I was expecting a lot more from this mascara. Is truly waterproof and a little bit hard to remove. It doesn´t hold the curl and doesn´t add volume to your lashes, only a little lenght and a little definition. Very natural look and that was not what i´m looking for. The voluminous full definition version is way better

I accidentally picked up the waterproof version of this... I don't use waterproof mascara on a regular basis. I really love this mascara, though. The tube is pretty, and it doesn't clump, flake or smudge. The wand comes out with very little product on it, which helps prevent clumping, so it takes a little more effort to build it up to a full effect, but it's a great mascara overall. Of course, this waterproof version takes more work to remove completely, but I plan to try the regular version as I'm very happy with the look and feel of this mascara.

I bought this based on a blogger's rave for this mascara. I bought the waterproof version in black and it doesn't do anything for my lashes in terms of volumizing or thickening! It's pretty good at defining and lengthening, but I noticed it leaves globs of mascara at the very tips of my lashes. Even layered with Shiseido mascara base (I'm on my last tube of the original formula), it doesn't volumize my lashes the way my current HG does, Covergirl Super Thick Lash. I wouldn't repurchase or recommend.

I'm shocked at some of the low reviews this mascara has gotten, because it is one of my favorite mascaras. I tend to prefer wet formulas, so this is right up my alley. Separates lashes with a rubber brush, adds tons of volume. Comes out clean from the tube. Shiny gold packaging adds to the elegance. This one doesn't smudge or flake, as the regular formula for this did on me (then again, I guess that's to be expected when you accidentally pick up the wrong mascara in a 10 second walmart dash!). Not much of a night time mascara, so it won't add drama to your look (you'll have to find another mascara for that). But very good for a basic, no smudge daytime look. Hope they never discontinue this!

If you enjoy taking about 15 minutes just to apply mascara so its not clumpy and then having to spend another 5 minutes trying to comb out what does clump and then dries in about 10 seconds, this is the product for you.
The brush is awful. The rubber spikes on it are so short its amazing you can get any mascara on at all. Add in the neck of the tube sort of cleaning off the brush as it comes out. (By the way, who started this new trend of mascara wands being made of rubber spikes?? They are awful!)
The original Voluminous is much better. What a waste of money this was. Ugh. Right in the garbage after about 3 uses.

This is probably the best mascara I have ever purchased. It coats your lashes perfectly and evenly. It does not clump or flake off. It lasts all day and yet is also easy to take off. You can add as many coats as your heart desires and it still will not flake. Such a wonderful drugstore find!

Meh. this is ok. I got this b/c of all the people in MUA and outside of the internet world who seemed to rave about how great this is. I prefer Voluminous non-waterproof over this, even though Voluminous can get flakey sometimes. This keeps your lashes thin and separated and just seems to dry them out more (it contains alcohol!). I think I even noticed more lash fallout with this, which turned me away from it more. I'm sticking to Maybelline for waterproof since it doesn't dry out my lashes like L'Oreal waterproof. And my lashes were really not lengthened or thickened a lot. Really just an average mascara.

Great formula that thickens my lashes without looking clumpy and it holds my curl. I've recommended it to a few friends already because I'm impressed with its performance!

I bought this thinking Million lashes! Waterproof! Voluminous! Can't go wrong! But it wasn't what I expected. I have really thin eyelashes and this didn't thicken at all! My eyelashes just looked darker and a bit longer. It does hold a slight curl, not as much as I would want though. I have really long eyelashes so I really want something that's gonna fatten them up and this wasn't for me. It has crazy staying power though, and didn't flake, gotta give it points for that. Its really difficult to remove, I loose a couple eye lashes when I remove this even if I use make up remover. It doesn't really clump but sometimes I find eyelashes kinda stuck together and once it dries I'm stuck with two eyelashes that look like one huge one lol. The brush is kinda rough and something I'm not used to. Over all I didn't like this product, I can see why someone would like it (the staying power) but its not for me.

I bought this at Walgreens about a week ago for around $9. This would have to be one of my favorite mascaras. It gave my lashes a lot of drama and length. However, I did have some clumping and too much product comes out on the brush. I just ran the brush through my lashes a few times to get the clumps out and wiped the extra product back into the tube. Even with those issues, I will repurchase.

This mascara is only okay. It is great for separating lashes and really fanning them out. It's also not clumpy whatsoever. However, it doesn't provide enough volume if you really need it and lashes don't look any longer. The waterproof formula is good because it doesn't smudge or transfer by the end of the day, which was a big problem for me. It is pretty annoying to remove, and I worry about lash fallout when rubbing on my MU-remover.

I love this mascara! I am on my second tube and will continue to buy this. It doesn't clump or flake off. It stays all day even if it is crazy hot. I recommended it to my mom and she loves it too.

I love this mascara. It isn't clumpy and adds lots of volume. Kind of a pain to take off but well worth the price.

Love this product! I think it's better than the Diorshow waterproof mascara. The Dior one smudge on me and since I'm asian and barely have any lashes the L'oreal one is great! holds curl with the shu uemura eyelash curler and doesn't smear:) Use sephora's brand eye makeup remover to remove:) great combo

This is a great mascara, it gives you visable volume and curl hold. the only con about thid mascara is it can be a pain to remove if you dont have a good makeup remover.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Cool Hair: Blond, Straight, Medium Eyes: Blue
I really do love this mascara. I don't find it clumpy and it doesn't flake or smudge whatsoever. It really does show off all of my lashes, so I see where it gets its name.
Only problem I have with it is that it is nearly impossible to get off. If I buy it again I will probably opt for the non-waterproof version.
Age: 36-43 Skin: Combination, Medium, Warm Hair: Black, Wavy, Coarse Eyes: Brown
The formula is flaky on the lashes (but doesn't flake onto my cheeks much), it doesn't voluminize as much as expected, and smudges by lunchtime when applied before work. The biggest failure is that it doesn't hold a curl well on my Asian stick-straight, downward-pointing lashes.
Age: 44-55 Skin: Dry, Fair-Medium Hair: Brunette Eyes: Brown
I love this stuff. No more having to blot the brush with a tissue to get all the excess mascara off; the clean sweep brush is perfect. It does not clump, smudge or budge until I take it off. Remember this is supposed to be a thickening mascara, not a lengthening one. If you're looking for longer lashes instead of thicker ones, you may be disappointed, though my lashes looked a little longer as well as thicker. My favorite mascara :)
Age: 19-24 Skin: Normal, Medium Hair: Other Eyes: Hazel
I found this mascara to be a disappointment. It didn't make my lashes look thicker, nor did it make them appear longer. It comes in a nice packaging but don't be fooled!

I bought this based on the reviews here but it didn't end up being a good product for me. I have fairly long lashes already but this mascara did nothing to make then look much longer or darker or anything. I bought the w/p version because I am so tired of flakes of black under my eyes from LashBlast my previous fav. I bought this product for a trip toEgypt and wanted it to stay put but come off easily at night, So I brought this, used it, but wasn't impressed with the actual look - no drama at all! It wouldn't build or lengthen, but it did last in the heat and dust and sweat, and came off easily enough, Just wasn't very wow. Nice container. I have a photo posted of my eyelashes using Bourjois Liner Effet Masc and a review on that, and really like that mascara for special occasions, but I'm going to buy it again and use it for everyday,
UPDATE: I actually like this better than I first thought. It is the one I reach for daily because it is easy to put on, doesn't clump and I can get some length with it if I work at it. There still is no drama with it (oh well, I've eliminated drama from my life, so I guess that fits!). Stays put and then it comes off very easily at night - no problem. So I've upped it a lippy because it's a good, basic, everyday mascara, but not remarkable. Sometimes trouble free can be good enough! Will try something else before buying again.
