I'm quite surprised that this has such mixed reviews. What's not to like? This is by far my favourite Lancome lipstick out of the entire range.
Juicy Rouge is a sheer, glossy lipsticks with a shimmery finish and punchy colour. Leaves the leaves looks glossy and pouty, with just enough colour to brighten the face. Tastes yummy too- like Juicy Tubes.
Staying power is quite decent considering it's a sheer lipstick, and I can't wait to wear the brighter shades for the summer season!

I purchased two of these - brownie and sugar plum. I am very pleased with both - lovely sheer colors that have just enough pigment to really brighten up my face. The lasting power is not bad, and they feel very good on my lips. I can see but not feel the glitter in them; the texture is moist and silky on me. I am very happy with the overall effect.

I love Juicy Rouge.... Everything about it is just soo adorable!! The smell of the lipstick is to die for... and they have little glitter specks in it but it doesn't come of glittery just eye catching! The tube itself is so flashy with its funky holographicness , it is almost too loud for my taste but i am in my early 20's so I work with loud.

I'm surprised that these have received mixed reviews. I love Juicy Rouges! The holographic tube is attractive and handy to tote around. They give my lips a very wet look with plenty of long-lasting shimmer. I wouldn't call them long-wearing though, but that doesn't bother me overly much. In some ways, I prefer these to Juicy Tubes. Very tempted to collect all of the colours!

This have been a pleasant surprise to me. The initial reviews I saw weren't too favorable, so I waited. But I now have quite a few and want most of the rest. I LOVE how they look on. They look like a wet sparkly gloss. And they wear very well. Best of all for me, they slide easily into a jeans pocket so I don't have to tote a purse around if I'm in shorts or something. Great for summer wearing. And they really wear a long time on me. So far, there's not a color I don't like. I really think the high price tag is kinda' a rip, ($19.50!!), especially when you purchase most of them, but oh well, what can ya do about that?

I bought three of these yesterday including caramel, brownie, & Sugar Rose. I have been nothing but impressed! The color stays true for hours upon hours and even lasts through a whole meal! No retouching whatsoever. :) The glitter is not gritty and gives you that wet shine diamonds look. They are creamy and moisturizing, imo and some of MAC's lipsticks can be drying on my lips, if that helps and gives you an idea. Also, they have a great cotton candy scent/taste just like some of the JT's. $19.50 each and they come in this sleek silver tube. I bought more than one so that I could get the GWP. :D

I really like these! I tried on Grenadine, a medium rosy pink with shimmer, and I almost bought it but insted I decided to jump out of my element and buy a red. So I bought Sorbet. This is a beautiful, shiny, shimmery red, that does leave a stain after it fades. I like the packaging, the scent, and so far, the staying power has been decent. I will buy more of these.

This is a long-lasting lipstick, with shimmer, more of a glossy look. I found it quite long-lasting on me, and has a nice, shimmery look. I have it in Pink Candy, a bright , hot pink (but it goes on sheerer than in the tube). A great summertime shade.

Seeing as this had glitter, I was powerless to resist a purchase. I chose Sugar Plum, a medium berry color which can go on sheer or opaque depending on application. I like that it has a sweet scent, but, I do not like the tube (I think the iridescence is abit tacky) and the price is rather high for such a small amount. While I like the Juicy Rouge enough to keep it, I don't think I will repurchase as I think the Christian Dior glitter lipsticks are nicer and more unique overall.

Just got this to see what the hype is all about. I bought baby rose, and it is a gorgeous color. It gives more pigmentation than juicy tubes, yet it is sheer enough. I layer the stargloss (starlight) over it and viola! I'm good to go on a date :)

I love this lipstick. I bought it in Caramel. It is a very neutral color that just gives my lips a natural shine and stays longer than most other lipsticks I have found. Very natural, nude lip!!!!

I am sad to see the bad reviews these are receiving! I just bought two and I love them! The shimmer is stunning and they smell like Juicy Tubes. When I wear them my lips look so shiny, but yet they have color which is something I like. "Pink Candy" is totally gorgeous, it brightens my face and looks multi dimensonal with the silver shimmer. They are very long lasting for a sheer lipstick too, I don't have to reapply for many hour before the color begins to wear off. And there is always a stain left behind. I will purchase more colors!

i was excited to try out this product since i am a recent convert to juicy tubes. but i found it pretty disappointing. i'm not sure what i was expecting from juicy rouge. the description of the product on lancome's webpage was pretty vague. i thought that the color would be sort of sheer, although closer to lipstick color, maybe with a light texture like clinique almost lipstick or bobbi brown shimmer gloss stick. this is not the case - i got sorbet and it turned out highly pigmented, rich, and creamy like a plain old lipstick. it was not sheer at all. it bears no resemblance to juicy tubes, as it was advertised - although the lipstick has a bit of glimmer and smells similar to the glosses. i am returning mine. if you are looking for lipsticky-lipstick, this stuff is okay.

Within a half hour of using this newest lipstick in the Lancome lineup it bled into the skin above my top lip. I never have a bleeding problem with lipsticks normally, so I am cautioning anyone who does to stay far away. The consistancy was very moist and light, really almost a stain for the lips. The only positive thing I can say is that Juicy Rouge did not have the usual overpowering scent of their other lipsticks. Avoid.

I ordered 2 juicy rouges, pink candy and baby rose, and expected them to be sheer, moisturizing lipsticks that would make the lips look pouty. It did none of the above. The colors looked boring on my MMM skin. Also, they were a bit drying and did not make my lips look big. Staying power is also very poor. I think my $19.50 would be better spent on other makeup.
