With this product you really get a bang for your buck! At my local CVS i picked it up while on sale so it came out around $4-$5 so it's very cheap for the amount you get.
I usually only apply this with a cotton ball if i'm wearing heavy eye makeup, or waterproof mascara. You just need to work it into your eye area for maybe 20-30 seconds, not too rough (you don't want to take out any lashes) & it'll take off practically all the makeup you were wearing!
The only downside to this is it's oily/greasy, even if it states it's oil-free. It shouldn't be a problem though since you should wash your face afterwards anyways.

As a remover in general, this product is the best. It is about $6 at Walgreens. When I used this to take off all of my eye makeup (while washing my face at night), I noticed I went through a lot of the product, so I try to only use this for fixing smudges and makeup mistakes. However, if I do have a hard time removing an extra stubborn mascara, this will do the trick! My only issue, is despite this being oil-free, this is VERY greasy feeling. Overall one of the best eye makeup removers I've found, though!

This works very well. I have a cute trick. I kept an old mascara brush and cleaned it off with Dawn. I stick in the bottle and use that to get it on my eyelashes. That way I don't have to rub as much or risk getting in my eye as I try to apply it to the part of the lash with the mascara with my finger or a Q-tip. You don't need to use as much. Before I had to use a lot and rub a lot. I was almost ready to give up on mascara, because of the hassle of removing even non-waterproof.
I have tried other make up removers and I like this. I don't need oil free, but some of those oily ones get in your eyes and make you see blurry. Mary Kay and L'Oreals version work too. So far I like this best. There probably is CVS or Duane Reade Equivalent that is just as good.

Overall, excellent product at a decent price. This is my go-to drugstore remover. I would like a smaller opening, but other than that, it's fabulous. When I can't splurge on my Mary Kay remover (fave!!) or Clinique, this is my best option. Apply it with a cotton round, not cotton ball and you use half as much product. I wear a lot of eye makeup and it does the trick! No irritability either. :)

Works well to remove most eye makeup. I put it on a cotton ball/pad, swipe my lids, and work it into the lashes/lash line for about 20-30 seconds, then rinse with water. Sometimes need to repeat, but really not often. It does leave a greasy film. I find that that doesn't last long enough to really be bothersome. The product doesn't irritate my skin or eyes.
The opening of the bottle is too large, but I can deal with it!
Overall a good product and very affordably priced.

I think this can be the best eye makeup remover I've ever used, and I've used a lot, from expensive (Lancome, Clinique) to cheap (Neutrogena, Boots Botanics).
This removes my eye makeup with ease, all I have to do is wet a cotton round, and put it on my eye, and wait about 20 seconds. It removes my waterproof mascara really well too, and it doesn't irritate my eyes ( I wear contacts too). It's less greasy than some other highly rated removers like Boots Botanics, Lumene, or Clinique, and works just as well if not better.
The only thing I don't like is the packaging. I really wish they put a cap on the bottle opening to make the opening smaller, so it'll be easier to control how much remover you want.

HG for now! I went a long time just using makeup remover wipes, and decided I needed to go back to using an separate remover for my eyes. I tried something my loreal (blue bottle) and it was awful. I pushed through the whole bottle though (i hate waste). Picked this up after a YouTube recommendation and I'm in love! I don't wear waterproof generally, but I wear heavy dark eye makeup. Liquid winged liner, Smokey, and lots of coats of mascara plus falsies. This works great for getting it all off without rubbing =]

I've been searching for a great waterproof eye makeup remover and after buying Neutrogena Oil Free - I'm still searching. It does an OK job at removing my mascara, liner, eye makeup, etc. Though I'm not in love.
I found the product to be oily and sometimes will get in my eyes and make me have cloudy vision. The good thing is it doesn't seem to really bother my eyes that much (and I have really sensitive ones!). Also I found it didn't remove the makeup completely. After I use the remover + wash my face, I find I still have black smudges that need to be wiped off with a towel. Also the design of the bottle is odd. I feel the lid/mouth is too big and more product than you want spills out.
If I'm in a pinch I'll buy the product again. Unfortunately I think it's time to hit the Sephora or the Nordstrom's beauty counter to find a more reliable eye makeup remover.

I purchased this product one day when I couldn't find my usual eye makeup remover by Nivea. Nivea is still my favorite, but this one wasn't bad. It is an oil-based remover, but somehow manages to not leave an overly oily residue on your eyes. It is gentle, and does a thorough job without a whole lot of rubbing, but again - it does require more rubbing and tugging at my eyes than does the Nivea brand. I did find that it merely smears the makeup around unless I wet my face first - not a big deal, but something I don't have to do with the Nivea product, so it took me a while to figure it out. All in all Neutrogena has a decent product here, but it places a distant second to my all-time favorite, Nivea!

Am I using the same product as everyone else? This not only leaves my lids/undereye area EXTREMELY oily and greasy, it doesn't even get all of my eye makeup off. I don't even use waterproof mascara. The open mouth of the bottle causes me to spill and use way too much. The only reason I purchased this is because apparently Neutrogena has decided to quit making their eye makeup removing lotion. I will not repurchase.

This is my favorite eye makeup remover and it performs much better than many of the other drug and department store brands I've tried (Clarins, Lancôme, L'Oreal, Sonia Kashuk) and the price is good. It dissolves all eye makeup, including waterproof mascara, gel eyeliner, and cream eye shadows without irritating my eyes or leaving an oily film behind. I would prefer a squeeze top to a splash bottle for a little more control over how much product I apply to the cotton pad and to prevent spills, but that's a minor issue. I have purchased this product many, many times and I've never found another eye makeup remover that performs better for the price.

Cannot tell you how many bottles of this I have gone through! I have an extremely water proof liquid eyeliner and mascaras that take a miracle to wipe off. I put some of this on a cotton round for each eye and takes little rubbing to get everything off! I have tried a few other eye makeup removers and they all suck compared to this one. The one thing that is a negative is that it can leave some oily residue after, but i just wipe it off with a little bit of toilet paper. The bottle lasts for a very long time even if you use it every night. I LOVE this makeup remover!

Seriously. This inexpensive product ($6.50) does the job and removes your eyeshadow, liner, and mascara very easily and effectively.
There is no stinging, or eye watering. After I do the Neutrogena, I use Boscia's Makeup Breakup, over the entire face, including the eyelid area since it's so gentle and lovely. Consequently, I do not experience oily eye lids as a few posters reported.
You can't beat it. I would definitely re-purchase. It keenly removes everything without a bit of pulling, which is key in handling the eye area. I use one cotton round for both eyes.
Luv it.

Cheap and really works! I wear plenty of waterproof eye makeup and this works like a charm!
Only other one that I love is Sephora Waterproof remover, but not worth the price.
Too cheap to not buy it!

What can get better than this? With just one swipe, everything is gone, even my waterproof mascara. I've tried lots of make-up removers. This one by far is the best. It's very gentle and does NOT burn my eyes at all. Though it does leave an oily residue.
All in all, this is a great product with a great price.

This is the first dual phase makeup remover that I ever purchased, and after trying this, I haven't felt the need to try anything else (due to my own experience, compounded by the MUA reviews)! At this point, I've been through at least ten bottles of this stuff. I soak a soft cotton pad with the remover and wipe my eye makeup right off. For wp mascara, I really soak the pad and gently grip my eyelashes with it to loosen the makeup before wiping. I used to use this every night before washing my face, but now that I've found a face wash that removes my makeup really effectively (Philosophy's Purity Made Simple), I only use this when I put on a LOT of eye make up!
Pros: quickly, effectively, and GENTLY removes all makeup without stinging! Soak eyelash curlers and falsies in this stuff to clean more easily. Pretty cheap, and easy to snap up in a drugstore BOGO sale.
Cons: Leaves a slight oily residue on the skin, which doesn't bother me because I always follow with a cleanser. I'm not a big fan of the screw cap because I always knock over the bottle and spill product.

This product does what it's supposed to: remove eye makeup. The only thing I don't like about it, is that it burns my eyes after using it. Ladies with sensitive/delicate skin like me:keep this in mind if you decide to buy this product! This lasts for a few seconds and goes away, but it's not that great of a feeling and tends to cause my eyes to get puffy when i wake up in the morning. Besides the burning, it's pretty good(:

I've gone through several bottles of this makeup remover. Is very light and slightly oily, but it doesn't leave you with that greasy, oily, blurry vision feeling that some makeup removers do. I've tried other makeup removers but I always keep coming back to this one.
