I heard positive things about this eyeliner so I decided to buy it in two colors, copper and black. As for applying the product, I tried the copper and noticed it took a few swipes for color to show up on my eyelid. The color that shows up is pretty but this eyeliner did not go on smoothly. I had to go over gaps in the line which is why I mentioned those few swipes earlier. As for staying power ... there wasn't any. This waterproof eyeliner was easily rubbed off with my finger. I had hoped to find a decent, cheap, waterproof eyeliner with some nice colors but this one isn't it. I'm not sure if I will even bother trying the black one. I'll stick with my Sephora retractable eyeliners.

Hands down my favorite eye pencil, Navy Black is so gorgeous, Extreme black is a bit hard to find but it's very rich, can't live without it, its goes on creamy then sets to last all day. would not trade this for anything even the priciest. Most assuredly my holy grail eye pencil.

I have found the perfect kohl pencil! I've been using this product for about 2 yrs, it's so deeply pigmented that when you put it on it could very well give the illusion of a liquid liner. It goes on like a dream , it stays on all day on the upper lash line. However just like all kohl pencils if you put it in your waterline without setting any eyeshadow underneath it will eventually smear slightly. I always set it after applying and it stays looking fresh all day! No reapplying for me!

I bought this eyeliner because it claims to be long-lasting, and I've had trouble with eyeliners smudging all the time. Right after it arrived, I tried it out and it most definitely tugged on my lids-- and on my lower lash line. Not only that, but it definitely smudges... a lot; even more than my Revlon Colorstay one. I don't really understand this. I tested it on my hand and it doesn't budge, but on my lids it's like I'm using a charcoal pencil. I also hate how you have to buy the sharpener designed for it instead of any other one. Very disappointed in this.

I used to wear Dior Crayon Eyeliner because it stayed put all day, but I heard about this as a cheaper alternative from Enkore on YouTube and figured I'd give it a try. This stays put with no smudging even longer than the Dior. For only $4 it's a steal. There are some pros and cons to this, however nothing to stop me from giving it all 5 lippies, or from buying it over and over again:
Pros: Super easy to apply with little to no smudging. I can apply this directly to my waterline and no matter what happens during the day, I know it'll stay put and not run. The color choices are great. So far I've only tried black, that's what I wear 99% of the time, but I wouldn't hesitate to get another color if I had the need for it.
Cons: So far I've only found this at CVS, and it can be a bit of a hassle to get if you're like me and don't have one close by. If you fudge it up when you're applying, you have only a tiny window to get it off easily.
And the pro & con to this is that it lasts super long. So long that if you wanted to (and sometimes if you don't) it'll last all the way until the next day. (Great if you're lazy or will be out all night). Sometimes no matter how much makeup remover I use this stays put.
Overall, I'm glad I found this. It's right on par with Dior when it comes to quality and a fraction of the price. My wallet definitely likes this one much better.

THE SEARCH IS OVER! This is the most A-M-A-Z-I-N-G eyeliner yet. I have been looking for a waterproof e/l for the water line and this is it! I have spent so much money on trying to find one--its not even funny! I have bought several other colors and am very glad that they are very affordable and stay put. Try it! It won't break the bank!

Navy/Black on my upper water line actually made me gasp the first time I used it. Made the whites of my eyes look clearer, my eyes bluer, and my lashes look lush. Totally my HG for this application.

I discovered this, during a family tragedy. When I needed to look a little more in control, than I really was. IE: lots of crying. . Let me tell you, I needed something that stayed put. And this stuff does. I have it in Very Black, and just got the Green Black.
I'm a very fair, green-eyed redhead. Well, the Green Black is just beautiful. Just as the color of the name describes. Not to green, dark enough for definition. This works well for day-wear or evening. The trouble with most greens on me is, they make me look like an over-dercorated birthday cake. Not this one. And it lasts just as long as the black. Go ahead, put some on your hand, let it set, then try to rub it off. Yet it removes easily with cleanser.
Absolutely the best.

I started using this when I saw an ad in a magazine for it a long time ago. Does smudge a little but does alot better than alot of other eyeliners that I've tried.

eyeliner smudges on me, all the time. I use a base underneath it too. And powder over. When I saw this eyeliner advertised as "semi-permanent", I was hooked. I bought this in brownstone, which is a brown with gold flecks that do not appear when it is on your eyes. Thats annoying.
Also, it fades/smudges within 10 minutes if no base etcetc. Perhaps it will be good over UDPP, but I highly doubt it for me. I blink alot, until nothing staysss.
So if you don't have watery eyes or eyeliner works for you, go ahead.
Oh and the consistency is kinda clay-ish, which is fine with me. But just letting you know. And sharpening is okay. It's fake wood. And the first time I sharpened it, the tip broke. T.T
EDITTTT-------------------------------------------------------
I recieved a free green/black color in the mail. It sucks. It looks reallyreally black. with a smudge of green. You can't really see the green...

I liked this product! It is just like Prestige's waterproof eyeliner to me. Like I said on that review, if the color doesn't even appear on your waterline, try sharpening and then applying it cause I guess the eyeliner was stiff or dry or soemthing, i'm not sure - but it worked for me! (: I think it's SO cheap and i love it. it does tug on your eye, but I don't mind that as long as it stays. However, lining the lashline kinda sucks cause its not smooth so it gets all clumpy between there, i just use it for the waterline because it doesn't apply too great to the upper lid either. After a whiel though, it fades off of my waterline - but I still haven't found an eyelienr that doesn't.
EDIT 042209**
I haven't used this in a while.. It doesn't stay on my waterline very well and the pigment is so light even when I get it on there. It tugs at my eyelid so that stinks.. 3 lippies beacuse it's so cheap and when I put this on my waterline than another darker more pigmented eyeliner (khol or something like that - smooth eyeliner), it stays longer than if I put either of those alone.

Wow. I bought this on a whim about 20 minutes ago while at CVS. When I got home, I immediatley tried it out and I can't BELIEVE that it has gotten so many good reviews.
It deffinitely tugs. It tugs more than any other eyeliner I've ever used. It almost hurts to put it on.
It didn't even show up on my waterline, so I went for the eyelash line. It kind of clumped up onto my eyelashes.
I tried smudging it onto my eyelid, but to no avail. It's very difficult to blend. The only reason I'm giving it 1 lippie instead of 0, is that the color is very pretty. I bought it in plum. I wish it had worked, I really wanted it to. I'm sticking to Revlon.

I purchased two of these at 50% from CVS and I must say for a drug store skeptic, I am very pleased. Both colors glided on with ease, absolutely no tugging. The colors I purchased were Turquoise and Marine. I will definately be trying out the other colors.

I was buying this with high expectations because i heard a good amount of hype for it but was rather disappointing. The pigmentation wasn't very good when i was looking for something intense black and it tugged quite a bit, making it rather difficult to put on. I thought that it might need warming up but that's a bit of a hassle for me seeing as how i use no heat products in the morning. Overall not pleased. Revlon colorstay is much better

I bought the bronze color, which really brings out the green in my eyes. I find that the pencil tugs a bit and doesn't stay put on my bottom lids very well, even when I first apply powder. However, the color is flattering enough that I am willing to re-apply during the day when necessary. I'd add a point if the pencil were automatic.

So I purchased this in the black and the black brown. I apply eyeliner to both my top and lower lashline & I like the fact that before it "sets" you have time to smudge out the line if you want to soften the look or create a more smoky eye. I look forward to trying other colours as it appears the line does carry quite the array of colours.

Great eyeliner. Waterproof, does what it says it will and stays on forever. One thing that bothers me about this is that as soon as I got it, the core inside the pencil I guess detached itself from the wood around it and now the whole core moves up and down if shake the pencil. Does that even make sense? Well, it's not like that little mishap is preventing me from using this pencil and so far it's been fantastic. HG, probably.

I love this eyeliner! I was at Sephora last night and tried the Urban Decay 24/7 and they do not even come close to having the staying power of these!!! I normally use Chanel's eyeliner but these are soo much better and are much cheaper! I bought it at Rite Aid. They stay on the waterline all day :)
