Expensive considering the cheap ingredients it's made of, and promoted with a steaming pile of empurpled marketing prose. Greasy, stinky, made me break out.

This shit is expensive but makes your body feel as soft as a baby's bottom, no doubt about that! Whenever I go to lush I ask for a sample cause hello!! $25 for lotion, dude you must be kidding me. I have super sensitive skin so it's right up my alley.

I love Dream Cream! I find it very moisturizing and soothing. I use it as a full body moisturizer sometimes or just on the eczema-ravaged dry spots on my elbows and wrists. Its just as good as hydrocortisone cream, but without the dodgy steroids. It's also fantastic as a night cream (paired with Eau Roma Water toner) during the drier months. Makes my skin so amazingly soft. I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's definitely worth a try for people with very dry skin. I will repurchase over and over.

I think this is great! I have a little patch of eczema on my hand which has been irritating me for a while now - nothing has shifted it, including cream prescribed to me by the doctor. However, I got some of this today and have applied it a few times throughout the day - it is already looking less red, and a lot softer! My hands also feel really soft, albeit slightly greasy. Although it's not the cheapest moisturiser you can buy, I think you are paying for quality here, and it's definitely not the most expensive, especially considering it works really well! However, due to the fact that it only comes in a large pot, it would be hard to transport around in your bag.

Dream cream is a really nice lotion, it works great on my children 's skin. Also it is recommended to treat sunburn. I like it a lot but my all time favorite is Karma Kream. Overall I will buy it again just for my children. They love it.

This is my HG body moisturizer for my very dry skin. I use alittle as using too much would make my skin feel greasy. I must have been into my 4th or 5th tub because it really moisturizes my body, so far no other body moisturizer worked as well for my skin. If i use this constantly, my skin would feel so soft and smooth, i love touching it myself!! This does not contain silicon so the texture feels different compared to drugstore body moisturizers.

Texture - a light yellow, thick, emollient, greasy so a little goes a long way.
Fragrance - lavenderish? Very soothing scent
Container - pot, unhygenic, annoying to have to make sure my hands are dry before dipping into it

Just finished my first jar.
I find the cream to be too fragrant to use all over my body during the day. It's too greasy to use as a daycream.
I really liked to use it as a nightcream, the lavender scent worked as an aromatherapy, it didn't take too many sheep to let me fall asleep, which says a lot since I am a troublesome sleeper.

I also applied it to dry sensitive parts, like legs, arms etc. and when I woke up the next morning everything felt nice and soft.

I really don't like the packaging.. I have always hated jars of cream where you have to dig with your fingers (I used a spoon, but would still prefer another packaging). Also I didn't like the screw-on cap, after some time it just didn't close properly anymore, especially when there is some residue cream left at the sides.

I don't know if I agree with the miracle-in-a-jar hype, I haven't used it that consistenly over a long period of time. This is actually one of the few Lush products I will consider buying again. It is quite a lot of money (live in Holland),but it will last a long time and is a nice addition, though it will never replace my facecreams or bodylotion!

Personally I'm kinda over the Lush-hype, I still love the store and the look of all the products, but looking at the products I have bought so far it was 99 percent marketing and 1 percent effectiveness..

Besides an occasional thingie for the bathtub and maybe Dream Cream I will not shop there again.

I would recommend to try this bodycreme in the store and come back in a day. Only after a few hours you can assess whether or not you like the smell, since it is quite a love-it-or-hate-it situation.

Add me to the list of people with eczema and keratosis pilaris who have found this cream helpful. It doesn't make those problems disappear, but it sure helps alleviate any discomfort and get problem skin back under control.

I love the formula on this - it's not greasy, my skin absorbs it quickly and on top of it being soothing and calming to my skin, it's also very moisturizing. My only real problems with this product are:

1. The smell - it's not a bad smell, but it's a bit floral/herbal and as someone who is not into that sort of thing, it's just not my fave smell. Certainly not off-putting enough though for me to stop using it!

2. It's in a pot. Like many others, I hate having to dip my fingers into the tub to get the product. I understand their reasons for not putting their lotions in pump bottles, but it sure would make this product better in my eyes.

Even with those minor flaws, this is a 4 lippie product. If you have eczema, please give this a try. It even works wonders on my 3 year old niece who has eczema, it soothed her skin like a miracle product!

I adore dream cream. I'v suffered from eczema, keratosis pilaris, and terrible acne. Unfortunately my siblings and I all seem to have inherited what can be extremely problematic skin.

Dream cream has given my skin a more luminous quality. My eczema and keratosis pilaris has improved significantly. It's practically nonexistent.

I don't particularly like the smell but it fades quickly.

It's rather expensive and you don't get much cream.(I moisturize twice a day.)

In my opinion it's worth the money. This is a permanent beauty staple for me.

I bought this cream with with high expectations considering I have KP on my arms, and I read that this would be helpful in treating it. I WAS WRONG! Not only did this not work in clearing up those tiny, red bumps on my upper arms, but it actually made it worse. It made me itch & made more bumps come out. The girls at LUSH were really understanding, and I was able to exchange it. Instead, I got "Sympathy for the Skin," which seems to be MUCH better on my skin.

I wish I had read these reviews before i bought the product. This is just the third day of me using it and I'm having big red bumps and rashes all over my body, wherever i used this. It's more expensive where i live than in the states so I'm pretty mad about spending money on this and the worst part, in india, i can't return products that I'm allergic to.
Never recommending this to anyone ever. ANd the worst. I had folliculitis, and it was almost gone, but three days of using tis and it's back again. And it's the bloody middle of summer, now I have to cover up my arms and legs for weeks before the bumps go away.
Curse you LUSH. Seriously. also, i discovered that three of the products are extremely carcinogenic. So I'm tossing this out the window. or probably at the lush lady at the store.

For me, this is just a normal moisturizer. My skin is normal, not dry or itchy. This sinks in nicely and isn't greasy. I love the way this smells in the tub but after putting it on and letting it sit, after a few hours, the smell is just... well, I can't describe it. But it's not the fresh smell you smell in the tub before putting it on. I feel like any lotion can do the same as Dream Cream (in terms of moisturizing) and any lotion would smell better too. It's also pretty pricey for an okay product.

I've suffered on and off from eczema and dry skin in general most of my life. This product is pushed at people with eczema so I gave it a go a few years ago, when my skin was actually in reasonable shape, easily prone to irritation, inflammation and rashes, but with no serious eczema patches. Well .... it actually irritated the already irritable bits more. I suspect it was the essential oils, which are not alwasy great for people with sensitive, easily irritable or eczemous skin, not matter what the advertising says. It was an OK moisturizer on the normal patches of skin, but so are many basic, much cheaper moisturizers. I ended up just using it as a hand and foot cream. It is 'nice' but I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone with real skin issues. Also, the price is ridiculous. Aveeno lotions have done 100x more for my skin - smoothing, calming and moistrurizing - at a fraction of the price.

I first tried Dream Cream on in the store before deciding to purchase. The lovely woman even did a demonstration on my hand and arm as I let this product soak into my skin for a good 5-10minutes before I went ahead and purchased.

The first time I went to go use it was the next day about 20minutes after I got out of the shower. I lathered it on the same way, generously, and about 10minutes later my body started to itch and break out. I had to go back into the shower because after 45minutes of suffering I couldn't handle it. I don't understand, I tried it out in the store and this didn't happen. It was everywhere including my arms. The next day I gave it another go just on my arms and hands and it did the same thing. Needless to say, I think I am allergic to something in it. Which is SO WEIRD because I am not allergic to anything. I broke out to Aveenos Positively Radiant Moisturizer a few weeks after not knowing it would case this problem. I still cannot figure out what it is exactly but this is first time anything has ever reacted to me in this way and I am in my mid 20s.

Anyway, I do think this would be a good product, because it did help my dryness, but considering I am allergic to it, I would not purchase again.

I LOVE this cream. I suffer from redness and breakouts on my chest and back but the camomile in this just calms my skin down and it's really helped minimise the breakouts. I suppose the smell is a bit of an acquired taste, i personally really dislike the smell of it in the tub but i find that after it's melted into my skin the scent is really pleasant, my boyfriend often comments that i smell like cakes when i wear it :) I would definitely repurchase.

I have KP on my arms and this product after a good ex foliation does wonders. My arms have never felt so smooth before. I also have really dry skin to begin with and this lotion keeps them really moisturized. This lotion is not very sticky but does take a minute or two to fully feel dry. The smell is not the greatest in the world, its kind of minty, but after I have been using for a few days I'm used to it, and my boyfriend has not said anything about the smell so it can't be that bad.

The product packaging is in a tub, like most LUSH lotions and creams but I don't mind because I can use every last drop of it and I have a good idea of how much is left. Just wash your hands before you use it, if you are concerned with cleanliness.

Overall, I would definitely buy this again because it is super hydrating and makes my skin feel super smooth. This is my HG lotion for sure!
