I can't believe that I bought this, at $68. And, with the non-airtight packaging, the retinyl palmitate in it will not stay good. And I am still not sure I buy the claims that this can somehow relax creases. What I DO know is that I had been using this for four weeks. I wasn't sure I was seeing any results on the fine lines around my eyes, and on the crease between my eyebrows, so I stopped using it.
But not that I have stopped, the crease between my eyebrows is more obvious, more prominent. I was surprised to see this. SO was this product doing something? It appears so. I am going to start back on it again.

I have been using the Resolution cream for normal to dry skin for about 2 weeks now and LOVE it! Even my husband, who never really notices things like this, commented on how great my skin was looking these days. I already see a big difference in the appearance of fine lines being diminished. I do wish the packaging was different, however, as it comes in a screw off jar and I hate having to use my finger to get it out. (I actually have taken to using the small spatula that comes with my Shiseido eye cream to get it out.) It's also on the pricey side at $68, but definitely worth it! I will absolutely buy this again. UPDATE: After a few months of using this product - I began having redness & breakouts. I actually returned the remainder to the Lancome counter and returned to using the Absolue which is SO MUCH better for me!!

I do agree with Suil's review. I did use this morning & night for a week and I did get red bumps as well. It looked like it was helping with the blotchness a bit but I did not enjoy red bumps I got on side of my face. I have dry skin so used normal to dry formula. It did soften my laugh line a little bit.

I wanted to love this (normal to dry formula), after reading the rave reviews. Unfortunately, after only 2 days using this, there were tiny red bumps on my forehead, which have gone away when stopped using it. Lancome said it must be an allergic reaction, not sure which ingredient. My skin is normal to slightly dry and usually doesn't break out.

This used to be my miracle cream. I recently changed my review from 5 to 4 simply becuase it stoped working over time. I purchased it in March and the first two weeks were amaizing - lines gone, softness. A dream cream. I still use it but I think the tub container is inefficient. Luckily, I have 4 GWP good sizes that will hopefully be "fresh" and work when I use them. Who knows? Maybe it is my skin that needs to be awakened with new formulations every so often. Anyway, I would give it a try with a sample or GWP.

I received some samples of this in the normal/dry formula and I have to admit that I love the way it makes my skin feel! I cannot make any claims about the creme's wrinkle-reducing capabilities (since I haven't used it for long enough,) but Résolution hydrates, smoothes and mattifies. My only complaint is that, like most Lancôme products, this has an old lady, perfumy scent which I'm not a fan of. I think this is one of the main (and unfortunate, gauging by how much I like this cream) reasons I stay away from the Lancôme line--it smells old, and I want to be young!

First of all, I must say, this product kicks butt!! A cream that actually does what it says!! This comes in a 1.7ounce size, I have it in the cream formulation for normal to dry skin. I apply it twice a day as well. My skin looks great!! This is supposed to help decrease any expression lines, to mimic the effects of Botox. I have mostly stayed out of the sun, my skin is in pretty good condition, and I want to keep it that way. The few tiny lines starting are nearly disappeared. Highly recommend.

This is my new holy grail moisturizer! I have been using it morning and night. It leaves my normally combo skin so soft and matt - all day! And when I wake up in the morning my skin looks fabulous - not greasy at all. I am very acne prone, and it hasn't broken me out - and yes, my deep laugh lines around my mouth look smoother. I am so glad I tried this! (the smell is not great - kind of like Lubriderm... but I'll forgive the smell if I keep getting results like this!) Will buy again.

I am very impressed with this product. I have these 2 little lines between my brows... They've been there since I was a little girl! When ever I'm irritated or worried I wrinkle them! And as I get older, you can TELL-- the evidence is there! Resolution DESTROYS the evidence! It's amazing! Whatever it does, it does immediately! It also is supposed to diminish other types of wrinkles with regular use. I have not been using it long enough to say either way. But it does such a great job with my brow thingy... and for THAT alone I give it 5 lipsticks! and YES I will buy it again. Update- over a year later: I am embarrassed to see how over-excited I was about this product. It truly was effective on my brow, but I believe that it mostly works by plumping up the skin and making the wrinkle less apparent. That's why it worked so quickly. Nothing wrong with that, but for that kind of money, I prefer the way that Natura Bisse Inhibit works, which is by relaxing the muscles. I now use a combination of both products, but the Natura Bisse is the one I can't live without.
Note: I was so happy when I first reviewed this product that I really didn't care that the fragrance was too heavy. Also, at that point, I had not had any outbreaks from it yet--which unfortunately I ended up having not too much later on. I don't break out easily, so if a product gives ME a reaction, that's pretty bad! I had to restrict my usage of the product--now I just use it between my brows, once a day.
In conclusion, I am having excellent results with the combination of the Inhibit and the Lancome. I still like the Lancome, but it is NOT the Holy Grail as I originally thought. I have only removed one lippie from the total score, though.

I received a sample of this stuff and I think it is amazing. I tried the dry skin formula and have already placed my order for a full size jar. It is expensive, but a lot less painful to my face and wallet than botox would be!

Edit:I've been using this product since my first review almost two months ago. I see no difference in my fine lines. I was especially concerned about the ones beginning to develop on my lips, and this cream has not helped period. It is a lovely, silkening moisturizer, but that's it! I had an ingredient savvy friend look at the ingredients. She was unimpressed. She said the antioxidant, manganese gluconate, was too far down on the list to have much benefit. There's supposed to be ten miles of microscopic nylon fiber in every jar, but it's not doing anything for me.
I received a sample of this new cream in the normal/dry skin formula. It's a fabulous moisturizer, and it sinks in immediately. I used it day and night, and it made my skin silky and soft. My sample only lasted a week and a half, so I can't comment on the line smoothing claims.
Next, I received a sample of the normal to oily formula and have been using this for about a week. I DO NOT like this formula. I have combination skin and don't need lots of moisture, but this stuff provides no moisturization at all. After reading the ingredients, I found talc pretty high up on the list.
I will purchase this product, but only in the norm/dry formula. My liquid and mineral foundations both apply nicely over this cream.
