Well, I finally, months ago ordered a swhack of PC products. I wanted to try this because I find it very difficult to find a fragrance free body cleanser. I love scented shower gels and soap but often they make me itch. This doesn't make me itchy and I actually like the smell of it. I find it to work well as a shampoo also though I don't use it often that way. Also, this isn't drying at all. cleans without stripping. Definitely a staple.

A lot of people don't like this shampoo because it dried out their scalp, but I didn't find it to be drying at all. Of course, I have an extremely oily scalp so those with normal or dry scalps might have a different experience. Many of the other shampoos for oily hair were really harsh on my sensitive scalp and dry, wavy ends. This colorless, gel-like shampoo cleans all the oil without drying my hair or causing my scalp to turn red and burn. In fact, after I wash this out, my hair is really soft and not stripped-feeling. I recommend this to people with oily to really oily scalp that's sensitive.

Can't decide if I would buy this again or not. Didn't feel like it got my hair that clean. Okay as a body wash. Kind of expensive.

An OK shampoo, but an excellent body (and facial) wash. Count the score as 3 for shampoo, 5 for cleaning the rest.
Gentle, mild, unperfumed. Its contents include cocoa butter, shea butter, and aloe vera; but also SLES, so if you're sensitive or fussy around that, All Over is to be avoided. I have used this as an all-in-one top-to-toe cleaning product when traveling light, and suffered no adverse effects. It's fine to use a shampoo for a couple of days, but after that I found it a little drying.
Avoid the accompanying conditioner though - I made the mistake of buying it, and it produced the worst straw and tangled bush effects since the time I used shampoo as conditioner accidentally once upon a very long time ago. I'm shortsighted and wasn't wearing my glasses, so just reaching for things blindly, and it was a friend's bathroom.
I digress and am making excuses: this shampoo good, the matching conditioner bad. I use it mainly as a shower body-wash: one of the best I've ever used, cleanses and moisturises without any irritation. Concentrated. Brilliant stuff. Worth the money (and crazy postage to Ireland) - I haven't found anything else on the current market that's as good.
UPDATE: a previous reviewer suggests this is a good facial cleanser too. I had tried this before, but only for a couple of days in a row when traveling, and traveling light. All Over does, I can confirm, work well as a gentle facial cleanser. I sort of pre-wash with oil, rinse that off, then wash with the All Over. This works fine for me - but that's only cleaning off sunscreen and occasionally a dab of concealer and powder on a zitty day; it might not be enough for someone wearing proper full-on makeup.
Anyway, one bottle less in the shower... Tip: It's worth spending the extra $/EUR 1.95 on a pump.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate (mild detergent cleansing agent), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (mild cleansing agent), Lauryl Glucoside (mild cleansing and lather agent), Butylene Glycol (slip agent/water-binding agent), Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein (water-binding and anti-static agent), Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Butter, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, (plant conditioning and water-binding agents), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) (conditioning agent), PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate (surfactant), Polyquaternium-10 (conditioning/detangling agent), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (water-binding agent), Trisodium EDTA (chelating agent), Citric Acid (pH adjuster), Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid (all preservatives and stabilizers).

I think the price point on this is a bit high, cpnsidering what it is, but I can't find anything else like it at the drug store. It works well and is super for sensitive skin.

I've already been through ard 7 bottles of this, and I'm not going to stop!
This is the only hair shampoo I can use that won't make me itch(though I do not use it for my body). Sometimes I forgot how good it is and switch to other shampoos( Loreal, Sebamed etc) and I regret, cos they cause buildup and makes my scalp itch.
I do recc using this along w Neutrogena Anti-Residue once a week.

This product has been amazing for my husband. He has super sensitive skin, and all body washes and shampoos made him itch until I bought PC All Over Hair and Body Shampoo for him. No more itching, and one product is all he needs in the shower now. Unfortunately, though, I haven't found the product to be quite as good for me. It doesn't lather quite as much as I prefer, and it leaves my fine straight hair limp, weighed-down, and slightly frizzy. Nevertheless, I continue to repurchase regularly for my husband. Ingredients: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lauryl Glucoside, Butylene Glycol, Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Mango Seed Butter, Cocoa Seed Butter, Shea Butter, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Polyquaternium-10, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Trisodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Benzoic Acid, Sorbic Acid.

I have been using this for a year. I use it to wash my hair, body, delicates, and even my dogs. It's basic, gentle, yet effective, and I like it better as a shampoo than body wash. It doesn't sting my eyes nor my dogs'. Bottle runs out quickly though, so this is pricey. Not strong enough for swimming pools, but overall a pretty good staple to stick to.

I really like this as a facial cleanser. It leaves my combo to dry (in winter)
skin silky soft and totally irritation free. My skin never feels oily or dry or weird afterward like with some other cleansers, just soft and clean and just right!

The verdict is still out. I just used a sample I ordered on my hair yesterday. While I was washing, I felt disappointed b/c I didn't get a lot of lather and needed A LOT of product to clean my hair.
However, after showering, my hair was the softest, smoothest, and shiniest it has ever been! My husband even commented on how my hair felt better than ever, and he couldn't stop touching it and running his fingers through it.
I wasn't sure how to rate this - I took away 2 lippies b/c of my disappointment in the lathering. I am not sure if I will order a full-sized bottle, only b/c it is a bit pricey, and I imagine I will go through it pretty quickly. But, I would love for my hair to always feel how it felt yesterday.

i bought this to hope to use it as a shampoo that doesnt leave buildup. it didnt work out well and some days worked better than others. after a while, i just kept using it as a body wash, and on days when i forget to put my face wash in the shower caddy, use it as a face wash too. its a good general purpose wash as its reasonabily gentle. but nothing too special about it and i wouldnt spend the $ on it as a body wash- there are cheaper in the supermarket, and considering i dont have any problems with those, i'll just look for something thats not too strongly fragranced from the supermarket.
my main complaint is the packaging. its a gel consistency and to get it out of the bottle u have to tip it upside down and give a few good thumps before u can squeeze it out in a big glob. pump bottle may have been a better design

The best thing about this is that it is fragrance free. I bought it because I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and a sensitive scalp and wanted something gentle to wash my long, fine hair. I use Nizoral once a fortnight to prevent flakes. Unfortunately I found that my scalp itched more while I was using this and have now stopped using it as a shampoo and am just using it up as a body wash. It's second ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate and I have recently decided to go sulfate-free to see if my scalp improves.

It is basic, but a great shampoo. I did not realize that till I switched to a different shampoo. I have to order another bottle now.

A kind swapper sent me several Paula's Choice samples. A small amount of this cleaned my fine oily hair very well without drying it out or causing tangles. I did not really like it as much as a body wash, because I prefer richer products for that purpose. Love the fact that this is unscented.

I can't understand why people complain about the lack of fragrance, it is what I best like about it, it simply smells of fresh. In the summer it is lovely to use it everywhere including face. You get out of the shower feeling fresher than ever, a lovely feeling!!!

I have short hair and mild psoriasis of the scalp. I would recommend this shampoo for daily cleaning of hair and body. Did not irritate my scalp condition and cleaned well.

I received a sample of this in a swap as an extra, and glad I didn't pay full price for it. I just found it far too drying and left my hair a tangled mess. I'm sure with the exchange and shipping it would be quite pricey as well.

This shampoo is just too drying for my hair and scalp, even my body. I have oily skin but dermatitis/psoriasis on my scalp and even though this is fragrance free, it's just too irritating. I agree it's a great make-up brush cleaner, I love that it's fragrance free for that. Needless to say, I won't repurchase.

I’ve used this product for about 1 – 1.5 yrs mainly on by body because I have normal/dry skin and before I had to use creamy cleansers that broke me out but acne cleansers ware way too harsh for me. This works great for me. I make a big order about 1 time a year and I get 3 big bottles of this stuff (16 oz) and this way I save money.
My scalp is quite oily and although my hair feels great when washed with this, my scalp is not cleansed enough. Great body wash, will definatelly order again.

Great product, but a bit drying for me--and my hair type is normal/oily. I do, however, think it is useful for cleansing your makeup brushes.
