Just purchased this on Ebay as I am a huge Escada LE fan and had to have this one. I don't love it as much as Ibiza Hippie, which is my all time fave, but I still love it. I never tire of these fruity concoctions. They make me feel like I'm relaxing on a beach in Aruba with a fruity cocktail!

I really like they way this smells on me but it is really overwhelming when I first spray it, and then it fades way too quickly.

I actually don't have it, but my roommate is like a perfume collector with more than a dozen perfumes in her drawer. But this is definitely my favorite amongst hers--I actually enjoy it when she sprays perfume (she does it very generously, leaving a long, heavy scent in the room...). It's fruity, sweet, and very young and upbeat. I can see this working really well on vacation or idle summer days. As other reviewers have commented, though, it doesn't last very long, since after 3,4 hours, she has no smell on her.
Also, the smell is very obnoxious, accordin to my bf, so no purchase.

This is one of my favs when I feel like a tropical and fruity fragrance. It's great for summer months. Upon wearing this I feel instantly uplifted and happy! Did I mention that this lasts forever!! I wear this in the morning and it lasts me all day until i take a shower!! That's how great the lasting power is on me!! Totally worth it!! I had the "Island Kiss" before which I didn't like as much and it didn't seem to last long on me either. This is much better than that! I just wish Escada hadn't dicontinued this perfume as I'm totally addicted to it. If it is available again I will definitely buy it and stock up!!

Wow, this is probably my most favoritest perfumes ever. I got the mini version in the Escada Collector's Edition set along with Ibiza Hippie, Island Kiss, Pacific Paradise, and Sunset Heat, and this is definitely my favorite. It's fruity and the perfect summer scent, and a lot of people say it's unoriginal, but to be honest, I don't know that many different kinds of perfumes, so I've never found anything similar to this. I would definitely recommend this scent, it's absolutely AMAZING!

I love the sweet, fun, fruity fragrance with the pineapple overpowering whatever else is in the mix. Problem is, this fragrance does not last. The initial spray is wonderful, exotic-sweet, but it just does not linger. I have lotions with matching body splashes that last longer than Rockin' Rio. I will probably not repurchase, though I'm sure I'll come back to Escada seasonals every now and again because their sweet, fruity fragrances are quite addictive.

i love escada scents, rockin rio together with magnetic beat are 2 of my faves. Its a very fruity but not headache inducing scent, lasting power is so-so, about 3-4 hours... im almost out though, so im keeping my fingers crossed that the swap im in the middle of will wrk out :)

I love all the fruity Escadas. I'm a fanatic. Its in an acquired smell though. It doesn't smell good on everyone.

I LOVE this fragrance! It smells soo good. It is a little sweet, but perfect for summer nights and the holidays. It reminds me of being somewhere very tropical and exotic. The bottle is pretty, nothing too creative but still pretty. Too bad they discontinued it...Although I did see it at Burlington Coat Factory a while back. I have three Escada fragrances, Rockin' Rio, Sunset Heat (Very similar to Rockin' Rio), and Pacific Paradise (Probably my least favorite out of the three, but it is still good).

It reminds me a little of Ralph Lauren Ralph. It's fresh, fruity and sweet smelling and generally a happy upbeat scent. I love it in colder weather with a sweater even though it's marketed as a summer fragrance. Got a great deal on the 3.4 fl. oz. I probably would not get this again because I have so much of it left and don't use it as often as other scents.

I rocked this scent all last summer and stocked up. It's very tropical, which I love. Love the color scheme of the packaging and the bottle--reminded me much of "Jem" back in the 80s.

I love all things Escada! I already had Sunset Heat, and I heard it was very similar to Rockin Rio, but recently the opportunity fell into my lap to purchase a 3.4 oz bottle of RR from eBay for a very, very good price...so being the perfume junkie that I am, I jumped on it and am glad that I did. Although very similar to my Sunset Heat, I think Rockin Rio is a bit more mellow and fruiter version, with less mango. I do not find that Escada LE fragrances smell like body splashes as many other ladies do. I find they are more complex than that and I own tons of BBW and VS splashes. Also, for lasting power I spray on my clothing and hair. I really love this!

I love, love, LOVE the Escada bottles and packaging. They are super hip and cute. I am keeping the bottle around for decoration once the perfume is gone. The perfume is fruity and really sweet. It's a super sweet fragrance that's fun to wear. It does fade so minus a lippie for that.

I do agree with others that this fragrance does smell sorta like the Island Kiss. I enjoy this and hope this does not get discontinued anytime soon.

I think the acid test of any perfume is the effect it has on other people. I once wore this to a club and received so many compliments from men who hugged me, and thus got a good whiff of it, that I decided to go out and buy the largest bottle I could get my hands on! The smell is enriched with passionfruit, citrus fruit, and flowery notes. Love that stuff! It always gives me such a lift when I wear it. Talk about an intant confidence-booster!!

I am quite new to this kind of fresh and fruity fragrances (thanks to MUA I am exploring new notes !), so this is just a first impression !
Is it a funny fragrance, it makes me want to dress colorful, smile and dance. I would not wear it in winter when I prefer vanilla based scents.
So...it is time for me to explore this fragrance family ! Yuk yuk !!
