I love a lot of demeters but this is kinda *eh* for me. It basically smells like fake raspberries to me (you know, like a drugstore brand raspberry spritz) or a raspberry candle. At least it doesn't last that long. Not horrible, but not great - definitely not worth the hype.

This is a great scent to wear day or night. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it. It doesn't really smell exactly like the drink, but pretty darn close. I love the fruity notes. I keep a bottle in my car for those times I need freshening up. It's great because it's such a light scent. MMMM

This is a nice citrus fragrance. I like it. The Sex on the Beach "South Beach" is a much better fragrance though. The notes are stronger.

I fell in love with this at the store as I am a lover of fruity perfumes. I would spray it liberally on myself/hair before going out to clubs so I have only fond memories of it and use it when I need a boost of confidence and an extra saunter in my step.
At first it seemed pinapple-like, with raspberry and other fruits. It also has a definite smell of alcohol, which I think fits the scent. Unfortunantly, the scent would be gone all too fast, which is why it gets only 3 lipsticks. Otherwise, it is grand.

I had a Demeter PMU spray years ago and really had a problem with the smell fading within an hour ... so I stayed away from Demeter scents ... until recently I saw a display of some new super yummy smelling Demeter fragrances and the bottles looked more square and redesigned ... I thought, maybe they reformulated the product and the new ones might last longer? I couldn't resit and picked up the set of this one and the "twisted" one and boy was I WRONG, the smell disappears just as fast if not even faster ... sigh, so much for my wishful thinking :(

A nice fruity scent that's perfect for the beach or hot days. Lasts only a few minutes, and it's better for layering than just on its own (it is sweet and can get boring on its own after a while). Not for me as I don't like fruity fragrances.

This is the first Demeter I have tried, and so far I am lucky enough to have it last on my skin for 3 hours and still going, which is surprising as others complain that this stuff vanishes in half an hour! Smells just like a fruity cocktail at first and dries down to a sweet, almost blackberry-vanilla scent to me. What a fun line, and it's quite subtle but still there, just doesnt scream!

I'd been dying to try this for some time, and I finally got a sample sized bottle of this in a swap. While the fragrance itself is nice enough (and is everything that you would expect it to be -- light, fruity, very beachy), it is so fleeting. I don't mind occasionally reapplying a scent during the day, but I swear, this one was gone about fifteen minutes after I'd applied it. I found myself thinking, what's the point? It's good enough, I suppose, as a novelty item if you're just curious, but in my case, once that curiosity was satisfied, I found myself totally unimpressed with the product. And perhaps the Dessert Beauty line has spoiled me, but I think that at the very least, if a product is going to smell this good but be so short-lasting, it should at least taste good! :o) So no way, wouldn't buy this product myself.

Good fruity scent,not to strong but you need to like fruity to buy this product!Its a deffernt scent so I suggest trying a sample in a swap first!

I like this one.It doesn't smell like 'pure alcohol' on me. Instead,I smell a sweet sugar scent.I'd like to have a 2nd bottle but unfortunately I have so many others to use up:)

This smells exactly like the drink in the bottle, settles down into a soft sweet smell on me. I really like it, even though it doesn't have great lasting power on me. I'm still quite drawn to it.

Smells like its namesake drink but on me evolved into a very bitter, biting scent after about an hour of wear. (I smelled as sour as sour candy tastes.) While I personally found the resulting scent very unpleasant, luckily for me, this fragrance disappeared in a matter of hours.

I just received this in a swap, and I really like it so far. The scent is pretty accurate...smells just like a Sex On The Beach drink to me! Although I don't prefer to drink Sex On The Beach, I do like the smell...fruity and yummy! Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last very long on the skin and it needs to be reapplied several times throughout the day. When this runs out, I will probably purchase another one, though.

This is a fun fruit punch like scent thats suprizingly lasting. It smell to much like (duh) alcohol for my taste but I will use up what I have.

I really disliked this smell on me. Left a cough syrup-y scent, mixed with some sort of grass. I was upset because I was really hoping that I'd like it!

I almost fell over when I smelled this. When I was little I had some Strawberry Shortcake toys that had this smell, but I had not smelled anything like it sense. Great memories. I can see how someone could say it smells like cheap candy..lol but I love it!

I don't like the way this fragrance smells like. This smells like one of the Calgon body splashes! Now why would I buy this when I can buy a cheaper one like that instead? This fragrance doesn't even smell good to begin with!
