I got a sample of this item and it was like a tinted moisturizer. My Clinique bb is better and has more coverage.

I have been using the Smashbox BB which I love but you get so little for the price I had hoped this could take its place but no, they couldn't be more different. This BB would be perfect for someone with dry skin who just wants to even out their skin tone and have a really beautiful even glow. I have combination skin, oily T zone and dry cheeks with some acne scars and occasional breakouts, it provided a lot of moisture for my cheeks, but made my T zone more oily and didn't cover any of my acne scars, or redness until the third coat and at the point the Smashbox comes out less expensive because one application and everything is covered.
PROS:
Evens out skin tone.
Moisturizes well.
Leaves you dewy and luminous.
Very Natural looking.
Package is really cute :)
CONS:
Coverage is that of a TM, sheer to medium with build up.
Increases oil if you're prone to oily skin.
Low SPF
Fairly expensive for a product that offers the benefits of a TM not a BB.

I got a sample of this bb cream along with a few other brands from Sephora not too long ago, and this bb cream has become a favorite. I've used the Asian brand bb creams before but I never liked the gray-ish cast that it leaves on my face. Sometimes they'll oxidize properly and blend into my skin well, but every now and then, they'll just stay gray on my skin. This bb cream, first off, does not have that gray-ish cast, which is a huge thumbs up for me. Also, I have pretty dry, sensitive skin, so I have to be very careful on what to put on my face. This bb cream did not break me out, and was extremely moisturizing. It leaves a really dewy and natural glow to my face. I don't have a problem with oily skin, so I cannot say whether it'll be good for those with combination to oily skin types.
The coverage isn't exactly the best, but that's nothing a little concealer can't fix :)

This product is great for people with good skin. If you're not acne prone at all, and you don't have anything major to be covered, then this is perfect. I have relatively good skin, but my only problem with my skin is that it's extremely dry. No matter how much exfoliating and moisturizing I do, every other foundation I use makes me look like I have flaky alligator skin. Most of the time I look a lot better without foundation. However, this and the Garnier BB cream are the only foundations that I can wear without looking way too dry. It has very little coverage, but I actually like that. It gives my skin a nice healthy glow. However, when you wear it make sure you wash it off at night or else it may cause a few problems. I don't ever get pimples from anything, but leaving this on the whole night has given me 2 or 3 pimples in the morning. For me, thats extremely awful. Other than that, I love this and it's definitely my HG foundation. If you can't afford it, a cheaper alternative would definitely be the Garnier BB cream.

I am in love with this. Read on for a rave review.
My skin:
Dry with flakes half the time around my mouth, sensitive, gets light freckles on my nose in the summer, hormonal acne and 0-5 clogged pores here and there at any given time anywhere on my face because it likes to give me hell whether or not I use makeup or skincare, neutral leaning warm/ MAC NC25 most of the year. Moisturizer I use underneath this without primer and it looks great with Too Faced BB cream - Eucerin Everyday Protection Spf 30 Face lotion. Powder over Too Faced - MAC MSFN in Medium Plus
Why I bought this:
An SA first recommended this to me when I was trying to buy some TM's or BB creams and was unsure where to start with and she said all she was wearing was the Too Faced BB Cream. Her skin looked great and naturally luminous (not sweaty-looking) so I asked for a sample. At the time I was also interested in the MUFE HD foundation and the Laura Mercier TM, got samples of those, neither of which ever fully blended on my skin.
Color and Consistency:
I got the Vanilla Glow shade. This matches NC25 for sure. It will be slightly too dark for NC20 I think, and might be okay for NC30. Definitely too light for NC35 -- get Cream Glow. Too Faced blended flawlessly, felt like an averagely thick moisturizer on my face as opposed to a runny B&BW lotion or super thick Nivea-like creme consistency.
How it looks and wears throughout a day or sweat:
It has microshimmer which takes away the need to add highlighter or a luminizing lotion or something like that. On me, many foundations have a dulling look because they have too much of a matte finish and looks way more like a foundation mask unlike Too Faced's effect of slightly-closer-to-perfection skin. Too Faced's looks like a post-workout sort of glow but all day long. About that, I've worn this to work out to test its reaction to a sweaty face and I have to say I actually looked BETTER after sweating in it (no powder over it). It may not be the best thing for my skin to wear it during a work out but life happens and I don't always have time to go to the gym in the morning so I'll work out with make up on sometimes. IMO, this settles into the skin in the way that a ridge-filling basecoat does on nails.
Oil Control:
I am much more prone to sweating a lot on my face more than oil production but some days I get very oily on my nose all of a sudden and this doesn't control it, especially since the microshimmer in this can emphasize the sheen of oil (or sweat). My MSFN takes care of that aspect for me.
Price vs Quality:
Considering the BB cream market in the US has only recently exploded of different price points, and there are cheaper Asian brand bb creams, this could seem lost in the overall number of choices. However I haven't tried all of them yet so this is my HG for now. I have used Bobbi Brown's (more expensive than Too Faced's) which I love a little less but it is a smaller tube yet more pigmented so it evens out in the end. You may end up buying a BB cream or TM that could have a huge tube but not be enough coverage for you so you'll do a couple layers and run out of it the same time that you'd run out of any other brand's TM or BB cream. To me, at that point Too Faced is A) average high end price for a TM/BB cream, possibly even on the low end of Sephora-carried brands B)medium, buildable coverage that I don't have to layer endlessly for a good effect and won't have to repurchase too soon and C)great quality!
Sorry for the long review, I haven't written a review in a while and felt I should expand on this relatively non-talked product I think is a gem.

I saw a few reviews on this item and thought I'd try it. The price did make me hesitate a bit but reviews indicated that it is one of the few BB that has a relatively light shade. So I bought Vanilla Glow and have been wearing daily for about a week. It is just okay. Feels nice, looks more dewy than I am used to, no breakouts due to it but I just cannot justify the price considering the downsides. Downers are that while the color isn't pinky it just isn't light enough for me, it seems to go kind of brownish-orange after a couple hours and also I can't get used to the dewiness of the finish. I could work around the downers but at this price point workarounds shouldn't be necessary. Back to looking for a uber fair yellow toned BB Cream or tinted moisturizer with SPF>15.

I love the coverage this gives me. It's perfect for my skin tone and blends beautifully. It's a lot better than the Garnier BB cream. It's a little pricey, however, a tube does last a while and I just love how it looks on my skin, so it's worth it. My only complaint is how my skin tends to get oily after applying throughout the day, but that became solved after I started setting it with a loose powder. Overall, great product.

I wanted this to be perfect, because lately Too Faced products have been my favorites. I've been using Boscia BB Cream SPF 27 (which is still the best BB I've found), but an SA convinced me to try this makeup, and it looked great in the store. Initially I was drawn to the application, because, unlike BB Creams, this Beauty "Balm" doesn't need to be blended thoroughly into skin. BB Creams turn grayish-whitish on me before they merge with my coloring (not that many actually accomplish this) and BBs can have a gritty or streaky appearance until they're blended in. I'm unfamiliar with most tinted moisturizers, because I have oily skin, but I suspect this balm is similar to many tinted moisturizers, although it has, perhaps, a bit more pigment, and more "skin care" ingredients. I purchased Nude Glow, which is good, color-wise. Not a perfect match, but sheer enough to work. This looks "luminous" but not overly greasy, for a couple of hours when set with Primed & Poreless powder. Sadly, after a couple of hours even Primed & Poreless can't keep this cream's shine away. Adding more powder gives my skin a cakey, oxidized, uneven look. In addition to this being, overall, way too moisturizing for my skin, I don't like the messy squeeze tube. I have to turn the tube upside down in my makeup case or it leaks.

This is the best for summer wear! My skin looks so radiant and dewey after I put this on. I use the creme glow and I find it gives a decent amount of coverage. I love this. I don't know if it will give me enough coverage during winter, but I am obsessed with it for summer.

I love this stuff. I do the same as a chick below, put on this and finish it off with Mac's mineralized skin finish and I'm good to go. I actually tried smashbox bb cream and this one at the same time and went back to buy the too faced one. I am an NC 40/42 and I have Nude Glow, not sure how the same color can be suitable for a NC20/25 (down below) but it works for me.

I bought this product in Vanilla Glow. I'm an NW 15. I found this to be very yellow based and a little dark. I wasn't a fan of the texture of this either. It felt thick and greasy on my skin and was hard to blend in to the skin. And I could feel it on my skin throughout the day, like it never really sank in or something.
Did give pretty good coverage as far as BB creams go. and lasted through the day.
Maybe if the colour matched better I'd give it another go, but I think it's a pass for me.

Me: NC20ish, Combo skin (dry in the winter, more oily/normal in the summer) Uneven skin tone, acne spots, occasional pimple, redness, winter flakes.
Too Faced BB cream: PERFECT. I am actually a little bit infatuated with this product. Nice, sheer coverage, evens my skin tone, soften blemishes, looks dewy and natural, never accentuates flakes and dry patches. BEST color match with Vanilla Glow.
The staying power is that of a typical TM but I can get a full day of wear out of this when I set it with a powder. That also increases the coverage to medium.
LOVE THIS

I am a makeup artist and this by far is the best BB cream on the market if you desire a finish that is dewy. This probably wouldn't be the best option for skin that is oily because of the slight amount of sheen in the finish.
This is my go to foundation. I don't even bother with a brush- smooth on with hands, finish with MAC mineralize skin finish and BOOM-flawless, natural, glowing skin.
Please give this product a try!! It's incredible!!

First off, I love Too Faced as they are cruelty free and have many fantastic products. This, however, is not one of them. I tried a sample of this in Vanilla Glow for my NC15 skin and it made me turn orange after a few hours of wear. It was also pretty drying. SO glad I didn't purchase this.

Does absolutely NOTHING for my NC20 skin. I mean nothing. I might as well have put a cheap moisturizer on my skin because it didn't nothing to even tone or minimize redness (despite how dark it appears coming out of the tube). So glad I had some samples and didn't pay for it,

Originally, I liked this because it didn't break me out and it kept me moisturized, but after using other products since, I realized it's really not that great. It does that thing where it sort of greys your overall complexion, if that makes sense, and it just really doesn't improve anything at all. I like the way my skin looks much more with the Garnier BB. Not worth the price.

I usually never buy cosmetics without looking at the reviews first. But I was in Sephora one day and I really wanted to find something that agreed with my skin, foundation wise. I've struggled forever trying to find something that I like and will stick with. So I walk in Sephora and the Too Faced counter was right there and I picked this up, put it on my face, and fell in LOVE. After trying like 10 other products and 2 hours later I decided I was going to purchase this. And let me tell you...best $34 I've spent in a while. It has a very smooth texture and goes on easily. I have dry, combination skin and suffer from breakouts. While I'be been using this BB cream my face has looked flawless, glowy, and healthy. It's actually helped to improve my skin! Usually I try a product and think it's amazing and then my skin turns to crap, but this one is here to stay. It's made my daily makeup routine so extremely easy. After using a little moisturizer, I apply this with my hands and rub it in circles into my face. Then I apply mascara and blush, then I'm out the door. If I feel like I need a little more coverage I just use some powder on top. Seriously, I can't recommend this product enough. Although, I will say that if you have really fair skin you might not be able to find a color match. Thankfully, the Vanilla Glow color works perfect. Yay for Too Faced BB Cream!!

I got this as a sample from Sephora. The color I was given was Nude Glow. I've been wanting to try a BB cream so I was excited to try this out. I normally wear Gerda Spillmann Bio-Fond Cream Foundation. I love my Gerda, but I'm always willing to try something out, especially something light for summer.
I've worn this product for approximately a week and I have to say I do really like it. I am considering by the full sized product. It doesn't provide full coverage like my Gerda, but it does make my skin look nicer and smoother. I see it has cones, so avoid if you don't like those. I'm not a fan of them in my cosmetics, but I discovered they appear in a lot of the ones I currently use.
This product didn't seem to cause any burning or irritation to my eyes. Irritation seems to be an issue with me and foundations in general.
My skin is pretty clear right now. I've been on an oral acne medicine regime, so take that into consideration if considering purchasing. So far this hasn't cased any significant break outs. I have noticed a few, but I will be honest and let you know that I've fallen asleep with this foundation on a few times (BAD!)....it was only naps, but still BAD I know! Normally I do not that, but I guess because it feels so light I just ignored my usual routine.
This product overal is nice. I moisturize and just put a little on followed by some blush. I don't set this with powder. I use powder, but I try to avoid it as much as possible because it makes my makeup feel heavy and my skin can't breath. On my face this seems to last like any other tinted moisturizer I've used. This tends to hold up pretty well on me in warm weather, but like anything else my face will eat it after a few hours. I never reapply, but I imagine you could easily if you need to. Compared to some tinted moisturizers this doesn't seem to look like an oil slick on me, but it may on some.
I only got a sample so I can't say if the product is worth the price for the full size product. If you can get a free sample I'd recommend that first. I know people rave about BB creams, but I wouldn't expect it to do miracles. It is basically just a fancy tinted moisturizer, maybe with a teeny - tiny bit more coverage. Check it out if you are interested, but it isn't magic pixy dust...too bad! lol :)

Light coverage that needs to have setting powder to avoid a greasy look later in the day. Good shades including one to match my yellow undertone. Downside yet again is it leads to acne in my T-zone, mainly my chin. Not great esp if one has blemishes to hide. Kinda surprised by the hype over B&B cream.
