This burns my eyes like crazy, and has a bit of a 'soapy' smell. I use it on my back only.

This is way too strong for anyone's skin. The way it works is by stripping your face of all it's oils even the good ones that protect the skin from harm. My friend used it during camp b/c she forgot her cleanser and it did the same thing to her. Horrible, horrible product. do not buy

As of Sept 10th i'm changing my review of this. I *loved* it at first but it ended up totally breaking me out and my skin very rarley breaks out. Huge rant from me.

I started using this about a month ago. I barely have any breakouts anymore. I don't have severe acne, I'd say ocasional. Almost always in the summer around my nose/chin. But anyways I started using this and I have like one zit or maybe 2,and that's it. I have semi-sensitive skin. Doesn't irritate it at all. A little drying, but you have to expect that, it's got acne medication in it. But I always apply moisturizer, so it doesn't bother me. Great product and I will continue to use it =)

This cleanser smells nice and has a good lather. It made my face feel clean for a long time. But it didn't really make my skin any clearer. Also, it burns if I leave it on for too long. And it stings my eyes almost every time I use it. I will not buy this again.

Love this product, although I'm afraid they will discontinue this after awhile! This removes make-up and leaves my face feeling so clean

I have acne skin. This product has been improved my skin much better. I feel my face smooth, but a little bit dry after use it. My skin is very sensitive, but this product is very gentle. And the price was very cheap when I bought it. I got it from a 99 cent store. Maybe at the time, they were in clearance, but no more such good chance now.

I like Biore's Blemish Fighting Cleanser. I use it every couple of days, and it does a good job of deep cleaning my face. It leaves my face clean, clear, and smooth. My face is so clean that my skin shines, and light reflects off it. I don't use this everyday because I think it is a strong cleanser, and it leaves my skin so un-oily that using it everyday would be overdoing it. I agree with some of the other reviewers that it leaves your face tight. I don't mind it and always use facial moisturizer anyhow after cleaning my face.

The fragrance is just okay. It is mild and smells like medication for some reason. Also, I only use a small amount at a time because it is that strong.

I love Biore, it works so well for me. I'm so mad they d/c their other cleanser. Anywho... this really cleans gets all the makeup and everything off w/o stripping your skin. I have combo skin that tends to be a bit dryer in the winter. This stuff really seems to help fight my breakouts as well.

As someone with very acne-prone skin and large pores, I love any cleanser that cleans, has salicylic acid, and doesn't leave my face with that dull, unpolished look. For around $6, this cleanser is reasonably priced, offers quite a bit of product, and mostly lives up to its name. Now, if you have stubborn acne, like me, don't depend on this stuff to clear you up. The salicylic acid is great, no doubt, but won't perform miracles if you have moderate to severe acne. However, if you do have acne, this will cleanse off your makeup and leave you with nice, clean, tightened-up skin. I hate when I use cleansers that leave my skin feeling like I just used regular bar soap on it (like Clean & Clear...sorry if anyone's a fan, but that stuff was terrible). I don't know if I'd recommend this if you have sensitive or dry skin. The salicylic acid will probably be too harsh for ya.

Wow, this product isn't as bad as most people think it is. I suffer from MINOR acne and I think this cleanser is absolutely wonderful! The scent is mild, the cleanser doesn't explode into lather (I like that), leaves no trace of residue or heavyness, and it leaves my skin feeling oooooohhhhh soooooooooo soft and amazingly clean! It cleared out my (sparse) acne and blemishes.

Okay, it could be a LITTLE drying, but then again, I have combination skin. So I don't recommend using this if your skin is excessively dry. If you suffer from terrible acne, I don't think this product has enough "power" to clear them out.

I highly recommend this product for people who are looking for a cleanser that will clear monthly acne and blemishes and wants to achieve squeaky cleanliness and ultra smooth faces!

Ugh - I have no idea why they call this cleanser "Blemish Fighting". All it did was totally break me out & didn't cleanse at all!

I HATED this face wash. I bought it because I had mild acne at the time, and after about a week of using this, my skin was blotchy and broke out even more. It was way to harsh for my skin and I ended up throwing bottle away. If you don't have sensitive skin, this might work for you...but I learned to stay away from Biore products.

i have acne prone/sensitive skin. my skin reacts to practically everything but when i found this cleanser, i had to try it. it works wonderfully for me, tames my breakouts without irritation, the .5% salicylic acid is very gentle. i use it twice a day, in the morning when i shower i pump some out onto a facial puff for that extra exfoliation, and at night just a regular cleanse. i've been using this religiously for at least a year and a half, it just works great. also, i went to a drug store recently and noticed that they changed their packaging, larger bottle, for the same low price. excellent.

I have combination skin and I use this when my face is reallly oily or has a few blemishes that need to be taken care of. Using it more often then that though really dries out my skin so I don't but it does really cleanse my face and seems to make the blemishes go away quicker when I have them/use this,

This cleanser was way too drying for my combination skin. It didn't clear up blemishes and it left my skin dry, parched and flakey. yuck!

I've tried many products that claim to get rid of breakouts, but this one really does. It gets rid of oil and make-up, but doesn't irritate your skin. I've been using this in conjunction with Benefit's daily hyaluronic cream, and my face is now soft and smooth where there used to be nothing but bumps.
