little tingly which I enjoy.
**just a side note** I don't know why they call it a Liquid LIpstick... i think they just should have stuck with GLOSS, because it wears nothing like a lipstick.
