I received a sample of this and took it on vacation with me to try. I have to say, it definitely did make my hair look glossy and shiny. However, I have thin, fine hair and after styling I felt like my hair looked a bit oily or greasy at the roots. I think if you have thicker hair this would be great but I probably won't purchase, especially for the price tag.

Smells great. But this conditioner is too light for my normal-oily-slightly coarse hair. It did not give me any shine, nor gloss, nor much moisture. My hair feels even more coarse and tangled afterwards, and definitely no shine. Not worth my money.

This stuff is too thick and oily to be worth the shine. It'll weigh your hair down and you'll want to wash it again in an hour! Get the glossing cream instead.

I use this with the shampoo and glossing cream and it makes my hair feel wonderful. I have subtle highlights now but I also used this when my hair was lifted to a level 10 and toned white and it brought so much life back into my hair.

This conditioner does its job without being heavy or greasy and smells great.

I have always had hair that really didn't require any special conditioner, so I just got this to try along with the shampoo. Since I have never needed a specific conditioner, I am not 100% sure what to look for. However, with my little knowledge of conditioners, I think this one is a really nice basic moisturizer for my hair. And when I blow it dry after using it plus the Fekkai glossing creme, my hair is SO soft. I don't know if it is necessarily glossier, but it is shiny. Plus it has the BEST smell!

This stuff is fab. It has a great clean smell, a lovely texture, and rinses out very nicely. I know it's loaded up with dreaded 'cones but this hasn't caused my hair to suffer from product build up or look lackluster. My hair, which sees heat styling after every shampoo, looks great. My scalp, a source of stress-induced flakies, has also been looking good for the past few months.

Leaves hair soft and smelling GOOD. The gloss factor is slightly higher than the shampoo, but nothing to rave about. I am more impressed with the Volumizing Shampoo.

I adore the way this smells! Like DKNY Be Delicious or Clinique Happy To Be. It does a decent job as far as conditioners go...I couldn't honestly say that it did anything special for my hair. But I can't imagine that it could weigh hair down - unless you're using too much maybe? It does have olive oil (for the glossing effect), and as with other high-end shampoos and conditioners, you really only need a little to get the job done. The best part is that (if you love the smell, anyway!) is that it lingers enough so that you can still detect it (like when you pull it out of a ponytail) or someone hugs you...and makes them want to hug you more!

Amazing stuff!! I'm so thrilled I found it. I have highlighted blond hair that was dry and crunchy and frizzy. This, combined with the glossing cream, finally made my hair silky and soft... and *completely* frizz free. I have tried EVERYTHING... trust me, nothing works as well as this! It's totally worth the price!

i really wanted to like this product, but it made my fine, blonde hair feel weighed down, my roots were completely flat on my head, i swear it also made my head itch a lot and made it a lil greasy and kinda frizzy....i def wont be buying it again, thankfully i got a sample from sephora bc it's a ridiculous price for shampoo/condit!

This was my first Fekkai shampoo and I loved it! I thought that it wouldn't be worth the price, but it made my hair so healthy and shiny looking. The big plus however, was that id didn't weigh my hair down! I have constantly had a problem with products weighing my fine hair down and this one fixed the problem! Great, but I will not repurchase because I have switch to the technician color care.

I bought the small bottle of this and the shampoo on a whim when I was in Sephora one time recently.
I decided to just splurge and see what the hype was all about, figuring I wouldn't like it so it wouldn't matter.
My hair is very soft and fine and all the "glossing" products I've tried have made it look greasy and weighed down but I figured I'd give this one shot for kicks.

Seeing as it's over $20 for a bottle of just shampoo or conditioner, I was almost disappointed to find out it made my hair look FABULOUS!!! I use it with the shampoo and blowdry my hair and it looks healthy and full. Usually there's a little frizz, so I quickly run a straightener through it and it looks like I just came from the salon.
I definitely get the hype now and sadly, will probably bite the bullet and buy a full bottle after my minis run out (and I use up all the other hair products in my shower.... so it will be a while!)

After hearing the raves on this line, I bought the shampoo, conditioner and glossing cream. I have thick, wavy hair that is normal to dry and gets blowdried/flat ironed nearly every day. This stuff makes my hair feel oily and gross after a few hours. I feel oddly compelled to finish it because it was so expensive, but I will not repurchase.

One of the best conditioners I've used. Keeps hair hydrated without weighing it down or making your hair look oily. I usually use Redken products but this is now the shampoo and conditioner that I use. I have color-treated naturally curly hair that I straighten every day. This product along with the shampoo and glossing cream help keep my hair in great shape.

I went out last weekend and spent a whopping $67 on this conditioner plus a 16-ounce Kiehl's Amino Acid shampoo, and realized that I am quite spoiled by these products. Glossing Conditioner is simply the best conditioner I have ever used, and I have tried MANY. I have long hair which is color treated, and I need a conditioner which is moisturizing and yet not heavy, and this is it. It makes my hair super shiny and manageable. Also, with this conditioner, I can go a day or two without shampooing, and my hair still looks good. (I also recommend the FF Glossing Cream if you have frizzy or wavy hair like me.)

Quite a pricey product, but I love how this product in conjunction with my Glossing Cream leaves my hair. It's a nice thick conditioner that leaves my hair nice and soft. Due to price I probably won't repurchase, will keep looking for my HG conditioner.

i really like conditioner. i got it as a gift, and compared to my nexxus one, this one is fantastic. it made my hair silky and shiny, even after i straightened it. it looked NATURAL. that is a huge thing for me, because i hate when my hair looks contrived. i used this with the hydra sleek shampoo from nexxus and john freida frizz ease straight answer spray. i will definately buy this for myself; it does WONDERS.

Love this conditioner. Its super fresh scent and good light moisture are a great combo for me!! I alternate between tons of shampoo/conditioners (fekkai tech line, ojon, terax, and once a week or every other week fekkai apple cider line), but this is one of my favs!! I love to use this for a few days in a row and it makes my hair super soft!! I alternate because my hair gets bored (limp) easily as it is fine but there is a super ton of it (to the point in order to have my hair below my shoulders and not just hang flat the stylist thins and texturizes like heck!!). A staple in my shower!
