I don't know how I would live without my anti-snap! I've been using it several times a week for years now and it's absolutely amazing. It strengthens and moisturizes my super-fine hair better than any other product that I've tried (and I've tried A LOT). It smells great too. This product is completely worth the price and I will continue to buy it as long as Redken makes it.

My hair is too short for me to see the ends, however, this leave-in product is the best I've ever used! My hair soooo soft and manageable now!!! Love it!
Edit 1/17/13: I don't know if I got a bad batch of this stuff, or they changed the formula again, but I got a sample bottle recently from Ulta and I found this stuff to be thick and gooey and it left a film on my hair. Gross.

Pro: Good general conditioner. Pleasant smell. Lasts ages. Conveniant packaging.
Cons: I still get a fair amount of split ends and I don't really think it's made my hair stronger at all. Quite expensive.
I use this after the shower whilst my hair's still damp. When you use it on dry hair it makes your hair feel a bit...greasy. So I reccommend using whilst hair's damp. It's quite expensive but I have to say, it has lasted me over six months [and I still have quite a bit left] so it's definately good value. The easy pump dispenser makes sure you don't get too much product so there's not much wastage. I have med-long hair and all I need is one pump as it's quite a rich formula. Smells good, great leave-in treatment as an extra treat for your hair but I haven't seen it make a huge difference to the amount of split ends I get.

I'm not sure exactly how I feel about this product. I love the entire Redken Extreme line as it has given me wonderful results in the past few months that I have been using it. However, I don't feel that this leave in does anything special or different then any other leave-in conditioner would. I've noticed I can use quite a bit of it (4 or more pumps) and it doesn't leave my hair feeling coated and scummy as other leave-ins have for me in the past when I used just a bit too much. But that's about the only plus. I purchased this originally out of satisfaction with the rest of the product line, figuring I ought to go all out and use all the products in conjunction. This particular product, however, I would consider the least necessary of the lot to obtain satisfactory results. At the moment, I still prefer to use my own mix of One 'N Only Argan Oil brand Oil Treatment spiked with pure organ Argan oil as my leave-in of choice. Especially since the rest of the products on the line can be a bit drying at times (a plus for me as I have extremely oily and thin hair, a wonderful combination for those who know) and that's fine for most of my hair, but my ends typically become dry and haggard no matter what I use. So after using whatever combination of Redken Extreme shampoo and conditioning products I've chosen to use that day, I need something more moisturizing than the Anti-Snap alone. At times, I have mixed the Anti-Snap with argan oil as well, and that has worked to add the extra moisture that my ends need. However, if you're like me, with oily roots yet thin, dry, breakage-prone ends, I would recommend something more moisturizing to top it all off.
On the other hand, if after using it more consistently by itself I discover that it is in fact appropriate for my hair, I will be sure and update, as I always do.

I've been using this product for two weeks now and my ends have been in a much better shape than before. I have thin naturally blonde hair and my ends tend to get very fine (porosity). Anti snap is designed for my needs and I already feel that the ends got a lot stronger. I wash, untangle and then I distribute 3 pumps on the length and focusing on the ends. I also use the moroccanoil as a leave in. I know the difference is due to the Anti snap because I don't get the same results using moroccanoil by itself. So far I've been very pleased with Anti-snap, actually all the products that I tried from Redken were very good. Some reviewers here on MUA said that too much of this could get the hair to get stiff and I agree on that, it's not a product for everyday use.

Hands down the only product that has saved my hair, my hair used to fall out every time I washed it, and honestly it was getting on my nerves. So I tried this stuff and no more hair falling out and also I don't have to wash my hair everyday as this stuff makes my hair amazing the next day (go figure)!!!
I would recommend this stuff 100% to anybody with hair falling out issues (as long as its not due to medical reasons)

This product has worked so good for me. I don't have fine hair, its in between fine and coarse. I've had thisroduct for about a week and it is just hands down amazing. It smells so good, and ii don't even have to wash it out. My stylist said to use about 2 pumps every night after I took a shower; and I saw immediate improvement. My hair is now softer, way more manageable, and just healty looking. I love ittt! :)

I this this one after every shampoo. It seems to fill in my ultra dry places in my hair with proteines. It makes it more managable, but I always need to use it together with another leave-in like kerastase or chi silk infusion to have good end results. So I use this as a "pre-leave-in-protein-treatment" instead of an allround leave in.

I've been using this for a couple of months now and it's made a HUGE difference in my hair, I have naturally jet-black Native American/Eastern hair that reaches to the top of my ribcage/elbows and my stylist brought my highlights up to platinum blonde in several months, needless to say - it wasn't doing so well afterwards, I was experiencing a lot of breakage(which my thick-hair always tended to do even on my virgin hair) on top that just looked so embarrassing, Talk about Alfalfa! After using this; my broken hairs have really calmed down and it does make my thick and coarse hair much more manageable and I've noticed less and less sheddingI love this so much! There's NO difference from the real thing and the Sally's Generic Value Products brand, btw. :)

Just a year ago my hair was up to right above my boobs, quite dry with a lot of split ends and lacking volume most of the times. I use henna to dye my hair so it wasn't extremely damaged, but I wanted to grow my hair a lot longer, and was just using shampoo and mousse on my hair (not even conditioner!) and used the straightener for my bangs and ends a lot. A few months ago I decided to handle things differently, bought a conditioner, heat protectant, a moisturizing treatment and this, and really started to baby my hair. My hair is now a couple of inches below my boobs, bouncy, shiny, soft, strong, thicker and with lots of volume at the top. Okay, I now use a lot more products on my hair than I used to, but I think this really made the difference. The first time I used this I went out that night and got SO many compliments!
It just makes my hair soft without weighing it down, shiny without looking like you coated your hair with a bucket of silicones, and stronger. I only wish that gorgeous smell would last in my hair :)
