I always start a Mary kay review with putting out there that yes I am a consultant. However, I am here to give my opinion only, not sell you anything. :) I love the day & night solution. I call them my skin's vitamins. I love how they feel going on, especially the night solution.

Once again, as with the Time Wise 3 in 1 N/D Cleanser, these products did nothing but break out my skin and turn it red and irritated.

I have tried absoutely everything for my combination acne-prone skin and this day and night solution in addition with using the blemish toner and acne gel and anti-aging moisturizer has done WONDERS for my skin. I have very tan skin, I'm filipino hawaiian mix and have a problem with oiliness and acne. After 2 1/2 weeks my skin texture has changed so much and my acne is gone. I usually have acne on my cheeks and this really did wonders. I was very skeptical about Mary Kay because a lot of people just want you to sell it but this stuff is amazing. The whole entire skin care line is wonderful. The day solution is a little greasy and I think I can do without it but the Night solution is great! When you use all the Mary kay skin care products together, it will definently make a difference in your appearance. This is the best day and night solution I have ever tried.

Ok this is a GREAT night serum as it is really thin and non greasy so You dont even know it's on, however the spf ingredients in the day solution for spf is NOT stable FYI so I just use the Night solution for both day and night since the ingredients (active) are mostly the same. THe TimeWise spf moisturizer does contail stable SPF so I use that instead. I dont have any lines yet as I am 25 but I use this for preventative maintainance I guess. Expensive yes but I am a MK rep so I get it for $15 instead!

I LOVE TIMEWISE! I finally found something to stick with that works for me. After using this for 8 weeks on my combo/acne prone 29 year old skin I have noticed a great improvement. My skin is very smooth and soft and the hyperpigmentation spots are beginning to fade! I am about to turn 30 and have been asked if I was 24, so I'm happy! I only use the night solution every other night as sometimes I feel it makes me a bit oily (depending on the day of the month!). I will continue to use Timewise and feel confident I will get great results!

I have been using these products for a few weeks now, and I am thrilled - my skin has never been softer, my pores were never smaller and I am happy I did finally ad some sunscreen to my daily regimen. I was worried the day solution would make me greasy, but in combination with the Medium Coverage Foundation, it looks perfect all day long. Incredible. I love the dispensers, love how they make my skin feel - I can't wait until I get to use them in the morning and at night.

The Timewise skincare-cleanser, moisturizer, day and night solution has done wonders for me. I hit the big 40 this year and found myself with tiny wrinkles and this set seems to put those on hold. I also have large pores and after using this, they are not as noticable. It's pricey, but I found mine on Ebay for 25.00 for an entire set. This works for me- I have somewhat oily skin and tend to break out, not one zit since I started using this-about 2 months now.

I love the night solution! I haven't had many breakouts since I started using it (well, the Timewise Kit, in general). My skin looks softer and this is the best its looked in a while. In fact, my face looks softer the minute I put this stuff on. It's great! It is definitely pricey, but worth it.
As for the day solution, I will not use it again. I found it greasy and did not care for the smell (even though it went away once you applied it). When I started to use it, I put it on my forehead too but it made my bangs so greasy I had to stop. It is a nice idea (the extra sun screen on your face) but I just don't care for this particular product.

Before I began using the Day/Night solution, my skin was horrible! I have oily, acne-prone skin, and my makeup always looked rough and flaky. I noticed as soon as I started using the Day solution, my foundation went on so smoothly! I know that the condition of my skin has greatly improved; now it is softer and smoother, and actually glows! These are quite pricey ($50 as a set) but they last a very long time!

The Night Solution was really sticky and the day solution made me shiny. For all that trouble, the 'improvement' in my skin tone and texture was nonexistant. For the amount of dough they are asking I should glow like Renie Zellweger at age 4. Didn't do it for me.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair Hair: Red Eyes: Green
I have mixed feelings about this set. I tend to be a snob when it comes to skincare, so I was pleasantly surprised when this duo didn't break out my sensitive, acne-prone skin and actually made my face feel wonderfully soft. However, I didn't notice any results aside from increased softness and I'd rather use products that are more advanced and do more to firm skin and minimize lines. The fewer products I have to use the better!
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
I gave this a 3 because I love the night solution but not the day solution. The day one leaves me so shiny (because of the sunscreen) and I cant imagine using both the day solution AND moisturizer or else I'd look like an oil slick! I love the night solution though, it makes my skin look the way a toner would do and wears fine under moisturizer. I noticed a difference in my skin's texture after just one use of the night solution (so much more smooth and smaller pores), and would definately repurchase that one.

These products used along with the acne treatment gel are the only skincare items I will spend money on,They are the only things that keep my face clear and glowing!! I have tried everything you can think of including antibiotics and nothing works like mary kay!! The price is awesome and the packaging very classy I love it!!UPDATE- I started breaking out a little a few months ago so I went off the MK just to see if something else would work better but my face has just gotten worse and worse so as of today 7/25/04 I am going back on the MK because it's the only thing that works for me!

I got the day and night solution as a gift set. I have mixed feelings about it. I used the night solution 2x and both times felt like I had a layer of grease on my skin that I have not felt from using other AHA products. The day solution on the other hand seems to work good as a lightweight sunscreen for my face , so I will be using it up, but definately not repurchase, as I think I can find better alternatives at a much better prices. I love the little pump containers though!

This is a lightweight that soothes the skin. It can be used as a moisturizer for normal to oily skin. It calms irritated skin.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium Hair: Blond Eyes: Brown
I don't like Mary Kay products in general, but my mom bought me these so to be nice I started to use them. The Day Solution has alpha hyrdoxy acids (good), sunscreen (even better), but has a watery texture (yuck) and feels way too greasy on my face (bigger yuck.) I only put this on my cheeks as my T-Zone has too much oil already.
The Night Solution looks nifty because it has all these bead things that float around in it. This solution has hydroxy acids which my skin takes well to, but like the day solution, I feel that this sits too heavy on my face. Neither of the solutions have broken me out yet and my skin tone has shown clear improvements so far. We'll see how it goes.

I have been trying the Day/Night solution along with the Timewise cleanser and moisturizer for appx. 2 months.
I haven't noticed any change in my skin one way or the other from these products. That was a bit disappointing, so I deducted points for that.
However, they didn't cause me to break me out, and I wasn't sensitive to them, so that's a good thing.
I found both to be light in texture, and neither were sticky after applying them. Overall I found the price reasonable. They both come in a pump bottle which is good - although you can only see through the night bottle, which makes it difficult to tell how much day time product you have left.
I'll use them up, but don't plan on re-purchasing them again.

Well, I'm sensitive to avobenzone, which is in the Day Solution, so I couldn't use it. This is a watery sunscreen that would be best for normal to oily skin, as it can make skin feel dry.
The Night Solution works pretty well, but it also has alcohol high on the list. If none of these things bother you, these products would no doubt make a difference in your skin, and would be worth a shot. Mary Kay will take returns if you don't like them.

Can I say, "MY FACE WAS KILLING ME!!" This made my face break out in WELPS and then the timewise cleanser only exacerbated the problem. Maybe it was b/c I was still going through postpartum skin changes. I took it back though. It took five days of oil of olay to correct the breakout.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair, Neutral Hair: Brown, Straight, Fine Eyes: Blue
These felt very sticky on my skin and didn't feel like they absorbed. The day solution cause my foundation to "roll up" when I applied it, if that makes sense.
