This is one of my sister's signature scents.
My ex-bf loved this. I can understand why.
This isn't a very girly or feminine scent. Its a very.. aqua/marine like scent. (he wears marine scents alot, so, figures..)
I'm not big on water/marine scents.I live in the colder climates so Wearing watery scents makes me feel colder during winter.
I tend to go with gourmand/floriental scents. with that being said, This makes a fine summer pick me up though!

This is a lovely light aquatic floral that is so fresh and perfect for a hot summer day. Although it's light, it has brilliant lasting power. My nose can't pick out any particular flowers....but it's like they are all watery versions! That may make it sound like this fragrance is wishy-washy...but it's far from it! Certainly worth a try for hot weather/climates, as it's a very refreshing fragrance.

If you love aquatic perfumes, this one must be in your collection. I always use it after exercising at the gym. Really refreshing and lift up your day. Best for casual use.

Notes: bergamot, jasmine and freesia. The middle notes are: citrus, ylang-ylang and patchouli and the base of the fragrance is: cedar, sandalwood and oakmoss.

OMG! ♥ it! I'm a sucker for light, aquatic, fresh fragrances in general, but this one smells so good on me!! I've tried and used a lot of similar fragrances like l'Eau d'Issey, Aqua di Gio by Armani, Inis Energy of the Sea, Cool Water by Davidoff and many more, but this is everything I would like my perfume to be. It's fresh, but not sharp and edgy; it's sweet, but not sickening floral sweet; it's aquatic, but not watery; it's clean, yet feminine. I can smell the frosted mint in the top notes, some lotus flower in the middle and deep down there's this subtle, sensual smell of pink pepper that adds some warmth to this scent. And the staying power is incredible; it lasts all day long! I think I've just found my signature scent! Update: I wore this scent on Christmas and even my sister, who can't stand any perfume, said I smelled wonderful;-)

I can't get enough of this scent. It's crisp and soft all at the same time. On me, I get notes of pure, clean water (without that ozonic/cloying marine scent that haunts so many aquatic fragrances), a small hint of watermelon, and an even smaller hint of cucumber. I wouldn't call this a floral, I wouldn't call it fruity, and I wouldn't call it aquatic. I just call it clean. When I smell it, it makes me think of the sun sparkling on water. I would definitely purchase again.

I'm on my third bottle and will keep buying. This is heavenly to me -- absolutely perfect. Fresh and clean, and drys down woody on me. Love it.

Oh, and the bottle change didn't bother me. I could go either way.

At first, I loved the smell of this perfume on my friend, very light and aquatic..so I purchased one for myself and I got compliments from guys and girls alike. But halfway through the bottle, it turned rancid on me same thing happened with two of my friends who have this fragrance

Fresh, Fresh, Fresh. L' Eau Par Kenzo is among the freshest scents I have encountered recently. It's fresh, yet feminine. (On me, fresh scents usually go over to too masculine very quick.) Well, not this one! It's the perfect Saturday scent for me. Not too serious, but energizing. Will be a lovely spring/summer scent ...And these Kenzo bottles are stunning! This L' Eau Par Kenzo bottle is beautiful; resembles a long, thin rectangular ice cube. Very, very pretty! I've picked another winner for myself in L' Eau Par Kenzo, and I'm very glad I tried it. Love it when that happens!

This is my favorite fragrance. It is similar to L'eau de Issey (as many reviewers have said) but this one is more sophisticated and not as popular. The only thing I would change is the bottle. It is so boring! All the other Kenzo fragrances have such great looking bottles, specially Flower and Amour. Will definitely repurchase.

It smells like the folks over there at Kenzo have figured out how to make flowers smell like water - and I mean that as a compliment. It is an "intelligent" scent - because it got me thinking - what is this? Water? Flowers? I don't smell flowers, I smell water, but water composed of flowers? Anyway, I'm not making sense, so here's the bottom line: I need to literally stick my nose into my bosom to smell anything but when I do, I smell a light, fresh, lovely aquatic floral that smells like clean water with flowers floating on top. Not for those who want to make a statement, but perfect for office wear or working in places that discourage heavy scents, such as restaurants. Actually, this would be perfect for the restaurant I work at, to keep me smelling fresh and clean as I wade through air permeated by garlic. If this fragrance had any staying power on me whatsoever, I'd give it 4 lippies for being so fresh, but, even though it is relatively inexpensive, the fact that you need to keep reapplying it makes it more expensive as I'll easily go through my 1 oz bottle of this in two weeks! Further, the bottle I received in swap is totally unimaginative - it looks like a kid's perfume. (The regular, asymmetric bottle is more inspired).

This is so fresh and clean! It's semi-aquatic, lightly citrus (which vanishes quickly), and has light notes similar to watermelon, cucumber and celery as others have mentioned before. It also has a light vanilla note which develops smoothly on me, and overall it's well-rounded and creamy. I didn't expect this scent to be creamy at all, but it really does smell delicious, yet light, feminine and pretty. It's not a perfumey smell, but comforting and remaining close to the skin (unlike Cool Water). Love this one; definite repurchase.

I was looking for something different and I found it. I just sampled it at Sephora and was so impressed that I bought the 1 oz bottle on the spot for only $35. The top note of mint sold it. It kind of reminds me of The Afternoon, by Dawn Spencer Hurwitz, which I've always meant to buy but now I won't have to because L'eau fills that gap in my fragrance collection. Refreshing and soft and clean, perhaps due to the cedar note. It has vanilla, which I don't usually like, but only the barest hint in the form of subtle sweetness. The lily isn't sharp, but soft. I don't normally like aquatic or ozonic type fragrances but this is the perfect mix of notes. I agree with the others that it is very long lasting. It's a very hot sweaty day today and after three hours, this fragrance is still readily apparent but not overppowering at all.

This is one of my daytime, most used frangrances. Never get enough of its smell, and hey! dont tell anyone but sometimes I am smelling myself hehe! It's so fresh, clean and playful, perfect for spring and summer days. I also love that it's not heavy at all and you can refresh it at any time without smelling like a walking perfumery.

I just revisited this scent for the first time in 6 years. Opening the bottle is like taking a time trip--it reminds me so exclusively of time I spent in Vienna while I was studying abroad in Europe. This was my favorite scent at the time--I remember thinking that on first spritz, it smelled exactly the same as that sweet, summery, powdery aroma you get when you first open a can of iced tea mix. That description still holds up (for me, anyway). I wouldn't call this the end-all, be-all of perfumes by any means, but it's such a light, happy scent that it's impossible not to like it. I wouldn't buy it again though--it just reminds me of a different time in my life. It projects a sort of innocence I don't think I have any more, so it would almost make me sad to wear it, I think.
